        Entropy-TOPSIS 기법을 활용한 중국 항만의 경쟁력에 관한 연구

        As an essential part of the supply chain, ports not only play a critical function in the national economic construction but also play a decisive role in disasters such as infectious diseases and natural disasters that negatively affect the lives of most sectors. In order to better evaluate the competitiveness of Chinese ports, this study constructs a competitiveness evaluation system for China’s top 5 ports. Based on the port competitiveness evaluation indexes, port competitiveness is divided into four aspects: infrastructure condition, port operation, economic environment, and port development potential. The entropy weight and TOPSIS method are utilized to evaluate the port’s competitiveness. The results show that the competitiveness of Shanghai port is much higher than that of other ports. It is suggested that each port should improve its own construction level and seek win-win results through dislocation development and collaborative cooperation.

        부정산출요소를 고려한 중국 경제권의 효율성 평가

        With the development of China, air pollutants are also growing rapidly in recent decades, especially in big cities of the country. To better understand the relationship between economic conditions and air pollutants in big cities, this study combined the carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions of 17 provinces in China’s four key economic development zones (the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, the Bohai Economic Rim, the Pearl River Delta, and the Yangtze River Delta) for the first time and explored the decoupling of economic growth from CO2 emissions. To achieve the research purpose, this paper constructs an economic benefit evaluation index system with employees, fixed investments, main energy productions as inputs, and gross domestic product (GDP) as output. In addition, the trend of economic efficiency changed from 2016 to 2020 was analyzed and compared by combining CO2 emissions and set as undesirable output based on slacks-based measure (SBM) model and undesirable output model. The results show that from the perspective of provincial economic efficiency, the economic efficiency considering the undesirable output is lower than the traditional economic efficiency from 2016 to 2020. In terms of regional economic efficiency, the Bohai Economic Rim (BER) and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region (BTHR) are the most economically efficient of the four economic development zones (EDZs). Additionally, the mean value of regional green economic efficiency, in descending order, is the BER, the BTHR, the Pearl River Delta (PRD), and the Yangtze River Delta (YRD). In general, it is suggested that the government set different CO2 emission reductiontargets for different areas in order to achieve rapid economic growth, taking into consideration the disparities in industrial structure and economic development levels of different EDZs.

      • 중국 주요 도시의 물류경쟁력 평가 및 장애요인 진단에 관한 연구 - 중·유럽 화물열차를 중심으로 -

        The China-Europe Express, also known as the China Railway Express or Eurasian Land Bridge, is a network of freight trains that connect various cities in China with cities in Europe. This rail service provides an alternative transportation route for goods between Asia and Europe, complementing the traditional maritime routes. The success of the China-Europe Express has led to increased investments in rail infrastructure and improvements in customs and logistics procedures along the route, further enhancing its efficiency and attractiveness to businesses. As of my last update in September 2021, the China-Europe Express continues to grow and evolve, contributing to the global trade landscape by offering a reliable and expedited transportation option between China and Europe. Therefore, in order to evaluate the logistics level of the cities through which the China-Europe Express trains pass and find out the reasons for the obstacles, this paper conducts research and analysis. On the basis of comprehensive consideration of economic, social, and environmental factors, this paper evaluates and analyzes the development of the logistics industry in ten cities that are the main routes of the China-Europe Express. The study involved ten cities(Chengdu, Chongqing, Hefei, Lianyungang, Shenyang, Suzhou, Wuhan, Xi’an, Yiwu, and Zhengzhou), which collected data for 2021 and analyzed the data. The results show that there are obvious differences in the logistics level of the cities through which the China-Europe express trains pass. Based on the results of this study, targeted optimization countermeasures are put forward and evaluation indicators and research methods are suggested, which will provide the government and practitioners decision support, as well as provide theoretical and methodological support for the development of China-Europe Express.

        인천 국제공항의 화물 운영 효율성 및 환경영향 분석 연구

        공항의 운영 효율성 연구는 전통적으로 활발히 수행되고 있으나, 환경으로 인한 영향까지 고려한 연구는 미미한 상황이다. 본연구는 세계 주요 국제공항의 운영 효율성 및 환경적 영향을 분석한 것으로, 각 공항의 운영 현황을 연도별로 평가해보고, 인천국제공항의 관점에서 개선책 및 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2018년부터 2022년까지 세계 20개 국제 공항을 대상으로 화물부문 연도별 효율성 변화를 분석하고, 공항 운영에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인을 탐색하였다. 연구 결과, 홍콩 국제공항, 멤피스국제공항, 테드 스티븐스 앵커리지, 루이빌 무함마드 알리 국제공항 등은 최적의 규모 효율성을 지속적으로 유지하는 것으로 나타났다. Covid-19 팬데믹 기간의 변화를 살펴보면 공항 효율성이 전반적으로 하락하다가 2021년부터 점차 회복하는 패턴을 보였다. 인천 국제공항의 규모 효율성은 0.635∼0.762로 상대적으로 낮아 개선이 필요한 상황으로 평가되었다. 한편, 기술적 효율성은 인천국제공항을 포함한 10개 공항에서 최적 수준을 달성하였다. 이어서 환경 영향을 고려하기 위해 공항별 비행기 이착률을 부정산출요인으로 선정하여 분석하였다. 홍콩 국제공항, 테드 스티븐스 앵커리지 국제공항, 루이빌 무함마드 알리 국제공항은 지속적으로높은 효율성을 달성한 반면, 인천 국제공항, 마이애미 국제공항, 로스앤젤레스 국제공항 등은 부정산출요인으로 인해 효율성이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 환경 오염을 줄이기 위해서는 운행편수를 단순히 늘리는 것보다 효율적으로 스케줄을 편성하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 공항의 효율성 향상을 위한 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Airports have traditionally been studied for their operational efficiency, but few studies have considered their environmental impact. This study analyzed the operational efficiency and environmental impact of the world’s major international airports, evaluated the operational status of each airport by year, and suggested improvement measures and strategies from the perspective of Incheon International Airport. To this end, this study analyzed the yearly efficiency changes of 20 international airports from 2018 to 2022, and explored various factors affecting airport operations. The result found that Hong Kong International Airport, Memphis International Airport, Ted Stevens Anchorage, and Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport have consistently maintained optimal scale efficiency. When looking at the changes in efficiency during the COVID-19 pandemic, this study found an overall decline in airport efficiency, followed by a gradual recovery in 2021. Incheon International Airport’s scale efficiency ranged from 0.635 to 0.762, which is relatively low and needs improvement. Meanwhile, the technical efficiency of 10 airports, including Incheon International Airport, achieved the optimal level. In order to consider the environmental impact, this study analyzed the landing and take-off of each airport as an undesirable output factor. Hong Kong International Airport, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, and Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport consistently achieved high efficiency, while Incheon International Airport, Miami International Airport, and Los Angeles International Airport showed a decrease in efficiency due to negative factors. This research suggested that efficient scheduling is more important than simply increasing the number of flights to reduce environmental pollution. The results of this study are expected to serve as an important basis for improving the efficiency of airports in the future.

        A Competitive Analysis of Top 20 Container Ports in Asia Using Super-Efficiency Model

        Nowadays, ports operate as significant hub nodes for domestic and international circulation, acting as platforms for resource allocation as well as complete transportation hubs for material movement. As ports continue to grow in size, the importance of port development in promoting economic growth has increased, and port competition has become more intense. The average annual growth rate of containerized seaborne trade in Asia between 2010 and 2020, according to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), was 5.8%. By collecting the literature review, there is scant literature focused on the efficiency evaluation of Asian ports. Based on this situation, in order to compare the competitive analysis of the Asian ports, this paper utilized DEA-CCR, DEA-BCC, and DEA-super-efficiency models to rank and analyze the efficiency of the top 20 Asian ports in terms of container throughput in 2021. The inputs used in this research are the number of quay cranes, the water depth of dock front water, the number of berths, and the quay length. Besides, the output is the cargo throughput, and the data was collected in 2021. Through the analysis, it can be found that Shanghai port has clear advantages over other ports in terms of development. The competitive ability of Taicang/Suzhou port ranks second, while Busan port ranks third following. By determining port efficiency in Asia through this research, a significant contribution to the growth of Asian ports is anticipated.

        SNA를 활용한 친환경 물류 연구 동향 분석

        Within the worse of the environment, Climate change caused by global warming is becoming serious around the world, and green logistics to pursue sustainable development in the logistics sector are receiving more and more attention. Along with the acceleration of the global economy, eco-friendly issues are playing an increasingly important role in the logistics industry, and various policy measures are being pursued to establish the green logistics system. This study aims to analyze research trends in eco-friendly logistics, and the SNA methodology was applied by extracting keywords from 518 domestic and foreign papers from 2013 to August 2022. The period is divided into three stages: 2013-2015, 2016-2019, and 2020-2022, and 'logistics' and 'sustainable development' were derived as top logistics eco-friendly keywords at all stages. Besides, In the first stage(2013-2015), the term ‘environmental performance’ and ‘freight transport’ attracted the attention of scholars. In the second stage(2016-2019), keywords such as ‘third-party logistics’ and ‘lean logistics’ have attracted the attention of scholars. In the third stage(2020-2022), the ‘internet of things’ and ‘circular economy’ received the attention of scholars. In line with the growth of the economy, it was confirmed that research related to eco-friendly logistics is gradually expanding to a sustainable concept. Based on this study, it is possible to grasp the research trends of the academic community to cope with recent environmental changes and provides reference materials to consider future research directions.

      • 한국무용에 참여하는 주부들의 여가 몰입 체험에 관한 현상학적 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 주부둘이 한국무용을 참여하면서 그들의 삶에 어떤 의미를 부여하고 있는지를 알아보고자 한다. 현재 한국무용체험에 관한 많은 국내 연구들이 이뤄지고 있지만 한국무용 몰입 경험에 관한 선행 연구들은 양적 연구가 대부분을 차지하고 있고 질적 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 한국무용을 수행하고 있는 주부들을 대상으로 하여 한국무용을 시작하게 된 동기, 몰입경험을 통한 체험의 의미를 알아보고 이를 통해 얻는 신체적, 심리적 효과는 무엇인지 알아보고자 하였다. 이와 같은 목적에 맞는 연구 참여자를 선정하기 위해 문화센터에서 한국무용에 참여하고 있는 주부 9명을 대상으로 6개월에 걸쳐 심층면접, 내용분석, 참여관찰을 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료를 주제별 약호와, 의미범주화, 의미개념화 등 3단계 분석을 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국무용에 참여하게 된 동기는 다양하였지만 자발적인 참여 성향이 강하게 나타났다. 둘째, 연구 참여자들의 한국무용에 대한 열정적 참여 성향이 나타났고 이러한 성향은 몰입으로 이어졌다. 셋째, 연구 참여자들은 한국무용에 참여하여 긍정적인 신체적, 심리적 효과를 얻었다. 넷째, 연구 참여자들이 한국무용에 참여하면서 체약적인 상황이 나타났다. The purpose of the study was to examine the explore the flow experience for house wives who are participating on Korean dance. Even though there are numerous studies conducted similar topic in quantitative research, qualitative research are limited. Therefore, the study was to analysis on leisure flow for house wives participating on Korean dance by phenomenological analysis. The research participants were selected at local culture center, after 6 months of interview, contents analysis, and observation process, the results shown as follow. First, the motivation of participating Korean dance was voluntary. Second, most of the research participants showed strong passion on participating Korean dance which leads to flow. Third, research participants experienced positivity on physical and psychological effects. Fourth, even though there are positive effects on participating Korean dance, they also experience constraints.

      • 파일 항타 소음이 농어(Lateolabrax japonicus), 조피볼락(Sebastes schlegelii), 강도다리(Platichthys stellatus) 치어의 혈중 삼투압에 미치는 영향

        해상풍력단지 건설로 발생하는 파일 항타 소음은 어류 건강성에 악영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 현재까지 수중 소음과 같은 물리적 스트레서에 의한 어류 혈중 삼투압 변화를 정량적으로 평가한 연구는 미비하며, 어류의 서식 형태(표영성, 반저서성, 저서성)를 구분하여 연구한 사례 또한 드물다. 본 연구는 국내의 대표적인 어획 및 양식 어종인 농어(Lateolabrax japonicus, L. japonicus), 조피볼락(Sebastes schlegelii, S. schlegelii), 강도다리(Platichthys stellatus, P. stellatus) 치어를 파일 항타 소음에 노출하여 생리적 영향(혈중 삼투압)을 정량적으로 평가하였다. 표영성 어종인 L. japonicus는 소음 크기(dB)가 증가할수록 혈중 삼투압이 유의하게 감소하였다(p < 0.05). 반면, 반저서성 및 저서성 어종인 S. schlegelii와 P. stellatus의 혈중 삼투압은 대조구와 실험구 사이에 유의한 차이는 없었으나, 소음 크기가 증가할수록 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 삼투압 유지 저하가 지속되는 경우 체내외 삼투 불균형으로 인한 개체 폐사에 이를 수 있으며 이는 결과적으로 어업량 감소를 야기할 수 있다. 본 자료는 해상 풍력 단지 건설에 따른 주요 수산종의 피해 가치를 산정하고 해역 이용에 따른 영향을 평가하는데 중요한 기초 자료로써 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The pile driving noise generated by the construction of an offshore wind farm is known to adversely affect fish health. However, studies that quantitatively evaluate the effects of physical stressors (pile driving noise) to the plasma osmolality of fish lacks, especially with comprehensive comparison by water strata (pelagic, semi-benthic, benthic). This study quantitatively evaluated the physiological effects (plasma osmolality) of exposing juvenile sea bass (Lateolabrax japonicus, L. japonicus), rockfish (Sebastes schlegelii, S. schlegelii), and pike pike (Platichthys stellatus, P. stellatus), which are representative domestic fishery and cultured fish species, to pile driving noise. Results showed that the plasma osmolality significantly decreased in pelagic fish (L. japonicus) as the pile driving noise level (dB) increased (p < 0.05). The blood osmotic pressure of semi-benthic (S. schlegelii) and benthic fish (P. stellatus) species showed no significant difference experimental groups, yet a tendency to decrease as the noise level increased was observed. If the decrease in osmotic pressure maintenance is severe, an osmotic imbalance inside and outside the body may lead to mortality. Consequentially, decrease in catchment will lead to economical damage to the fishery industry. This study presents a data base for estimating the damage of fishing industry caused by the construction of an offshore wind farm, and further evaluate the impact of sea area use for future decision making.
