활성탄을 이용한 역삼투 농촌수의 유기물 및 영양염류 제거 평가

Membrane process has been one of the widely applied wastewater treatment options, especially in field. However, one of the tricky issues in the process is to treat concentrates generated from reverse osmosis (RO) system in a manner of saving cost with maximum efficiency for treating a wide range of contaminants. Stimulated with the challenging issues, we have conducted a series of experimental studies in the evaluation for removing organics and nutrients using activated carbon. Results indicated that while powdered activated carbon (PAC) efficiently removed organics and the extent of removal was proportional to the PAC dosage, little removal of nitrogen and phosphorus was observed despite increasing the PAC dose. Interestingly, applying PAC was superior in removing organics than using granular activated carbon (GAC). These results suggest smaller particle size with higher surface area could provide greater chemical reactivity in removing organics.

This study analyzed firstly, lives of middle-aged women from career discontinuity to participation in job education, secondly, have understood the meaning of experiencing of life change and finally analyzed their motives for participation. This study found out 22 categories from 52 meaning units based on analysis of coding. Furthermore five higher construction factors have been created such as finishing my own work, meaning of my life, consideration on my identity, motivation on new challenge and looking for my true life, based on the categories.
단일점포 가맹점과 다점포 가맹점 경영형태 비교 연구 -한국 외식 프랜차이즈 중심으로-

The Multi Unit Franchising(MUF) is well established in developed countries, while Single Unit Franchising(SUF) is more popular in developing countries including Korea. The objective of this study is to investigate the differences between SUF and MUF in the areas of operational performance and relationship quality in restaurant franchising industry in Korea. The study shows ⓐMUF in Korea is in very early stage at the moment, ⓑ the number of total franchising units are higher with more years of headquarter experiences, ⓒMUF shows superior operational know-how and participated more actively in daily business operation, ⓓMUF also shows higher trust level and better conflict resolution with headquarter than SUF, and ⓔMUF shows higher degree of franchising membership retention. This paper concludes MUF is a superior franchising system, which can be adopted for the restaurant franchising industries in Korea, in consideration of business growth opportunities, better relationship quality, and easier conflict resolution management with headquarter.
가맹사업 동기와 업종에 따른 점포운영특성, 관계특성, 성과 차이에 관한 연구

This Study is to research and analyze the difference by operation style, relation character, and business outcome in terms of franchise motivation and business category. The franchise motivations were identified by five groups;‘Livelihood’, ‘Risk-taking’, ‘Risk-averting’, ‘Livelihood and Risk-taking’, ‘Livelihood and Risk-averting’ and franchise business categories were identified by three categories that are based on the registered official written information according to FTC(Fair Trade Commission); Restaurants, Services, Wholesaling/Retailing. The results of analysis for research are the following;1. From franchise motivation standpoint, operation style had the differences between five groups excluded with loyalty payment terms. 2. From the relation with franchisor standpoint, the group who chose both ‘Livelihood and Risk-taking’ were highest in data pool. 3. From business outcome standpoint, the group who chose ‘Livelihood’ for franchise was highest business outcome, whereas the group who chose both ‘Livelihood and Risk-averting’ was lowest. 4. According to franchise business category, services were lowest in all three areas(operation style, relation character, and business outcome), wholesaling/retailing`s business outcome was highest in operation style and relation character areas, and restaurants was highest in business outcome area. Therefore, to help franchisor identify the right franchisee, it can be concluded that the appraisal manners will be implemented flexibly by the relative importance or the required level of the single line criteria in terms of franchise business characters and objectives.

With developing media technologies including smart phone and internet broadcasting, the number of people watching major sports events, such as Olympic games, online has increased tremendously. The current Universal Access Right, which only covers the right to watch major events on television, thus, needs to be reviewed for amendment. In particular, the present study focuses on the widespread use of digital media among the youth to watch major sports events and aims at empirically examining the needs for expanding the coverage of Universal Access Right to watching major events online.
