고령화 과정에서의 자살위기 진단과 노인자살 예방을 위한 이론적 접근 -대인관계 이론을 중심으로-

전세계의 많은 나라들이 급격한 고령화 사회로 진입하고 있다. 대한민국은 2017년에 65세 인구가 14%를 넘어서 고령사회(aged society)에 진입하였으며 2026년에 65세 인구가 20%를 넘어서는 초고령 사회(super-aged society)에 진입할 것으로 예상된다. OECD 국가와 동북아시아 3개국인 대한민국, 일본, 중국의 인구변화를 살펴본다. 2014년에 진행된 대한민국의 노인실태조사 결과를 분석하여 대한민국의 노인들이 처한 상황을 살펴보았다. OECD와 아시아 3개국의 자살현황과 대한민국의 노인자살 현황을 살펴보고 노인자살을 줄일 수 있는 방법을 고찰하였다. 시스템 다이내믹스를 활용하여 노인자살의 인과관계를 살펴보고 노인자살을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 방안을 고찰하였다. 초고령화 사회에서 더 나은 대안적 미래의 가능성을 제시한다. 동아시아에서 가능한 세가지 미래 고령사회의 대안을 제시한다. 1) 많은 나라들이 노인 연령의 기준을 상향 변경할 것이다. 2)초고령 사회에서 발생하는 문제를 해결하기 위해서 “민주대동사회”를 구현하여 서로 돌보는 돌봄 사회를 제안한다. 3) 초고령 사회에 의해서 동아시아에 국가 판도가 변할 것이며, 동북아시아에서 대한민국, 중국 동북지방, 몽고, 극동러시아를 포함하는 “Great Korea”의 출현을 예상해 본다. Many countries around the world are entering a rapidly aging society. The nation is expected to enter an aged society (aged society) with a population of 65 years old exceeding 14 percent in 2017 and a super-aged society (super-aged society) with a population of 65 years old exceeding 20 percent in 2026. We will look at the population changes of the OECD countries and the three countries in Northeast Asia: Korea, Japan and China. We analyzed the results of the survey on the elderly in Korea conducted in 2014 and examined the situation of the elderly in Korea. We examined the suicide status of the OECD and three Asian countries and the status of suicide of the elderly in Korea and examined ways to reduce suicide of the elderly. We have used system dynamics to examine the causal relationship between suicide and the effective management of suicide among the elderly, suggesting a better alternative future for the aging society. In East Asia, we offer three possible alternatives to the aging society. 1) Many countries will raise the standard for the elderly. 2) To solve the problems that arise in the aging society, we propose a "democracy-Daedong society" and a caring society that cares for each other. 3) The country will change in East Asia by the super-aged society, and we expect the emergence of "Great Korea" in Northeast Asia, including Korea, China, Northeast, Mongolia and Far East Russia.
