        반 마넨의 해석학적 현상학의 교육적 시사

        본 연구에서는 교육학자 반 마넨의 해석학적 현상학의 철학적 배경과 특징에 관하여 탐구하고 교육적 시사점을 논의하는 데 목적이 있다. 반 마넨의 해석학적 현상학 연구는 생활세계에 관한 체험의 본질을 연구하며, 질문, 반성, 직관 등의 방식을 사용한다는 점에서 체계적이고 명시적이며 자기 비판적이고 넓은 의미에서 인간 과학적인 연구이다. 왜냐하면, 현상학의 주제는 언제나 체험된 인간세계의 의미 구조이기 때문이다. 반 마넨의 해석학적 현상학은 인간 과학적 접근의 교육학적 측면을 부각했으며, 이는 교육학 연구에 있어 현상학적 접근의 시도로 볼 수 있다. 반 마넨의 해석학적 현상학은 교육학적 지향성을 갖는 몇 가지 특징을 가진다. 첫째, 현상의 본질을 더욱 잘 드러내기 위한 해석적 기능을 강조한다. 둘째, 현상을 미화하거나 왜곡하지 않으며 체험한 대로 탐구한다. 셋째, 선입견, 선지식 등의 판단중지를 통한 현상학적 사유의 반성을 강조한다. 넷째, 교육적 경험을 옮길 수 있는 글쓰기를 통해 현상을 기술하는 것을 강조한다. 마지막으로 교육적 관계를 지향한다. 그의 이러한 연구의 특징은 교육학의 이론적 실천에 이바지하기 위함이다. 이를 통해 해석학적 현상학의 교육적 시사점을 논의한다. The purpose of this study is to explore the philosophical background and characteristics of pedagogical van Manen s hermeneutic phenomenology and to discuss educational implications. van Manen s hermeneutic phenomenology study is a systematic, explicit, self-critical, and human scientific study in a broad sense in that it studies the nature of experiences about the living world and uses methods such as questioning, reflection, and intuition. This is because the subject of phenomenology is always the structure of meaning of the human world experienced. The characteristics of van Manen s hermeneutical phenomenology studies are as follows. First, it emphasizes the interpretive function. Second, explore what you have experienced. Third, it emphasizes the researcher s reflection in order to reveal the essential theme of the phenomenon. Fourth, it emphasizes writing that describes the phenomenon. Finally, phenomenology aims for an educational relationship. The characteristic of his research is to contribute to pedagogy through the theoretical practice of phenomenology. Through this, the educational implications of hermeneutic phenomenology are discussed.

        대한지역사회영양학회지에 게재된 논문분석을 통한 영양연구의 동향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the research trend of nutrition for the recent 12 years from 1996 to 2007 by analyzing 734 articles published in the Korean Journal of Community Nutrition. The majority of the articles (61.4%) were classified as survey types in terms of data collection methods. Most of the subjects used in the articles were adults (28.8%), and the subject whose research has been increased at the highest rate was patients. The most frequent keywords in the title of articles were nutrient intake (231times), food service (92times), dietary habits (69times), and obesity (69times). The keywords that have appeared more frequently with the years were osteoporosis (450.0%), menopause (350.0%) and dietary attitudes (208.3%). As for research interests, nutrient intake was dominant in the early stage of research while disease, dietary habits, dietary attitudes and nutrition education have increased in recent years. Some of the most common methods of nutrition assessment were dietary intake (41.2%), anthropometric (34.0%) and biochemical test (14.7%). The most common methods of dietary intake were 24-hours recall (28.6%) and dietary habits (23.3%). The results of this study showed some biases in data collection methods, gender of the subjects, and study areas. Moreover, inconsistent terminologies, questionnaire contents, and measures were used for the researches on dietary behaviors, dietary habits, dietary attitudes, which made it difficult to compare their results for each research. Therefore, standardized research methods and terminologies need to be developed regarding dietary practices. (Korean J Community Nutr 16(2): 278~293, 2011)

        델파이 기법에 의한 한국 성인의 식습관 조사용 설문지 개발

        The purposes of the study were to develop a questionnaire for dietary habit survey for Korean adults, and unify the terms related to dietary habits. Methods: The Delphi method by 43 professionals on dietary habit research was applied to unify the terms. Results: With regard to results on terms related to dietary habit, the respondents recorded the highest percentage (90.7%) of selecting the term “dietary habits” and also the highest percentage (76.7%) of choosing “dietary habits” for English. The biggest percentage of the respondents chose “individual dietary behaviors repeatedly formed and habitualized under the social, cultural, and psychological influence in the group” as the concept of dietary habits. The Delphi survey for the development of a questionnaire resulted in the first questionnaire of 31 items, the second one of 27 items, and the third one of 25 items. The validity of questionnaire items was tested with content validity ratios (CVR). The items whose CVR value was 0.29 or lower were eliminated or revised, because the minimum CVR value needed to test validity was 0.29. To test the reliability of questionnaire items, test-retest method was performed in 163 adults. According to the Kappa coefficient in the range of 0.314-0.716, all of the 25 items were in the reliability scope. A survey was taken with 702 adults to finally revise and supplement the third questionnaire whose validity and reliability were tested. Conclusions: Through those processes, a questionnaire for adults`` dietary habit survey was finally completed. The significance of the study lies in the development of the first questionnaire on dietary habits equipped with both validity and reliability in South Korea.
