건축구조계획에 관한 연구 ( A Study for Structural Design )

건축물이 미를 나타낸다는 것은 비단 의장미만이 아니라, 구조미도 포함된다. 건물이 설계될때 의장과 구조계획은 상호관련밑에서 이루어져야 한다. 건물의 구조체의 가능한 형태에 따라 의장이 꾸며진다는 것이 자연스럽게 무리가 없어 합리적인 균정을 갖춘 미를 나타내는 것이다. 따라서 건물의 설계는 건축계획학이나,건축의장학 하나만으로 이루어지는 것이 아니라, 구조계획에도 상당한 연구를 요한다. 본론에서 우리나라의 건출물의 대부분을 차지하고 있는 철근콘크리트조의 구조계획에 관하여, 1972년에 제정된 대한건축학회의 철골콘크리트 구조계산규준 동해설 을 근거로 하여 부재단면가정을 하기로 한다.

서비스가치를 적용한 국내 택배산업의 고객만족 전략연구

Parcel Service is transportation system that meets new needs in transportation service of customer and contributes to improvement of transportation and it is rapidly growing up in quantity. In this study we studied the effect of service quality on the overall satisfaction through the mediating role of service value, and intended to Investigate application and signification in application to the items of SERVQUAL and using it with service value at the sane time. As a analysis tool, we used SPSS11.5 and AMOS4.0. As a result, above all, responsiveness, reliability and assurance have a stronger influence on the service value and the customer satisfaction relatively and respectively. Also we confirmed that there is significant effect between service value and customer satisfaction as well as between customer satisfaction and loyalty intention. Moreover in the relation between service value and loyalty intention, service value has a significant effect on reuse intention excluding word-of-mouth intention. And reuse intention has a direct effect on word-of-mouth intention. In conclusion, in terms of theory, we confirmed that the items based of SERVQUAL can be applied to parcel industry in the country and it can be used with service value at the same time. In terms of business practice, it suggest that Parcel Service company should offer high quality service based of responsiveness, reliability and assurance to keep competitive predominance. 택배산업은 고객의 수송물류 서비스에 대한 새로운 욕구를 충족시켜 줌으로써 물류의 개 선에도 크게 기여할 수 있는 수송체계이다. 온 오프라인 상의 쇼핑몰의 출현과 급송에 대한 욕구 등 시장의 수요증가에 따라 양적으로 급격히 신장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 택배산업의 서비스품질이 서비스가치를 매개로하여 전반적인 만 족도에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 이에 기존의 서비스품질 측정도구인 SERVQUAL의 측정 항목을 택배산업에 맞게 적용하여 사용하였고, 방법론적으로는 성과를 중심으로 측정함으로 써 서비스가치와의 병용 가능성과 유의성을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 5개의 서비스품질 차원 중 에서 대응성, 신뢰성, 확신성이 서비스가치와 고객만족에 상대적으로 영향력이 큰 것으로 나 타났다.또한 서비스가치는 고객만족에 매우 큰 영향력을 미치고 있었고,고객만족은 재이용 의도와 구전의도에 각각 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 그러나 서비스가치와 충성의도와의 관계에 있어서 서비스가치는 재이용의도에는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 구전 의도에 대한 영향은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 즉 서비스가치는 고객만족이나 재이용 의도를 매개하여 구전의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 재이용의도는 구전의 도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결론은 이론적 측면에서 SERVQUAL의 설문도구가 우리나라 택배산업에도 그 대로 적용됨과 동시에 국내 택배산업에서 서비스가치의 매개를 처음 시도함으로써 SERVQUAL의 설문도구와 병용 가능성을 실증적으로 증명하였다. 실무적 측면에서는 택배 서비스 기업이 경쟁우위를 지키기 위해서는 서비스가치의 구현을 통한 지속적인 고객만족을 달성해야 하며 이를 위해 신뢰성, 대응성, 확신성에 중점을 둔 고품질 서비스 전략의 필요성 을 시사하고 있다.

동북아 철도 네트워크의 실현 가능성과 전제조건 : 한반도 통일과 아시아 평화를 중심으로

Unlike Europe, this study starts with a critical mind why the Northeast Asian railway network is not being realized in Asia. This study aims to diagnose whether a Northeast Asian railway network can be realized in the future, and identify the prerequisites for this. To this end, this study seeks to understand the historical meaning of the Northeast Asian international order centered on peace and communication in major periods of East Asian history. Furthermore, as a precondition for a Northeast Asian railway network, we would like to present the unification of the Korean Peninsula and peace in Asia. As a result of the study, the following research results were derived. First, Asian peace in the era of imperialism in the 19th century was a self-centered, one-way communication in which the conflict of imperialism developed into a war. Second, Asian peace in the Cold War era of the 20th century was a self-centered, disconnected communication in which the confrontation and conflict of the US-Soviet Cold War system developed into a break. Third, peace in Asia in the post-Cold War era of the 21st century requires interdependent and integrated communication amidst globalization and regional integration. In this respect, the historical lesson that unification of the Korean Peninsula is the starting point of Asian integration should be realized. Based on these research results, the implications related to peace in Asia and unification of the Korean Peninsula are summarized as follows. First, as a condition for peace in Asia, interdependent and integrated communication is required, not self-centered, one-sided, disconnected communication. Second, historically, cooperation and prosperity in Asia require stability and peace on the Korean Peninsula, which is a geopolitical and strategic point. Third, in the era of globalization and regional integration, the political and economic integration of Asia requires the unification of the Korean Peninsula. From this, it is clear that the unification of the Korean Peninsula, which is ultimately connected with peace in Asia, is a prerequisite for the Northeast Asian railway network. 이 연구는 유럽과 달리 아시아는 왜 동북아 철도 네트워크가 실현되지 못하고 있는가라는 문제의식을 가지고 출발하고 있다. 앞으로 동북아 철도 네트워크가 실현될 수 있는가를 진단하고, 이를 위한 전제조건을 규명하고 하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 이 연구는 동아시아 역사를 주요 시대에 있어서 동북아 국제질서를 평화, 소통을 중심으로 역사적 의미를 파악하고자 한다. 또한 더 나아가 동북아 철도 네트워크를 위한 전제조건으로 한반도 통일과 아시아 평화를 중심으로 제시하고자 한다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 그 연구결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 19세기 제국주의 시대의 아시아 평화는 제국주의의 충돌이 전쟁으로 전개되는 자기중심적 일방적 소통이었다. 둘째, 20세기 냉전 시대의 아시아 평화는 미·소 냉전체제의 대립과 갈등이 단절로 전개되는 자기중심적 단절적 소통이었다. 셋째, 21세기 탈냉전 시대의 아시아 평화는 세계화와 지역통합 속에서 상호의존적 통합적 소통을 필요로 하고 있다. 한반도의 통일은 동북아 통합의 토대를 제공하여 아시아통합을 완성시키는 토대를 마련시킬 수 있다. 이러한 점에서 한반도 통일은 아시아 통합의 출발점이라는 역사적 교훈을 실현시켜야 할 것이다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 아시아 평화와 한반도 통일과 관련한 함의를 아래와 같이 정리된다. 첫째, 아시아 평화의 조건으로 자기중심적 일방적 단절적 소통이 아닌 상호의존적 통합적 소통을 필요로 하고 있다. 둘째, 역사적으로 아시아의 협력과 번영을 위해서는 지정학적 전략적 요충지인 한반도의 안정과 평화를 필요로 하고 있다. 셋째, 세계화와 지역통합 시대에서 아시아의 정치적·경제적 통합을 위해서는 한반도 통일을 필요로 하고 있다. 이를 통하여 볼 때 결론적으로 아시아 평화와 직결되는 한반도 통일은 동북아 철도 네트워크의 전제조건을 명확히 알 수 있다.

구조물을 설계하는데 있어,부재 단면 산정중에서 보(Girder,Bean)의 전단보강으로 소요되는 스터럽(Stirrup)이 차지하는 골조공사비도 적은 것은 아니다. 1972년 대한건축학회에서 제정 발표한 철근 콘크리트 구조계산규준 구규준에서* 스터럽 산정식은 다음 (1),(2)식의 허용전단응력도를 기준으로 한것으로,ACI 318-71을 참고로 한 것이다.

The production of growth inhibitory substances in the bacterial world is ubiquitous. Growth inhibitory substances inhibit the growth of other strains of bacteria. They are proteins which are often complexed with lipids and/or carbohydrates. The purpose of this study is to investigate in vitro antibacterial effect of Acinetobacter sp. on some oral bacteria. A growth inhibitory substances from Acinetobacter sp. was isolated and its properties were characterized in order to obtain possible antibacterial agents. We purified partially and examined the effect of growth inhibitory substances on the growth of some oral bacteria. Assays for inhibitory activity were studied by a diffusion method. The inhibitory activity was determined on the basis of the diameter of zones of growth inhibition. It had potent antibacterial effects, in vitro, against Capnocytophaga and Streptococcus species. The results obtained were as follows. 1. The microbial isolate with growth inhibitory activity from soil was classified into Acinetobacter sp.. 2. Acinetobacter sp. was resistant to its growth inhibitory substance but C. ochracea ATCC 27872, C. sputigena ATCC 33612, C. gingivalis ATCC 33624, S. mutans KCTC 3065, S. sobrinus KCTC 3308, and S. cricetus KCTC 3292 strains were sensitive to it. 3. Growth inhibitory substance of Acinetobacter sp. was secreted into culture media. This substance was stable at 40℃ for 3 hours, but completely inactivated at 55℃ for 30 minute. It was sensitive to trypsin and proteinase K, which suggest proteinous substance.

재난안전체험교육시설의 효율적 운영을 위한 과제

1999년 화성 ‘씨랜드’ 화재, 인천 ‘인현동호프집’ 화재 등의 대형사고로 청소년 및 시민들이 많이 희생되 었다. 이에 화재, 지진, 태풍 등 각종 재난상황을 가상으로 설정하여 시민의 재난대처능력을 기를 수 있는 소방안전체험관이 국내최초로 2003년에 건립되었다. 그 후 현재까지 총 8개소를 건립하여 소방재난본부와 지방자치단체에서 각각 운영하고 있다. 이와 함께 2014년 세월호 침몰사고를 계기로 전국 11개 시도교육청 에서 체험중심의 안전교육을 강화하기 위해 재난안전체험교육시설 건립을 추진하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소방안전체험관의 시설 및 교육 운영현황을 토대로 효과적인 체험교육을 실시하기 위한 과제를 도출하는 한편, 운영주체가 소방재난본부, 지자체, 시도교육청으로 각각 분산되면서 예산낭비 등 발생할 수 있는 문 제를 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

철근 콘크리트 기둥의 내력에 관한 연구 : 띠철근의 구속효과를 중심으로
