피맥의 다수확을 위하여는 다비, 밀식재배를 하여야 하며 이때에 문제가 되는 것은 도복에 의한 감수이다. 이러한 중요성에 비추어 피맥 7개 조합을 공시하여 간장과 수장의 대응이 되는 isogenic lines 을 만들어 다비, 밀식재배조건하에서 간장 및 수장의 차이에 따른 유전자의 주효과와 다면적효과를 구명하고 농업형질에 미치는 영향을 알아 양질 다수성 품종육성을 위한 기초자료를 얻고저 시험하였는바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 간장동질유전자계통에서 단간계통 대 중간계통, 수장동질유전자계통에서 단수계통 대 중수계통, 간장과 수장 동질유전자계통에서 단간단수계통 대 중간중수계통, 단간단수계통 대 장간장수계통간에는 간장 및 수장의 주효과와 다면적 효과에 고도의 유의성을 보였다. 2. 간장동질유전자계통에서 간장유전자의 영향이 큰 형질은 출수일수, 제1, 2절간장, 수당립수, m2 당 수수, 1 중이었고 수장동질유전자계통에서 수장유전자의 영향이 큰 형질은 수축절수, 출수일수, 성숙일수, 1,000립중, 1 중이었다. 3. 간장 및 수장동질유전자계통에서 간장 및 수장유전자가 복합적으로 영향을 주는 형질은 수축절수, 제 2, 3, 4 절간장, 1,000립중 및 수량이었다. 4. 수량은 단간계통이 중간계통보다, 중수계통이 단수계통보다, 중간중수계통이 단간단수계통보다, 단간단수계통이 장간장수계통보다 많은 경향이며 성숙일수는 단간계통이 중간계통보다, 중수계통이 단수계통보다, 단간단수계통이 중간중수계통보다 짧은 경향이었다. This experiment was conducted to evaluate the main effects and pleiotropic effects of two comparable isogenic lines for culm and spike length in hulled barley and observed various agronomic characteristics, yield and yield components under the conditions of heavy fertilizer application and high planting densities. Three isogenic lines, culm, spike and culm and spike, were planted and to obtain basic data for improving high-yielding and quality of hulled barley at Experiment Farm, Dankook Univ., Cheonan city in 1985. Differences of culm length between two comparable isogenic lines, short culmed line (SCL) and medium culmed line (MCL), in isogenic lines for culm length showed highly significant differences. And differences of spike length between two comparable isogenic lines, short spike line (SSL) and medium spike line (MSL), in isogenic lines for spike length showed highly significant differences. Differences of culm and spike length between two comparable isogenic lines, short culmed and spike line (SCSSL) and medium culmed and spike line (MCMSL), short culmed and spike line (SCSSL) and long culmed and spike line (LCLSL), in isogenic lines for culm and spike length showed highly significant differences. Characteristics affected highly by the genes of culm length in isogenic lines for culm length were heading days, the 1st and 2nd internode length, No. of grains per spike, No. of spikes/m2 , and one litre weight. Characteristics affected highly by the genes of spike length in isogenic lines for spike length were No. of spike nodes, heading days, maturity days, thousand grain weight and one litre weight. Characteristics affected highly by the genes of culm and spike length in isogenic lines for culm and spike length were No. of spike nodes, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th internode length, thousand grain weight and grain yield. Grain yield of SCL, MSL, MCMSL and SCSSL was more than grain yield of MCL, SSL, SCSSL and LCLSL, respectively. Maturity days of SCL, MSL, SCSSL and LSLSL were faster than maturity days of MCL, SSL, MCMSL and SCSSL, respectively.
유류오염 지하수 정화를 위한 양수처리법 적용시 지하수위 변화 및 수처리장치의 효율평가

This study was performed to evaluate the applicability of pump and treat technology as well as to identify the changes of groundwater level by continuous pumping at the petroleum contaminated site. A total of 9 monitoring wells were installed at the site and the contaminant concentrations, TPH, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene, of groundwater were measured. With the results of the groundwater monitoring, a total of 9 wells were set up for pumping contaminated groundwater in 3 locations. The waste water treatment facility with a capacity of $10m^3/hr$ was installed in the site and operated for about 1 year. The concentrations of the contaminated groundwater from the 3 pumping wells were exceeded groundwater regulation for benzene and TPH. However, the effluent concentration of benzene and TPH was under the regulation showing the maximum level of 0.011 mg/L and 1.2 mg/L during the operation periods. Groundwater levels were decreased by continuous pumping and those were not recovered during the operation period. Groundwater levels of PW-1,2, PW-3,4,5,6 and PW-7,8,9 were decreased about 5 m, 0.7 m, 2 m, respectively. The hydraulic conductivity (K) of the region of PW-1,2, PW-3,4,5,6 and PW-7,8,9 was estimated to be $6.143{\times}10^{-5}cm/sec$, $2.675{\times}10^{-5}cm/sec$, $1.198{\times}10^{-4}cm/sec$. Groundwater level was seemed to be affected not by hydraulic conductivity but by morphological effect. These results show that the pump and treat technology has high applicability for the restoration of petroleum contaminated groundwater but needs continuous monitoring to prevent rapid groundwater drawdown.
맥류의 속간교잡에 관한 연구 2 : 밀과 호밀의 속간교잡에 의한 추도형 8배체 Primary Triticale 육성

한국의 기후에 적응성이 높은 초연, 내한, 다수성 Triticale을 육성하기 위하여 단간조숙성인 밀 품종 중국 8001(Triticale aestivum)와 내한, 내병성 재래종 호밀(S. Cereale)간의 속간교잡 F1 의 염색체배가로 8배체 Primary Triticale의 육성결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 조숙성 및 중국 8001와 (AABBDD)와 내한, 내병성 재래종 메밀(RR)간의 속간교잡 F1 의 염색체배가로 8배체 Primary Triticale(AABBDDRR)이 육성되었다. 2. 육성된 8배체 Triticale은 양친보다 형태적으로 크고 강건하였다. 특히 수장이 길고 일수영화수가 많았으나 결실율은 24% 정도로 낮았으며 수수에는 호밀에서 유래된 것으로 보이는 모용가 있었다. 3. Primary Triticale의 체세포내 염색체 행동은 규즉적이었으나 Univalent가 많았고 정상적인 분열을 보인 것은 22% 정도였다. Primary triticale was newly established by colchicine treatment of intergeneric hybrid F 1 plants crossed between T. aestivum var. Jugoku #81 and S. cereale var. Jaelae. The agronomic and cytological characteristics were studied.
