        회귀분석을 통한 창원시 중학교 전력소비량 예측에 관한 연구

        As the existing school building power consumption is expressed by total power consumption, in the view of energy saving is disadvantage. The the power consumption of school building is divided as cooling, heating, lighting and others. The cooling power consumption, heating power consumption, lighting power consumption can be calculated using real total power consumption that gained from Korea Electric Power Corporation(KEPCO). The power consumption for cooling and heating can be calculated using heat transmittance, wall area and floor area, and for lighting is calculated by artificial lighting calculation. but this calculation methods is difficult for laymen. This study was carried out in order to establish the regression equation for cooling power consumption, heating power consumption, lighting power consumption and other power consumption in school building. In order to verify the validity of the regression equation, it is compared regression equation results and calculation results based on real power consumption. As the results, difference between regression result and calculation results for cooling and heating power consumption showed 0.6% and 3.6%.

        가로의 연결각에 기초한 공간구조 분석모델의 적용

        In order to apply human behavioral properties such as visual information, spatial cognition or change of direction to space analysis techniques, the angle of space, namely the angular weight of space comes to be an important factor. The angular weight of space was applied to Integration of Space Syntax and to ERAM of ERAM model using axial map. In order to verify the effectiveness of these models, angular analysis of Space Syntax and ERAM model is carried out using pedestrian movements in Seoul and land price in Changwon. Firstly, the correlation analysis result demonstrated that angularERAM had far better predictability in pedestrian movement and land price than angularMD. Secondly, angular ERAM model adopting segmented axial map showed more detailed analyzing capacity as well as better predictability than the existing Space Syntax or ERAM model adopting normal axial map. From this analysis, it is found out that 'Angular ERAM model' can provide an effective frame for angular weighted analysis.

        ‘공간과 무한성’ 개념의 측면에서 도시경관에 대한 시각적 분석

        Gordon Cullen, who tried to understand urban landscapes in terms of visual attention, introduced a concept called ‘Space and Infinity’ in his book ‘Townscape’. According to him, urban images like infinity spreading across the sky are more effectively created when we happen to see an open space while walking along a ground-level street than when we look at the sky. This study aims to quantitatively examine if urban observers pay more attention to spaces like pilotis on the bottom of a building. Thus, this study collected observers on actual urban landscape images and partially-edited images and conducted an experiment by adopting Eye-movement Tracking to find out if they actually pay more visual attention to a space like pilotis. This study selected a total of 50 people as research subjects and divided them into two groups. Image 1 was shown to one group, and Image 2 with the pilotis space edited was shown to the other group. As an experiment to find objective evidences on Gordon Cullen’s ‘Space and Infinity’, this study analyzed difference between Image 1 and Image 2, and it was found that the domain of pilotis showed a value five times higher than the average visual attention since it attracted much visual attention although it was very small in area. That is, it has objectively clarified that people get most fascinated with a place with infinite images in the background like a pilotis space out of all the urban landscapes as Gordon Cullen’s theory. In addition, the differences in visual concentration of pilotis space by sex, by subject was examined, and there was no significant difference in visual concentration of pilotis space by gender. As a result of examining the difference of visual concentration by classifying the subjects into architectural related major, the major group showed higher frequency of viewing than the non - major group.

        공간의 가시성을 고려한 가중치 ERAM 모델의 적용

        In the previous study, it proved considerably effective to apply the notion of visibility, one of the most significant human behavioral property, to the traditional spatial analysis method such as ERAM model. Based on that successful result of the previous study, this study focuses to extend the role of visibility in ERAM model and to propose weighted ERAM model in respect of visibility. ERAM model uses adjacency matrix extracted from the graph of spatial structure, thus it is appropriate to applying the notion of weigh. As an explorative study to apply the notion of weight to Visibility ERAM, this study aims to construct models using weight factor of border and turning angle each and to apply them to actual built-environment. Weight factor of border is proposed to consider the effect of surrounding zone, which is well-known to concerned researchers as 'edge/border effect', and weight factor of turning angle to consider the easiness of directional change, which is meaningful in the human movement behavior. In this way, the weighted visibility ERAM models reflecting both border and turning angle factor is proposed and verified by applying it to actual built-environment and comparing the result with real human movement pattern.

        시선 유도의 측면에서 살펴본 단독주택 입면이미지 인지 특성 분석

        The purpose of this study is to find out what elements observers mostly gaze at when seeing a building, through this eye-movement tracking technique. Particularly, this study attempted to find out what domain they see most and what domain they see first. As research subjects, this study selected a total of 61 subjects, and after showing them an image of 3 detached houses, this study recorded where they mostly gazed at when seeing the building image, by using eye-movement tracking tools. To analyze the data collected, this study used Gaze Number and Gaze Frequency as key indicators. To analyze the data, this study divided the experimental image into several domains, and calculated the Gaze Data, Gaze number and Gaze frequency of each domain. As a result of the analysis, it was found out that the subjects showed a higher degree of attention to either the door or the window in general. Besides, this study found out that the research subjects had a clear tendency to see the door first when gazing at a building. Unlike the other elements, the door and the window are openings to open and close, and they featured attracting the highest degree of attention. The results above imply that people pay more attention to particular space where they expect they will have more activities when gazing at a residential building.

        빌라 사보아의 건축입면 주시특성 연구

        본 연구는 아이트래킹 기법을 이용하여 관찰자가 빌라 사보아 입면 이미지를 바라볼 때의 주시특성에 대해 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 아이트래킹 실험장비를 이용하여 피험자를 모집하고 실험을 수행하였다. 실험대상으로는 근대건축을 대표하는 빌라 사보아 주택을 선택하였다. 근대건축 5원칙을 표명하면서 꼬르뷔제는 수평으로 긴 창과 필로티 기둥, 옥상정원 등의 요소를 제안하였으며, 빌라 사보아는 이러한 원칙이 잘 반영된 주택이다. 한편, 실험을 진행하면서 건축 전공 유무에 따른 주시특성의 차이를 알기 위해 피험자를 건축전공자와 비전공자로 구분하였다. 분석결과, 면적 비율을 반영한 주시빈도를 기준으로 살펴보면, 현관 및 창문과 같은 개구부에 대한 관심이 높음을 알 수 있었고, 근대건축 5원칙에서 건축입면으로 표현이 되는 요소 중 가로로 긴 창에 대한 시각적 주목도가 다른 요소에 비해 상대적으로 높음을 알 수 있었다. 건축물을 바라볼 때 건축전공집단과 비전공집단 사이에 주시특성이 차이가 있는지를 살펴본 결과, 건축 전공집단은 비전공집단에 비해 빌라 사보아를 주시할 때 층별로 골고루 관심을 보이고 있어 건축물의 입면을 바라볼 때 건축 전공집단은 탐색적 주시를 함을 유추할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to determine what rules or patterns exist when people gaze at a villa savoye, which is probably Le Corbusier"s best known building, using eye-movement tracking techniques. Villa savoye was designed, addressing his emblematic "Five Points", such as pilotis, functional roofs, free floor plans, long horizontal windows, and freely-designed facades. This study examined how the villa savoye"s facade image is formed in an objective manner. This study selected a total of 56 test subjects, and showed them an image of a villa savoye. Using eye-movement tracking tools, this study recorded where they mostly gazed at when seeing the building. In addition, an experiment was carried out to test the different points of view, relating to visual attention, between the two groups with different levels of knowledge in architecture. To analyze the data, the Gaze Frequency was used as the key indicator. The results showed that the subjects have a higher degree of attention to either the door or window in general than in former studies. The architecture major group showed that they gazed the experiment image more evenly.
