본 연구는 정보사회 학교교육과 사회체제를 조화롭게 이끌수 있는 교육적 안목을 컴퓨터와 인간, 지식 그리고 인간의 삶을 통하여 살펴 보았다. 연구 결론으로는 첫째, 정보사회의 컴퓨터는 교육의 질을 향상시키는 다양한 기능흘 갖춘 교육기기일 뿐만 아니라 인간생활의 여러 영역을 공유하고 효율적으로 유지시키는 생활기기로 등장할 것이다. 둘째, 정보사회의 교육은 학습자의 지적인 안목과 사회문제 해결에 관한 정보기기를 활용하는 지식과 정보공학의 발전에 따른 정보기기 자체와 교육방법을 탐색하는 정보기기에 대한 지식을 포함하여야 하고, 정보 사용자는 그들의 삶 속에 정보공학과 자연의 조화롭게 융해되도록 하고 , 이를 통해 건전한 정보문화를 구축해야 한다. 셋째, 컴퓨터교육은 그 영향을 고려해 볼 때 정보산업 기술자를 양성하는 것 이상의 의미를 부여받아야 하며, 이에 다른 교육체제가 수립되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to review traits of an information society and infuences of the computer education in schooling, to discuss a Proposal on the curriculum developoment of computer education, and to propose the resolution of computer education in Korea. Information society can be defined as one in which persons regard an information exchange as one of the most important matter and give more value to information with the development of computer technology and communication engineering. The computer education could not be too much emphasized for the betterment of schooling and human life as well. The computer in an information age should be utilized as means of critical decision-making. The degree of human well-beings is exclusively accounted on how fast and how much information can be utilized in practical lives. Therefore, schooling should not only build an atmosphere of sound information culture but also an ability meet the new demands from future the informative society. The latter can be fostered through the feasiability of reception, useage, and creativity on informations. The former can be built by removing the information-lag, that is, by harmonizing the informative mind and information technology in human lives. The information technology education of Korea is not so good as that of the developed countries in its educational environment, industry of education, and information engineering. Educational and social system in korea should be radically reformed in order to create its own information culture. The aims of information technonology education should be to foster a whole man with computer-minded creativity, to pursue an educative freedom of man, and to harmonize the information engineering with nature. The informaiton technology education includes the knowledge to use the computer and the mechanism of computer. That aims at widening the learners interllectual perspective and solving the social problems. While this seeks the knowledge on the computer itself and the educational methodologies with the development of information technology. The computer education for the scholl teachers must differ from that for the information engineers because the most of the teachers shall use the computer in the future as a necessary educational equipment for teaching their students, who will have to use the computer much more than before in their ordinary lives. The information technology education in Korea should put its emphasis on the breed of changing agents of information culture, familization of computer with people, and making the computer education system in good order.

This paper reviews concepts of budget, conflicts on the budget disclosure, functions of budgeting and roles of participative budget. Most of research has shown positive relationship between performance and participation. But a caveat is in order that participation has not always shown positive effects. And other variables such as locus of control, personality, structure of organization, types of communication network channel, and external rewards should be also considered in analyzing the effects of participation on the performance and motivation. For the purpose of empirical research on the roles of participative budget in korea, following problems should be solved. First, availability of budget data should be facilitated through the budget disclosure. Second, verifiability and objectivity should be enhanced through the developments of budget technics and of budget auditing. Third, the cultural background on the geographies and industries should be simultaneously studied.
