        응급구조사의 극복력 측정도구 개발

        Purpose: This study aimed to develop a resilience measurement scale and verify its validity and reliability. Methods: This was a methodological study. The preliminary items of the scale were derived from literature reviews and in-depth interviews. The data were collected from October 30, 2017 to January 20, 2018, and paramedics working in hospitals or fire departments were selected using convenience sampling. A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 213 paramedics in Korea. Results: Through content validity, item analysis and exploratory factor analysis, a total of 6 factors and 26 items were extracted, and the total variance was 67.12%. Factor 1 was "self-efficacy" (11 items), factor 2 was "internal control" (5 items), factor 3 was "empowerment" (2 items), factor 4 was "interpersonal capability", (3 items), factor 5 was "social support" (2 items), and factor 6 was "adaptation and coping" (3 items). Conclusion: This is the first scale developed in Korea to measure the resilience of paramedics. In future, this scale of this study will contribute to developing a resilience improvement program based on understanding the resilience level of paramedics.

        시뮬레이션 기반 코어스킬 프로그램(SCSP)이 보건계열 대학생의 임상지식, 문제해결과정, 자아존중감에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 시뮬레이션 기반 코어스킬 프로그램 교육을 보건계열 학생에게 적용한 후 임상지식, 문제해결과정, 자아존 중감에 미치는 효과를 기존의 전통적 교육과 비교· 검증하기 위해 시도된. 비동등성 대조군 전후설계를 적용한 유사실험연구 이다. 대상자는 총 46명으로 J시에 소재한 D대학 응급구조과 2학년 학생이 참여하였다. 실험군 23명에게는 이론강의, 술기교 육, 팀시뮬레이션과 디브리핑으로 구성된 시뮬레이션기반 코어스킬 프로그램을 교육하였고 대조군 23명에게는 이론강의와 술기교육만으로 이루어진 전통적 교육을 실시하였다. 2013년 5월부터 110분간 주 4회씩 총 12회로 실시되었으며 수집된 자료 는 SPSS/Win 18.0을 이용하여 실수와 백분율, Chi-Square, t-test로 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 시뮬레이션 기반 코어스킬 프로그램을 시행한 실험군에서 임상적지식, 문제해결과정, 자아존중감이 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다. 이상의 연구결과, 시 뮬레이션기반 코어스킬 프로그램은 보건계열 대학생의 임상지식과 문제해결과정, 자아존중감 향상에 효과적인 교육프로그 램으로 보건전문직으로서의 역량을 증진시키는데 기여함을 확인할 수 있었다. This study examined the effects of a simulation-based core skill program regarding emergency care on the knowledge, problem solving process and self-esteem of health related department students. A quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group pre-post test design was used. A total of 46 students, 23 students for the experimental group and 23 students for the control group, were enrolled in this study. The simulation-based core skill program included lectures, skill training, team-based practice, simulation and debriefing. This was implemented in the experimental group for 3 weeks in May, 2013. The data was analyzed using the frequency, ratio, Chi-square, and t-test by the SPSS/Win 18.0. The experimental group, who had a simulation-based core skill program, showed significantly higher clinical knowledge, problem solving process and self-esteem compared to the control group who had a traditional education. A clinical simulation-based core skill program was verified to be an effective teaching method to improve on the clinical knowledge, problem solving process and self-esteem of health-related department students.

        ‘깨져버린 가엾은 거울’: 루크리스의 슬픈 이야기와 자아

        That Shakespeare, in writing The Rape of Lucrece, took great pains to produce the ‘grave labour’ points to the poem’s considerable art and rhetorical figure. More significant is that whereas Livy, Ovid and Chaucer assigned few words to Lucrece, Shakespeare’s Lucrece was assigned a great number of lines as well as excellent rhetoric skill. This gives her an unprecedented opportunity that, when she becomes a victim of rape, she can both recount the details of her own experience and defend herself. Once she is raped, she feels isolated and gradually begins to lament extreme emotional distress and sorrow. Her tragic lament enables her to come to terms with her grief and thus come face to face with herself. Lucretius, the father of Lucrece refers to dead Lucrece as ‘poor broken glass’, in which he finds his own image broken, not Lucrece’s. This represents the patriarchal perception that tries to deny women autonomy and subordinate women to men. Ironically, however, only by being broken is Lucrece able to get out of the grip of men, and with her poor tongue establish herself as an autonomous being. If visual images and mirror were reserved for men to identify male selfhood, oral tradition of crafting a tale constitutes female selfhood. Unlike Ovid’s Philomela, who had her tongue cut out by Tereus, Lucrece decides to appease her sorrow by lamenting the sad tale of her own. Finally, she takes her life in an attempt to prevent her honour from falling into disgrace. Thus, her songs and suicide contribute to her becoming a glass to be modeled after by women as well as being part of a history.

        영유아 응급처치 교육에서의 동영상 활용 사례기반학습의 효과

        본 연구는 보건계열 대학생을 대상으로 영유아 응급처치에서 동영상을 활용한 사례기반학습을 제공한 실험군과 전통적인 이론학습을 제공한 대조군과의 학습효과 차이를 비교함으로써 동영상을 활용한 사례기반학습의 효과를 평가하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 J시에 위치한 D대학교에 재학하는 57명의 보건계열 학생들로서 실험군과 대조군으로 각각 29명과 28명으로 나뉘어 구성되었다. 본 연구는 비동등성 대조군 전후시차 설계에 의한 유사 실험연구로 실험군에게는 동영상을 활용한 사례기반학습을 실시하였고, 대조군에게는 전통적인 강의식 교육을 실시하였다. 동영상을 활용한 사례기반학습은 1주일에 1회씩 3회를 실시하였으며 회당 180분이 소요되었다. 교육 전,후로 연구 참여자를 대상으로 영유아 응급처치 지식과 술기자신감, 학업적 자기효능감 및 문제해결능력을 조사하였다. 연구의 자료수집과 중재는 2014년 11월에서 12월까지 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 Program을 사용하였으며 paired t-test, unpaired t-test, x²-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 술기자신감에서 실험군이 대조군에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다(p<001). 또한 학업적 자기효능감의 하부영역 중 과제난이도 조절에서 실험군이 대조군에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다(p=.029). 문제해결능력의 하부영역중 접근회피양식(p=.001)과 문제해결자신감(p=.040)에서 실험군이 대조군에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 동영상을 활용한 사례기반학습은 간호보건계열 대학생의 전문역량 강화를 위한 효과적인 학습법임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 다양한 교육 콘텐츠를 활용한 사례기반학습이 개발되고 확대 적용되며, 학습효과에 대한 반복연구가 이루어지길 제언한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of case-based learning about infants and toddlers on healthcare department students, using a video in an emergency care environment. A total of 57 students from a healthcare department of D university in J city were enrolled. They were divided into two groups: The experimental group (n=29) and the control group (n=28). This study is pre-post designed with a non-equivalent control group. The experimental group received a 1-week education for a duration of 3 weeks (3 sessions in total) with 180 minutes per session. The control group received a traditional curriculum of lecture. Before and after the education, we measured the knowledge and skill confidence of emergency care toward infants and toddlers, the academic self-efficacy, and problem solving ability. Data collection and intervention were carried out from November to December of 2014. Data were analyzed with x²-test, paired t-test, unpaired t-test with SPSS version 20.0 Program. The experimental group showed a significantly higher improvement of skill confidence of emergency care toward infants and toddlers (P<001), as well as preferred task difficulty among sub-items of academic self-efficacy (p=.029), approach avoidance style (P=.001), and problem solving confidence (p=.040) among sub-items of problem solving ability on preference compared with the control group . In this study, a case-based learning was verified to be an effective teaching method to enhance professional competency of healthcare department students. The findings from this study suggest that a case-based learning using various educational contents should be developed, expanded, and carried out to promote better learning.

        경부 관절가동술을 병행한 복합운동이 편타성 손상에 의한 급성 경부통환자의 기능적 변인 및 통증척도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of combined exercise program applying mobilization on functional variables and pain scale of patients with acute neck pain caused by whiplash injury The subjects of this study were 28 patients with acute neck pain caused by whiplash injury. Participants were randomly assigned to motor imagery training group(n=15) and a physical therapy group(n=13). Two groups was executed during 60min a daily, 4 times a week during 3 weeks. All date were analyzed by paired t-test and independent t-test of SPSS/PC ver. 12.0. After 3 weeks of combined exercise program applying cervical joint mobilization were found to be significantly effective in functional variable(muscle activation of neck, maximal muscle strength & muscle endurance of neck flexor neck disability index) and pain scale. These reuslts suggest that JCMG were more significantly increased on functional variable and pain scale than PTG. In conclusion, the combined exercise program applying cervical joint mobilization in patients with acute neck pain caused by whiplash injury was effective for improvement in muscle functional and pain control.

        시뮬레이션기반 감염관리교육에서 직소(Jigsaw)모형을 응용한 협동학습이 감염관리 인식도, 내적동기, 학습만족도에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 보건 계열 대학생을 대상으로 감염관리 시뮬레이션 교육에서 직소모형 협동학습을 적용한 후 감염관 리 인식도, 내적동기, 학습만족도의 차이를 통해 프로그램의 효과를 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 J시에 소재 한 D대학의 보건계열 2학년 학생으로 실험군 27명과 대조군 27명이다. 두군간의 동질성을 평가하기 위해 사전검사로 감염관리 인식도와 내적동기, 학습만족도에 대해 조사하였으며 두군간에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 실험군을 대상으로 직소모형을 응용한 협동학습, 시뮬레이션 실습, 디브리핑으로 구성된 프로그램을 1회 3시간씩 1주에 2회로 총 12시간을 실시하였고 대조군에게는 전통적인 강의와 시뮬레이션 실습, 디브리핑을 실시하였다. 2주간의 교육 후 연구 대상자 모두 에게 감염관리 인식도, 내적동기, 학습만족도를 조사하였다. 연구 결과 감염관리 시뮬레이션 교육에서 직소모형을 적용한 실험군에서 감염관리 인식도와 학습만족도에서 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 다양한 교과 목의 보건계열 시뮬레이션 교육에서 직소모형을 적용한 협동학습이 이루어져 효과적인 수업이 이루어지는데 적극적으로 활용될 것을 기대한다. This study has the purpose to evaluate the effects of cooperative learning applying Jigsaw model in simulation based infection control education by comparing perception of infection control, intrinsic motive and learning satisfaction, 54 first-year health related students. It is composed of 27 students of the experimental group and 27 students of the control group. In order to evaluate the homogeneity between the two groups, it surveyed in advance perception of infection control, intrinsic motive and learning satisfaction. There was no significant difference between the two groups, The education program composed cooperative learning applying Jigsaw Model, simulation practice and debriefing to the experimental group was performed twice for 2 weeks and lecture and skill training, simulation practice and debriefing were performed to the control group. After two-week education, perception of infection control, intrinsic motive and learning satisfaction of the participants the research were surveyed. As a result of this study, the Jigsow Model indicated the perception of infection control and learning satisfaction experimental group was significantly high in statistic. Based on this research result, I suggests that utilization of cooperative learning applying the Jigsaw Model as a strategy to improve the scholatic achievement and learning satisfaction of students in the variable simulation based education

        가상가치평가법(CVM)를 이용한 대학교 다목적 스포츠센터의 경제적 가치 평가

        The purpose of this study was twofold: 1) to estimate an economic value of multi-purpose sport center within an university based on the amount of willingness to pay (WTP) and 2) to determine factors affecting WTP for the sport center. In order to achieve the above two purposes. the current study employed Contigent Valuation Method (CVM). By applying the CVM and creating single-bound dichotomous choice model, the WTP by average individual was estimated. A total of 476 usable CVM surveys were collected from people living nearby the sport center would be constructed. The collected data were analyzed through a binary logistic regression using SPSS 22.0. Results of the study indicated that gender, age, income level, interest in sports, interest in the center, and attachment to the university (or residental area) were found to be significant factors to WTP for the sport center. Regarding the economic value of the sport center, the average amount of WTP was about 7,318 Korean Won per person. Using such information, the whole economic value for five years was estimated as 30,539,831,170.8 Korean Won. This estimated value provided an economic validity for the construction of sport center because it was over the projected cost for the center which is about 22,100,000,000 Korean Won.

        치매 환자에 대한 후향적 연구 -일 기관 한방신경정신과 내원 환자를 중심으로-

        Objectives: The aim of this study was to describe the clinical aspects in dementia outpatients who visited oriental neuropsychiatry clinic and to analyze the efficacy of herbal medicine. Methods: We analysed medical records of dementia outpatients who visited oriental neuropsychiatry clinic of K medical center from August, 2000 to July, 2010 and matched our criteria. Results: Ninety-two subjects were selected for analysis and consisted of 77.3% dementia of Alzheimer type, 13.0% vascular dementia, and 9.8% mixed type of dementia. Herbal medicine prescribed mainly were Jowiseungchung-tang(Tiaoweishengqing-tang), Kunneo-tang(Jiannao-tang) and Chenwangbosim-dan(Tianwangbuxin-dan) for dementia of Alzheimer type, and Sunghyangjungki-san(Xingxiangzhengqi-san) and Upung-dan(Yufeng-dan) for vascular dementia. Scores of K-DRS were not changed for some subscales and decreased but less than natural decline of Alzheimer disease. Score on the Memory subscale in group of Kunneo-tang(Jiannao-tang) increased significantly. Conclusions: These results suggest that the herbal medicine may be effective for dementia. More prospective studies are needed to assess the efficacy and prognosis of herbal medicine for dementia. Clinical guideline is needed for systematic data accumulation.
