기내면세품 구매자들의 구매만족에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

The purpose of the study is to examine the underlying factors affecting customer satisfaction in the In-flight duty-free shop to enhance the service quality. Based on the relevant studies and exploratory field examination three factors such as, the purchasing perception, personal consumption propensity, and the service performance on sales of the in-flight duty-free products were investigated. A questionnaire survey of 243 in-flight duty-free shopper was conducted. The results indicated that all factors that belong in the domain of the purchasing perception significantly influenced the dependent variable. Whereas the factors in the domains of the personal consumption propensity, and the service performance factors do partially influence on the customer satisfaction. The significance of the study is to develop a solid ground of the measures of service performance factors in In-flight duty-free shop sales product where prior studies seldom, if ever, have devoted on its exploration. 본 연구에서는 기내면세점의 면세품 판매 서비스품질을 향상시키기 위해 구매자 들의 구매만족에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석했다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 구매지각 요인, 개인소비성향, 기내면세품 판매서비스 품질요인(SERVPERF) 등 세 가지 변 인을 도출 한 뒤 이들이 구매만족에 미치는 영향을 조사했다. 일 년에 한 두 차례 이상 비행기 탑승경험을 가지고 있는 기내 면세점 이용자들 243명을 대상으로 설 문조사를 실시한 결과, 구매지각요인들 가운데 위험지각(-), 브랜드인식(+), 그리 고 가격인식(+)이 구매만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 개인소비성 향 중에는 소비자동조성향(-), 물질주의성향(+), 다양성추구성향(-), 편의추구성 향(+)이 기내면세품판매 서비스 품질요인 중에서는 확신성(+), 반응성(+), 그리 고 공감성(+)이 구매만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Trauma-Associated Hyperglycemia after Fall Accident in Three Dogs

Three dogs were referred for emergency care after fall accidents. All cases showed hyperglycemia at initialtesting, with no history of diabetes mellitus. After varying periods of time, the blood glucose levels in all cases returnedto within the reference range. The present report describes three cases of typical trauma-associated hyperglycemia in dogs.
Decreases in Casz1 mRNA by an siRNA Complex Do not Alter Blood Pressure in Mice

Recent genomewide association studies of large samples have identified genes that are associated with blood pressure. The Global Blood Pressure Genetics (Global BPgen) and Cohorts for Heart and Aging Research in Genome Epidemiology (CHARGE) consortiums identified 14 loci that govern blood pressure on a genomewide significance level, one of which is CASZ1confirmed in both Europeans and Asians. CASZ1 is a zinc finger transcription factor that controls apoptosis and cell fate and suppresses neuroblastoma tumor growth by reprogramming gene expression, like a tumor suppressor. To validate the function of CASZ1 in blood pressure, we decreased Casz1 mRNA levels in mice by siRNA. Casz1 siRNA reduced mRNA levels by 59% in a mouse cell line. A polyethylenimine-mixed siRNA complex was injected into mouse tail veins, reducing Casz1mRNA expression to 45% in the kidney. However, blood pressure in the treated mice was unaffected, despite a 55% reduction in Casz1 mRNA levels in the kidney on multiple siRNA injections daily. Even though Casz1siRNA-treated mice did not experience any significant change in blood pressure, our study demonstrates the value of in vivo siRNA injection in analyzing the function of candidate genes identified by genomewide association studies.

본 연구 목적은 학교급별 학교도서관에 사용된 색채를 분석하고 색채가 주는 형용사 이미지를 파악하는 것이다. 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교의 15개 학교도서관 이미지를 KSCA프로그램을 이용하여 색채를 추출하여 색상, 명도, 채도를 분석하였다. 또한 추출된 색을 I.R.I 이미지 스케일을 이용하여 형용사를 파악하였다. 분석 결과, 색상은 초등학교와 고등학교에서는 YR (Yellow Red), N (Neutral), Y (Yellow) 계열 순으로 사용되었으나 중학교에서는 YR (Yellow Red), N (Neutral), R (Red) 계열 순으로 나타났다. 모든 학교도서관에 사용된 색채의 명도는 평균적으로 중명도가 사용되었으며, 채도는 낮은 채도로 이루어져 있었다. 색채의 형용사 이미지는 ‘점잖은’이라는 형용사가 학교도서관에서 가장 많이 도출되었다. 학교도서관은 학교급별로 공간구성 색채에 있어 특별한 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 비슷한 색채와 형용사 이미지를 가진 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the colors in the school libraries and identify the images of adjectives derived from the colors. This study investigated the hue (basic color), value (brightness) and chroma (color intensity) in the school libraries through KSCA program. It analyzed 15 school libraries from elementary schools to high schools. Furthermore, with the aids of I.R.I Adjective Image Scale, the adjective images of the colors could be identified. The results are as follows: In the elementary school libraries, the hue was used in the order of YR (yellow red), N (neutral), and Y (yellow), while in the order of YR (yellow red), N (neutral), and R (red) in the middle school libraries. All the school libraries had medium brightness on average, whereas the colors had a low chroma. As for the adjective images of the colors, the adjective ‘gentle’ has appeared the most in every school library. The school libraries have similar colors and adjective images for all levels, not presenting any particular differences in the colors of every interior space arrangement.
Comparison of three types of analyzers for urine protein-to-creatinine ratios in dogs

Background: Quantitation of urine protein is important in dogs with chronic kidney disease. Various analyzers are used to measure urine protein-to-creatinine ratios (UPCR). Objectives: This study aimed to compare the UPCR obtained by three types of analyzers (automated wet chemistry analyzer, in-house dry chemistry analyzer, and dipstick reading device) and investigate whether the differences could affect clinical decision process. Methods: Urine samples were collected from 115 dogs. UPCR values were obtained using three analyzers. Bland-Altman and Passing Bablok tests were used to analyze agreement between the UPCR values. Urine samples were classified as normal or proteinuria based on the UPCR values obtained by each analyzer and concordance in the classification evaluated with Cohen's kappa coefficient. Results: Passing and Bablok regression showed that there were proportional as well as constant difference between UPCR values obtained by a dipstick reading device and those obtained by the other analyzers. The concordance in the classification of proteinuria was very high (κ = 0.82) between the automated wet chemistry analyzer and in-house dry chemistry analyzer, while the dipstick reading device showed moderate concordance with the automated wet chemistry analyzer (κ = 0.52) and in-house dry chemistry analyzer (κ = 0.53). Conclusions: Although the urine dipstick test is simple and a widely used point-of-care test, our results indicate that UPCR values obtained by the dipstick test are not appropriate for clinical use. Inter-instrumental variability may affect clinical decision process based on UPCR values and should be emphasized in veterinary practice.
