지상파 방송 실시간 시청과 OTT VOD 이용 간의 관계

본 연구에서는 지상파 방송 콘텐츠의 실시간 시청과 OTT VOD 이용 간의 관계에 대해 알아보고자 한다. TNmS와 푹(pooq)에서 수집한 실증적 자료를 사용하였고 장르별로 실시간 가구 시청률, 실시간 2049 시청률, 7일간 OTT VOD 이용자수, 30일간 OTT VOD 이용자수를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 드라마, 예능, 시사교양 장르 모두에서 실시간 가구 시청률과 7일간 OTT VOD 이용자수 간 그리고 실시간 2049 시청률과 7일간 OTT VOD 이용자수 간에 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 드라마, 예능, 시사교양 장르 모두에서 실시간 가구 시청률과 30일간 OTT VOD 이용자수 간 그리고 실시간 2049 시청률과 30일간 OTT VOD 이용자수 간에 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 지상파 실시간 시청률 순위와 OTT VOD 이용자수 순위 간에 차이를 보였다. The purpose of this study is to search the correlation between real-time viewing and OTT VOD usage. The study is based on the ratings and VOD download data, collected from TNmS and pooq. And this study focused on the ratings, 2049 ratings, OTT VOD download over the past 7 days, OTT VOD download over the past 30 days. The results showed that there were positive correlation in all genres(drama, entertainment, current affairs). First, there was a correlation between ratings and OTT VOD download over the past 7 days, between 2049 ratings and OTT VOD download over the past 7 days. Next, there was a correlation between ratings and OTT VOD download over the past 30 days, between 2049 ratings and OTT VOD download over the past 30 days. Finally, there was somewhat different among rankings of the ratings and VOD download.

Orostachys malacophyllus F. is a kind of ,Chinese medicine to grow on the tiled roof of the house or on the rock of the mountain. The chemical compositions and actions have not been reported, but, sometimes, it was used as a folk remedy for the treatment of cancerous diseases. This study was attempted to investigate the effects of water fraction separated from alcohol extract of Orostachys malacophyllus F. on the contractilities of cardiac and intestinal muscles comparing with those of the water extract. The muscles used for this study were the ventricular muscle of turtle and the intestinal muscle of mouse, and their contractilities were represented as a change of the muscle tension detected by myograph. The results were summarized as follows: 1. The water fraction decreased the contractility of ventricular muscle, and increased the intestinal contractility. But the water extract was observed the opposite effects on the contractility of each muscle. 2. Sympathetic or parasympathetic blocker and alpha-or beta-blocker had no effect on the decreased or increased contractility of each muscle. 3. Calcium antagonist(verapamil) inhibited significantly the contractility in the case of the water fraction to the intestinal muscle and the water extract to the ventricular muscle. From the above results, it was suggested that the action of water fraction or the water extact affected to calcium transport: release into the sarcoplasmic fluid or active influx into the sarcoplasmic reticulum in the case of the cardiac muscle, and release from ECF or cisternae of reticulum into the muscle cell in the smooth muscle.

The influence of environmental temperature on the acid base balance of frog(Rana Temporaria Chosenica) blood was investigated at 25℃ all the year round. pH of blood was measured by means of Artrup method and Sigaard- Anderson's nomogram using pH meter(Corning) and tonometer. Buffer value, actual bicarbonate concentration and OH^-/H^+ ratio were calculatedd by the measure buffer line, pH and CO2 gas tension which was used(low CO_2 was 4-5% and high C0_2 was 8-9% balanced with 0_2). Results obtained are as follows: 1. Buffer line was shift to the upper and-right side during winter season and the differences was statistically significant. 2. Buffer value was higher during winter season than summer value and the difference was significan (p<0.001). 3. The actual blood pH was 7.42±0.01 in September and 7.78±0.03 in January. Generally the pH was higher during winter season than that of summer. The difference between two seasons was statistically significant(p<0.05). 4. The blood PCO_2 value has a seasonal changes with low PC0_2 during winter season and the differences were statistically significant. 5. The plasma bicarbonate concentration was 17.00±1.07mM/L in September and the value were decreased with cold weather of 12.33±1.29mM/L in January. Seasonal changes were significantly different(p<0.05). It is concluded from this findings that the acid-base changes of blood in frog were related to the temperature of living habitat and the corresponding changes in the tissue energy store and buffers.

This study was conducted to establish a rapid, sensitive and economical method for the large scale measurement of immunoglobulin G(IgG) concentrations in porcine serum. An enzyme-linked-imrnunosarbent assay was described for the estimation of porcine IgG in serum samples. A series of known IgG concentrations (0, 0.1, 1, 5, 10, 25, 50 ㎍/㎖) were prepared as standards. The determination coefficient of our standard curve (R²=0.99) was high and the intra- and inter-assay coefficients of variation ranged from 0.5%o to 1.5% and from 1.6% to 5.4%, respectively. The correlation coefficient between known concentrations of IgG and those determined by the ELISA method (r=0.997) was higher than RID method(r=0.985). These results indicate that serum IgG concentrations assessed by the ELISA method can be used accurately. The IgG level in pig serum, which was 0.05 ㎎/㎖ at the time of birth, increased rapidly in 24 hour post partum (33.1 ㎎/㎖), and then decreased gradually up to 4 weeks of age(6.6 ㎎/㎖).
