실천중심의 인성교육을 적용한 STEAM 프로그램이 초등학생의 STEAM 태도와 실천적 인성 함양에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of STEAM program applied the practical personality education on STEAM Attitudes and Practical Personalities for 4,5,6th graders. In this study, we presented the development of the STEAM program and the operating results of the program for making mature student who can properly use the knowledge, beyond the pre-emphasized creativity and changes in individual attitudes. we administered and taught STEAM program applied the practical personality education to 4,5,6th graders, which consisted of 6 topics. In the results of this study, STEAM program applied the practical personality education were statistically proven to be more effective in improving STEAM Attitudes and Practical Personalities compared to traditional textbook- centered lessons. Also, We could find these responses on student`s learning results and reviews. Along with the more detailed research, STEAM program should be emphasized personality. And real life material should be included in the STEAM program.
