실내수영장 안전규정과 안전성과와의 관계에서 지각된 위험 및 안전실천행동의 다중 병렬 매개효과

2014년도 세월호 사고 이후 생존 수영에 대한 관심이 증가하였고, 수중활동인 수영은 기초 운동 종목 중 하나로 엘리트 체육뿐만 아니라 생활체육으로서도 건전한 스포츠문화도 자리 잡고 있다. 대부분의 수영 경험은 지도자에 의한 강습 및 강좌로 운동을 경험하게 되고, 동시에 수영과 관계되는 안전 지식 등의 교육을 받게 된다. 그럼에도 불구하고 실내수영장 내의 안전사고들은 많이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 실내수영 교육 관리자와 지도자를 대상으로 수영장의 안전규정과 안전성과와의 관계에서 지각된 위험 및 안전 실천 행동의 다중 병렬 매개효과를 분석하고자 한다. 분석을 위한 설문조사는 2023년 2월 1일 ~ 2월 15일까지 15일간 실시하였고, 온라인 설문조사를 통해 확보한 172명의 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. SPSS 25ver, PROCESS macro for SPSS, AMOS 22ver 프로그램을 활용하였고, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 빈도분석, 기술 통계분석, 상관분석 등의 사전적 분석들과 함께 다중 병렬 매개효과 결과를 도출하기 위한 PROCESS macro 4번 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 안전규정과 안전성과의 관계에서 안전실천행동의 매개효과가 유의하였으며, 지각된 위험의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 즉, 안전성과를 높이기 위해서는 단순히 위험에 대한 인식 수준만 높일 수 있는 지침보다는, 실천 행동으로 이어질 수 있는 규정을 마련하여야 안전성과를 증진시킬 수 있다는 점을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과들을 기반으로 체육 영역에서의 안전규정에 대한 지속적인 모니터링이 가능한 시스템을 도입할 필요성, 그리고 실천 행동을 높일 수 있는 전략적인 안전규정 구축의 필요성 등의 시사점을 제언하였다. 더불어 질적접근을 통한 안전에 관한 심층적인 경험과 인식을 논의해야 한다는 점, 안전관리자 및 지도자로 대상을 한정하지 않고, 실제 교육생들을 분석 대상에 포함하여 조직 차원의 노력이 실제로 교육생들에게 어떠한 변화를 이끄는지를 확인할 필요가 있다는 점 등을 반영하여 후속 연구의 방향성을 함께 제시하였다. After the Ferry Sewol accident in 2014, interest in survival swimming has increased, and swimming, an underwater activity, is one of the basic sports events, and there is a healthy sports culture as well as elite sports. Most of the swimming experiences experience exercise through lectures and lectures by leaders, and at the same time, they receive education such as safety knowledge related to swimming. Nevertheless, there are many accidents in indoor swimming pools. This study aimed to analyze the multiple parallel mediating effects of perceived risk and safety practices in the relationship between safety regulation and safety performance of swimming pools for indoor swimming education managers and leaders. The survey for analysis was conducted for 15 days from February 1 to February 15, 2023, and data from 172 people obtained through online surveys were used for analysis. The SPSS 25ver, PROCESS macro for SPSS, and AMOS 22ver programs were used, and model analysis of PROCESS macro 4 was conducted to derive multiple parallel mediating effect results along with preliminary analysis such as reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, frequency analysis, technical statistical analysis, and correlation analysis. As a result of the analysis, the mediating effect of safety practice behavior was significant in the relationship between safety regulations and safety performance, and the mediating effect of perceived risk was not significant. In other words, it was confirmed that in order to increase safety performance, safety performance can be improved by preparing regulation that can lead to practical actions rather than simply guidelines that can increase the level of awareness of risks. Based on these results, implications such as the need to introduce a system that enables continuous monitoring of safety regulation in the sports field and the need to establish strategic safety regulations to enhance practical behavior were suggested. In addition, the direction of the follow-up study was also presented, reflecting the need to discuss in-depth experience and awareness of safety through a qualitative approach, not limited to safety managers and leaders, but to include actual trainees in the analysis.
