부산${\cdot}$경남 일부 뇌성마비아들의 임상특성 연구

The purpose of this study was to research the clinical of cerebral palsy taking physical therapy at the department of physical therapy of various clinics at Kyungnam${\cdot}$Pusan. Among the subjects that was born from January, 1985 to June, 2000, 226 parents was answered to questionary of this study. The results of the study were as follows: 1) During the embryonic period, the cerebral palsied children above 37weeks were 114 subjects(50.9%) and there was 51 subjects(22.8%) between 28weeks to 31weeks and 32weeks to 36weeks. The children below 28weeks were 8 subjects(3.6%) and showed the lowest rate. As compared to the delievery methods, the normal delievery, cesserian section delievery, and forceps delievery was 124 subjects(55.1%), 81(36.0%), 16(7.1%), nad 4(1.8%). Among them the mormal delievery indicated the highest percentage. 2) Compared to the weight during birth time, the above 2500g of 121 subjects(55.3%) showed the highest rate and the 28 subjects(12.8%) had the birth weight of 1000to 1499g. There was 4 subjects(1.8%) below the 1000g. 3) Compared to the birth weight of the pregnancy period, the weight of the cerebral palsied children below 28weeks were 1000g to 1499g and showed the highest rate of 4 subjects(50%). The children between 28weeks to 31weeks and 32weeks to 36weeks were 1500 to 2499g, each 23(47.9%), and 28(54.9%) subject. The weight of the children of the above 37weeks were above 2500g and 94 subjects(87.4%). Therefore, if the period of pregnancy is short, the weight birth would indicate the lower weight than the weight of the other times(p<0.05). 4) The spastic type of the pregnant period had the highest rate and the period was the below 28weeks to 31weeks. The cerebral palsied children of athetoid and mixed type were 6 subjects(13.3%) and 5 subjects(31.9%) between 28 and 31weeks. The mixed type of them was each 15 (31.9%) and 33 (30.6%) subjects between 32 to 36 weeks and the above 37weeks. The mixed type showed a slightly high rate (p<0.05). 5) The spastic type indicated the highest rate in the weight of birth time and especially showed the high rate in the case of 1000 to 1499g. The mixed type indicated a slightly high rate of 17 subjects (25.8%) and 32 subjects (29.1%) in case of 1500 to 2499g and the above 2500g (p<0.05).
아랍페미니즘의 선구자 까심 아민(Qāsim 'Amīn, 1863-1908)의 사상 연구

Qāsim 'Amīn is considered as a typical Egyptian intellectual who had been influenced by western thoughts during the turning period of Egyptian history. He has put a momentum of the real feminism movement in Arab world by devoting his life and works to women's issues and emancipation. Qāsim 'Amīn has been admired as 'Ruther of the east', or 'Pioneer of women's emancipation' and at the same time has been the target of criticism by conservative Muslim critics. Especially his two representative works "Women's Emancipation"(1899) and "New Women"(1900) have provoked tremendous disputes in the realm of thought in Arab world. In addition to these two works, this study will include his early work in French "The Egyptians" to follow the trace of his changing thoughts. It will give an opportunity through tracing his changing thoughts in his three works to know trends of political, religious, and social thoughts of the time in general, and different attitudes toward women's issues in particular. It will focus first on advocates of women's emancipation before Qasim 'Amīn, his life, and his intellectual backgrounds, secondly, his political and religious thoughts, and finally his thoughts on women's issues.
기업광고를 통해 본 가족신화와 젠더의 기호학적 의미: SK기업광고를 중심으로

This study attempts to identify the process in which how the Myth of family and gender image are reproduced and taken in by the recipients through semiotics analysis of three versions consisting of children, husband and housewife series of SK corporate`s TV advertisements from the last half of year 2009 to the first half of year 2010. The analysis of the corporate advertisements shows that each advertisement binds and stereotypes concept of family and gender to Myth of family, especially case of female, and consequently, the result through text analysis is that corporate advertisements reproduce and restructure traditional Myth of family and role of gender. Going forward, Family study requires to realize importance of effect of mass media, especially of TV advertisement, to research diverse case studies and searching about it.
영국, 프랑스, 독일 무슬림의 이주와 정착 및 갈등에 관한 연구

The starting point of our project, 'Acculturation and Adaptation of Immigrant Muslims in the Korean Society: for the Coexistence with Koslims in Multi-Cultural Society', is that (l) the number of Muslim people will increase in Korea and, (2) as is the case of Europe, the immigrated Muslim may cause social unrest if the second and third generations should be marginalized. It is true that the 'Islam' or 'Muslim' have both common and different features. The Islam or Muslim societies spread out all overthe world clearly have many things in common while, at the same time, they show obvious difference in many things. However, this paper seeks to deal with immigrant Muslims in Korea as the social group that have common features by the medium of 'religion' - not by that of nationality, ethnic group, local area, etc.. This paper sets out to compare immigrant Muslims in Korea (which is just in their early stage of immigration) with those in big European countries like Britain, France, Germany (which have much longer history and much more population). The purpose of this paper is to review the inflow, settlement, conflicts of the Muslims in those European countries and find out the similarity and difference compared with those in Korea. And finally tell the future of immigrant Muslims in Korea, through the cases of European countries who have already experienced them. With reference to immigration policy, Britain pursues multi-culture model, France pursues assimilation model, while Germany pursues discriminative exclusion model. As they formulate different policies, it would be meaningful for us to compare and analyse the inflow, settlement, conflicts of the Muslims in each country.

‘Gender’ means a set of characteristics discriminating male and female from the viewpoint of their social roles. Therefore, the term is defined socially rather than biologically. Qur'an contains a lot of verses related to gender issues because Islam had focused on the family as a minimum unit of Islamic community. It is generally agreed among Muslim scholars that regulations and rules related to gender in Qur'an brought some major reforms to social practices of Arabian Peninsula at that time. Meanwhile, it is also true that Qur'anic verses, which allude polygamy, men’s superiority over women, men’s violence against women etc., provided reasons not only for the orientalists who wanted to attack on Muslim women’s gendered inferiority but also for Muslim men who wanted to strengthen patriarchal system. The negative views on gendered roles and relations in Islam were escalated by the prophet’s Hadiths and the Islamic Law called Shari’ah. The Hadith collections, which were compiled about 100 years after the prophet’s death, contain many Hadiths against the Qur'anic spirit on gender issues. And the Shari’ah, which had been established during the period of strengthened patriarchy in the Islamic empire, set up many rules against women whose roots are neither found in Qur'an nor in the Hadith. In many cases, even Muslims are quite confused by the different views on gender issues within three dimensions, i.e. Qur'an, Hadith, and Shari’ah. It is a general idea, however, that Muslim women have ‘universal’ characteristics although they have had different looks in different periods and regions through the Islamic history, and in different milieu of each Islamic country today. This paper will focus on the Qur'an and its interpretations to discuss gender in the consideration that Qur'an is recognized as the most ‘Islamic’ among Muslims. The second chapter of this paper will discuss how the Qur'an had been differently interpreted according to interpreters’ personal tendency or philosophy. And the third chapter will inquire into Muslim interpreters’ so called 'gender views' by analyzing Qur'anic verses.
