        Structural reliability theory has arisen from the need to account for the in-herent variability of nature as well as man-made loads, together with theuncer-tainties in the strength of structural members. Such trends require that the reliability-based design criteria for the building may have to be incorporated into the current building design codes. Therefore a probabilistic model of the structures will be developed. In this study, live load survey data in domestic office building have been collected in a systematic manner. Using the live load survey data, the equivalent uniform-ly distributed loads (EUDL), which produce the same load effect as the actual spatially varying live load, have been computed for various structural members(such as slab, beam. column). The results have been examined to find probabilistic characteristies (mean, standard devation, coeffieient of variance, etc) and relationshi[ between influence area and load intensity. Based on the probabilistic load model obtained, the maximum of a combined live load during the design life have been estimated and compared with current design live loads. This study suggested some information of design live loads in office buildings with influence areas and structural members.

        Recently, structural engineers have recognized the inherent random nature of loadings and materials as well as the imperfect safety evaluation. Based on the successful developments of reliability-based structural analysis and design, the design criteria of the probabilistic limit state concepts., such trends require that the reliability-based design criteria for the building may have to be incorporated into the current building design codes. In order to achieve the above objectives, a probabilistic model of the structures will be developed. For the first time in Korea, an extensive live load survey of an office building was conducted for this study. Live load data were collected in a systematic manner from a survey of 9 office buildings located in Seoul. Using the collected floor live load survey data, the basic statistics(mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variance, ets.), a histogram of the equivalent uniformly distributed loads (EUDL) is computed. Due to the upper tail regions in the loads of interest from a structural reliability aspect, it is appropriate to examine goodness-of fit test and to compare two common probability distri-bution : The lognormal and gamma. Then, the optimum probability distribution is selected. The ultimate goal of this study are to develop probabilistic live load models to analyze survey data of domestic office buildings and to suggest design live loads with influence areas and structural members.

It observes the present condition of internet contents of the construction management information from the research which it sees hereupon and it prepares it does a report improvement.

In order to achieve th above objectives, a live loan model of the structures will be developed. Live load data were collected in a systematic manner from a survey of 9 office buildings located in Seoul. Using the collected floor live load survey data, the equivalent uniformly distributed loads (EUDL) of the sustained and transient live load is computed. Due to the upper tail regions in the loads of interest from a structural reliability aspect, that will be appropriate to use load combination of the lifetime maximum live loads. The ultimate goal of this study are to develop probabilistic live load models to analyze survey data of domestic office buildings and to suggest design live loads with influence areas and structural members.

        냉전기 한국과 일본의 대중음악과 국민 만들기

        이 글은 1960-70년대 냉전기에 한국과 일본의 국민 만들기 과정에서 두 나라의 대중음악이 어떤 담론과 실천을 거치면서 어떤 문화정치적 효과와 연결되었는지 비교, 대조하려는 시도다. 1945년 이후 제국-식민지 관계를 청산하고 새 출발해야 하는 두 나라에 국민 만들기는 공통의 과제였다. 특히 열전의 뒤처리가 끝나고 냉전 질서가 축조되던 1960년 이후의 상황을 중심으로 살펴본다. 한국의 대중음악에서는 권력과 대중음악인 양자 모두에게서 식민지 트라우마가 깊게 인식된다. ‘외래적인 것’에 맞서 ‘한국적인 것’을 구축해야 한다는 당위가 양자 모두에게 각인되지만, 양자 사이의 긴장과 갈등은 해소되지 않는다. 반면 일본의 대중음악에서는 모두가 함께 부르는 일본인의 진정한 마음의 표현이라는 하나의 지점을 향한 수렴이 일어난다. 그것을 가능하게 해주는 것은 식민지 지배와 전쟁에 대한 책임의 망각이다. 한국의 트라우마와 일본의 망각은 불평등하고 불행했던 과거로부터 비롯된 쌍생아일 것이다. 각자의 방식으로 극복하지 않으면 안 된다. This article attempts to compare and contrast the discourses, practices, and cultural and political effects of popular music in South Korea and Japan during the Cold War in the 1960s and 1970s. After 1945, nation-building was underway in both countries. Both needed to liquidate their imperial and colonial relations and start anew, especially after 1960. In South Korean popular music, colonial trauma is deeply recognized by both those in power and popular music. The imperative to build something ‘Korean’ as opposed to something ‘foreign’ is imprinted on both sides, but the tensions and conflicts between them are not resolved. In Japanese popular music, on the other hand, there is a convergence towards a single point: the expression of the true heart of the Japanese people, sung by all together. What makes this possible is forgetting Imperial Japan’s responsibility for colonization and war. Although Korean trauma and Japanese amnesia are the twin children of an unequal and unhappy past, they must be overcome through different methods.

      • 高層기둥의 積戟荷重減少係數에 관한 硏究

        현행 設計積載荷重은 室의 用途別 및 構造部材別 등을 고려하여 환산돈 等價等分布荷重을 사용하고 있는데, 비현실적으로 과도하게 부가되는 積載荷重을 피하기 위해 특히 高層建物의 기둥에서와 같이 각 층으로부터의 軸荷重이 누적되는 경우 현행 建築法規상 받치는 바닥의 수에 따라 즉 負荷面積이 增加함에 따라 積載荷重의 低減을 허용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 1개 층의 바닥을 받치는 기둥의 軸荷重에 대해 積載荷重의 現場調査를 실시하여 분석한 荷重模型을 이용하여 고층기둥의 軸荷重 특성을 분석하였으며, 현행 建築物의 構造基準法規에 제시되어 있는 받치는 바닥의 수에 따른 積載荷重의 減少係數의 타당성을 검토하였다. Therfore, live load data were clooected in a systematic manner from a survey of office buildings in Korea. Using the sruvey data, the basic statistics and the equivalent uniformly distributed loads (EUDL) are computed for various structural members (such as slab, beam, column). The ultimate goal of this study is to compare the currently recommeneded live load reduction factor by supported floor numbers and those calculated from the live load survey data.
