유튜브 1인 미디어의 콘텐츠와 크리에이터 특성이 만족, 지속시청의도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of characteristics of one-person media content and characteristics of creator on satisfaction, continuous usage and purchase intention. To this end, a survey of users who have use the YouTube is conducted and 242 valid responses are analyze. The findings demonstrate the followings: First, informativity, interactivity, expertise and trust of YouTube one-person media content have a positive effect on user satisfaction. informativity, interactivity, familarity and expertise of YouTube one-person media content have a positive effect on user continuous usage. Second, user satisfaction of YouTube one-person media content have a positive effect on purchase intention. Third, Continuous Usage of YouTube one-person media content have a positive effect on purchase intention. 최근 스마트폰으로 다양한 영상콘텐츠를 시청하는 소비자들이 증가하고 있으며, 특히 유튜브를 가장 많이 이용하고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 유튜브 1인 미디어 콘텐츠 특성과 크리에이터 특성이 만족, 지속시청의도 그리고 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위한 기초자료의 확보를 위해 구조화된 설문지를 활용하여 유튜브를 통한 영상콘텐츠를 시청해 본 경험이 있는 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 분석은 242부의 유효 표본으로 실시되었다. 분석결과 첫째, 유튜브 1인 미디어 콘텐츠 이용 만족에는 유튜브 1인 미디어 콘텐츠 특성인 정보성, 상호작용성, 그리고 크리에이터 특성인 전문성, 신뢰감이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 지속시청의도에는 정보성, 상호작용성, 친근성, 전문성이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 유튜브 1인 미디어 시청자의 이용 만족은 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 유튜브 1인 미디어의 지속시청의도는 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이상의 실증분석 결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 논하였으며, 본 연구의 한계점을 밝히면서 향후 연구의 초석을 마련하고자 하였다.

In case of occurring the atomic energy accident, the proper medical control measures should be necessary but little is known till now. For the first step of studies on acute effect of high dose level irradiation, preliminary experimental studies were carried-out to evaluate the physiological changes in Wistar rat by irradiation. The results were summarized as follows: 1. The leukocyte count in the peripheral blood after irradation was significantly decreased and approved one of most sensitive physiological changes by irradiation. 2. After irradiation, the erythrocyte count and hematocrit ratio were also decreased but not so remarkable as leukocyte count depletion. 3. The concentration of sodium ion in serum was not changed noticeably but the concentration of potassium ion and calcium ion were decreased by irradiation. 4. The total volume of daily urine output was also decreased especially in male rat by irradiation.
