Objectives The purpose of this systematic review is to analyse randomized controlled trials about acupuncture for patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS) and evaluate it's pain improvement effect. Methods Studies will be searched from ten databases (Medline/PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, China National Knowledge Infrastructure [CNKI], WanFang Data, Citation Information by NII [CiNII], ScienceON, Koreanstudies Information Service System [KISS], KMBASE, and KoreaMed). Participants will be patients diagnosed with PFPS, regardless of cause, gender, age or race, and interventions will be acupuncture, electroacupuncture, dry needling, fire needle, and acupotomy. Other treatments than interventions will be the control group and the main outcome will be reviewed by visual analogue scale (VAS). Results Data will be extracted and assessed according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis flow chart and Cochrane risk of bias tools. Meta-analysis will be conducted using random effect model within 95% confidence interval. Conclusions We expect this systematic review to provide useful data about the pain improvements of patellofemoral pain using acupuncture and expect to stimulate and systematize acupuncture treatment on PFPS in the future.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to systematically review the degree of pain and function improvement in acupuncture treatment for patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS). Methods Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were searched from Medline/PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, WanFang Data, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Citation Information by NII (CiNII), Koreanstudies Information Service System (KISS), ScienceON, KoreaMed, and Korean Medical Database (KMbase). The methodological quality of selected RCTs’ were evaluated according to Cochrane RoB2 tool. Results Total of 158 studies were identified and 7 RCTs were selected for systematic review. Frequently used evaluation method were visual analogue scale and Kujala scores. All studies showed significant effect on pain reduction and knee function between before and after treatment, but showed partial significance between the intervention and control group. Conclusions Research showed that acupuncture treatment is an effective treatment for improving the pain and function of PFPS, but it is difficult to conclude that it has a significant effect compared to other treatments. Selected studies included subjective evaluation indicators and the total of selected studies were small, so the interpretation of the results is limited. Also most of the included studies are evaluated to have some concerns of bias. Therefore, subsequent research should continously be done in more objective and systematic method.

대학운동선수의 자기관리, 선수생활만족, 운동지속의 관계 연구

본 연구는 대학선수의 자기관리, 선수생활만족, 운동지속의사와의 영향관계를 규명하기 위하여 수도권 및 경상 도 지역의 대학교에 재학 중인 학생선수를 대상으로 표집을 실시하였으며. 대학선수들이 합숙하고 있는 장소나 훈련을 하고 있는 곳을 직접 방문하여 설문을 실시하였다. 총 200부의 설문지를 배포하였으며 회수된 설문지 중 응답이 누락되 거나 불성실하여 본 연구의 목적달성에 부합하지 않는다고 판단된 11부를 제외하고 189부의 설문지를 최종분석에 사 용하였다. SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중 회귀분석을 실시하 였고 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기관리 중 대인관리는 선수생활만족의 모든 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것 으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기관리 중 훈련관리는 선수생활만족에 유의한 영향을 주지 못한 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 자기 관리 중 신체관리는 선수생활만족 중 환경만족에 유의미한 영향관계가 나타났다. 넷째, 자기관리 중 정신관리는 선수생 활만족과 영향관계가 없는 것으로 도출되었다. 다섯째, 선수생활만족 중 선수생활만족과 사회적 승인 요인은 운동지속 의사에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. This research aimed at investigating the relationshiop among self management, career satisfaction and the career continuance of college athletes. In this study, set up the research model and to achieve the goal, A total of 189 questionnaires were distributed to sports for all club participants in Seoul metropolitan area and Kyungnam area. This research adopted frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis utilizing SPSS 18.0. The results are as follows. First, interpersonal of self management effect on all of career satisfaction. Second, training of self management did not effect on all of career satisfaction. Third, physical of self management effect on environment of career satisfaction. Fourth, mental of self management did not effect on all of career satisfaction. Fifth, career and social approval of career satisfaction effect on career continuance.

대한민국 자전거 축전만족도에 따른 축전참여태도 및 자전거 이용태도에 미치는 영향

정부가 추진하는 ‘녹색성장’과 맞물린 두 바퀴로 하나 되는 대한민국’이라는 슬로건 아래 사상 최대 규모의 자전거 타기 행사인 ‘대한민국 자전거축전’ 행사가 개최되었다. 자전거 축제가 녹색성장 시대를 맞아 친환경 교통수단인 자전거에 대한 국민적인 관심을 불러일으키고 이를 통해 자전거 산업과 자전거인프라 조성 및 자전거 이용 활성화 정책에 도움을 주는데 기여할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용 되는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 자전거축전 참여자들을 대상으로 행사 만족도,자전거 이용행태, 자전거에 대한 인식, 행사참여태도를 파악하였으며, 조사기간은 2010년 10월 22~30일이며, 2개 지역(부산,울산)에서 각각 조사되었다. 표본추출의 경우 편의표본추출법을 사용하였으며, 전체 450명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 현장면접조사를 실시하였다. 첫째, 행사만족도의 하위요인 모두가 행사 참여태도에 정(+)의 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 요인별로는 행사내용, 행사시설, 행사장서비스순으로 나타났으며, 행사내용이 행사참여태도에 가장 큰 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 행사 만족도가 자전거인식태도변화에 미치는 영향관계를 분석한 결과, 행사만족도 하위요인 중 행사내용과 행사서비스는 자전거인식태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 행사장 시설과 자전거 인식태도에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 셋째, 자전거축전 만족도가 자전거이용태도변화에 미치는 영향관계를 분석한 결과에 따르면, 행사만족도 하위요인 모두가 자전거이용태도변화에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 위의 결과에 나타났듯이 자전거축전을 지속적으로 전개하여 축전의 목적에 맞는 자전거 이용활성화의 전기를 마련하는것이 필요하다. Government wants to promote green growth and interlocked with two wheels under a slogan of the Republic of Korea, the biggest cycling event in the "Korea Bicycle Festival" event was held. The era of green growth, eco-friendly means of transportation by bicycle festival sparked national interest, through which the bicycle industry infrastructures, and basic data is intended to contribute to bicycle use and bicycle activity. The survey on such expected effectiveness analyzed conscious of participants by a form of the using bicycle, an investigation on perception of bicycle, a motivation of participating in the event, satisfactions, value of the event and a bicycle activation policy for participants in the bicycle-riding festival, the survey period is from oct. 22th to the 30th, 2009 for three days, and in two different regions (Busan, Ulsan) respectively. In case of sampling, it was used by Convenience sampling, and carried out a field interview method for the whole of the 450 people with a structured questionnaire. First, the events all the factors of satisfaction, attitudes and impact of the events are involved. In terms of factors, events, information, events, facilities and event services showed the highest contents of events participating in attitude was the biggest influence. Second, the event recognizes the satisfaction analysis of the effect of a change of attitude, satisfaction subscale of the event for event services and events that affect the perception showed that attitudes facilities and bike event in the attitude did not affect perception. Third, according to the result of an impact relation that the satisfactions of the bicycle-riding festival are influenced on a change in the attitude of the perception of bicycle, the event content and the event service among the factors of the low satisfactions are attentive effects on the attitude of the using bicycle. Continuing to open the festival, for the purpose of bike use, it"s necessary to provide the opportunity.

프로스포츠선수의 스포츠 계약상 지위에 관한 논고

프로스포츠선수는 아마추어선수와는 달리 단순히 개인적인 운동선수라는 신분에서 벗어나 직업적인 선수로서 직업선택에 있어 프로구단과의 관계에서 입단, 보수, 퇴단, 트레이드 등 프로스포츠의 제도상의 계약(전속계약)상 지위라는 입지에 있게 된다. 계약의 생명인 공정한 계약의 성립을 위해서는 무엇보다 계약당사자의「무기대등의 원칙」이 요구되는 것이다. 프로선수도 선수계약에 있어 계약상대방인 프로구단과 대등한 입장에서 대항하는 계약의 일방당사자로서의 지위가 부여되어 있지만, 계약실무의 실제에 있어서 거의 법의 문외한인 전문운동경기선수로서는 서면에 적힌 복잡하고 대개 일방적이고 전문적인 내용으로 가득찬「선수계약서」를 선듯 제시받고는 감히 읽을 엄두도 못 낼 실정이다. 본 연구는 법적지식을 쌓아 프로스포츠선수의 계약상 지위를 향상케 하여 헌법상 직업선택의 자유상의 보장된 정당한 권리 보상에 기여하고자 하는 것이다.
