The Military Field Test was implemented as a system in 2014 and is conducted by each military, the Army, Navy and Air Force. This study seeks to develop a plan by identifying the problems of the system identified while conducting the Field Test. Accordingly, we will analyze the current status of Field Test implementation by each military and present the necessity and performance of the system through quantitative analysis such as cost-effectiveness analysis cases. By presenting various development plan such as laws, organization, manpower, and budget support for the Field Test, the Field Test system will continuously contribute to insuring the integrity of the forces deployed in the field.

지상전술 C4I체계 특허기반 기술 동향분석에 관한 연구

본 연구는 지상전술 C4I체계 주요기술에 대한 특허 동향을 분석하였다. 지상전술 C4I체계의 주요기술은 데이터융합, 상황도 도시, 상호운용성 기술이다. 한국, 미국, 중국, 일본, 유럽 등 주요출원 5개국의 공개 및 및 등록된 특허문서를 1990년부터 2020년 6월까지 검색하여 분석하였다. 지상전술 C4I체계 주요기술의 동향분석을 위해 기술분류도를 작성하였고, 이를 기준으로 검색어를 도출하였다. 검색 실행 후 유효한 데이터를 검출하고 데이터를 정량 및 정성적으로 분석하여 기술흐름도를 작성하여 기술 수준 결과를 도출하였다. 본 논문은 주요 출원국의 특허 분석을 통해 지상전술 C4I체계의 기술개발 흐름 및 주요 국가들의 최신개발 동향을 파악하여 향후 지상전술 C4I 체계개발에 필요한 기술정보를 제공하고자 한다. In this research, we analyzed the patent trends of core technologies among ATCIS(Army Tactical Command Information System). The core technologies of the C4I System are the information data integrate, COP(Common Operational Picture), system interoperability technology, As for the search country for the key technology trends, the analysis period was limited from 1990 to 2020 for the published and registered patent document in Korea, US, China, Japan, and Europe which are major patent application countries. To analyze the technology trend of the core technology of the ATICS, a technology classification diagram was prepared, and search terms were derived based on this. After the search was executed, valid data was detected, and the data were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed to draw up a technology plow chart to derive the domestic and foreign technology level results of the core technology. This paper intends to provide technical information necessary for system development of the ATCIS in the future by identifying the flow of technology development of the C4I system and the latest development trends in major countries.
