Understanding people`s usage intention of Internet Banking can help banks to formulate appropriate marketing strategies for Internet Banking. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors affecting user usage of Internet Banking. Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB) was used to study the usage intention of Internet Banking. With the help of a LISREL-based structural model, six hypotheses are developed and tested. The results of the structural model suggested that behavioral intention is formed by one`s attitude(A), which reflects feeling of favourableness or unfavourableness towards adopting Internet Banking; subjective norm(SN), which reflects perceptions that significant referents desire the individual to use or not to use Internet Banking; and perceived behavioral control(PBC). which reflects perceptions of internal and external constraints on adoption. In research model, behavioral beliefs (∑b_ie_i), normative beliefs (∑nb_imc_i), control beliefs (∑cb_kpf_k) are treated as unidimensional belief structures which each have independent effects on Internet Banking usage intention through attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control, respectively. TPB was found to be the preferable model in predicting acceptance of Internet Banking. The study finds that relationships explained by the TPB, and findings will be useful for the strategic planning of Internet Banking.
한국과 대만 벤처기업의 제품환경, 전략, 성과간의 관계 비교

This study shows the difference between product environment, strategic choice and performance of high-tech firms in Hsinchu Science Town(Taiwan) and Daedeok Innopolis(Korea). Product environment(PE) is composed of three factors such as degree of competition(DC), overseas market responsiveness(OMR), and overseas market intra-firm constrains(OMC), which are divided into shortage of time and manpower(Constraint 1) and shortage of overseas experience and cost(Constraint 2) in Korean firms(KFs), where as single constraint in the case of Taiwanese firms(TFs). Product related strategic choice(PSC) is classified into two factors which are customer responsiveness(Strategy 1) and product function enhancement(Strategy 2). The results are as follows. First, the influence of product environment on business performance of TFs is statistically insignificant, on the contrary, the positive influence of both DC and Strategy 1 on business performance of KFs are respectively statistically at the 5%, but the negative influence of Constraint 2 on that is statistically at the 1% level of significance. Second, OMR among PE factors of TFs affects Strategy 1and Strategy 2 at the 1% level of significance. Third, Constraint 1 of OMC among PE affects Strategy 2 of KFs at the 5 % level of significance. Fourth, all PSCs(Starategy 1 and Strategy 2)of both TFs and KFs on their business performances are found to be statistically insignificant.
국제경영 : 중국내 다국적기업 R&D랩의 진출동기에따른 유형선택에 관한 연구

This study aimed at exploring the primary motivations in the behavior of MNCs` setting up R&D Labs in China, four main subjective motivations were founded. R&D Labs consisted of the following four types: local market support Labs, local technology support Labs, global technology center, and internationally interdependent Labs.he choices of the R&D Lab type features are different because of the various R&D investment motivations. Provided that MNCs` investment motivations in China are in order to obtain Chinese markets and customers, local market support Labs are supposed to be chosen so as to support Chinese markets; provided that investment motivations are in order to gain talents and science and technology resources, global technology centers are supposed to be used to achieve the highest synergy result; provided that investment motivations win an absolute competitive advantage in China, local market support Labs are extremely necessary in preoccupying markets; last but not the least, provided that investment motivations are environmental owing to their instability, local technology support Labs are a good choice for their relatively low R&D expenses.
국제경영 : 벤처기업의 해외진출동기가 국제화준비활동과 경영성과에 미치는 영향 -대만과 한국기업의 비교-

This paper shows that the motives of foreign market entry is classified into the motive of overseas propensity(Motive(M) 1) and of the limited competition of domestic market(Motive(M) 2). International preparing activities are also divided into the activity of ex-ante forecasting and market research(Activity(A) 1), and of ex-ante cooperation and business experience with local firms(Activity(A) 2). M 1 and M2 of Taiwanese ventures can not explain the local performance, but both the influence of M 1 on international preparing activity and business performance, and inter-relationship between Performance(P) 1 and 2 are statistically significant at the 5 % level of significance. On the other hand, Korean ventures in Deadeok Innopolis show that the influence of Activity 1 such as ex-ante forecasting and market research on business performance(P 1) is statistically significant at the 5 % level of significance, but both the relationship between the motive of foreign market entry and P 1 or P 2, and inter-relationship between P 1 and P 2 are not statistically significant. This study finds out there exists the distinct difference owing to their own nationality between Taiwanese and Korean ventures.

The goal of this study want to extract key variables which can explain contemporary Chinese merchants(entrepreneurs). This study uses a comparative approach extracting universal factors and unique factors. Universal factors can be derived from ``Seven Goodness`` of Tao De Ching and ``Sageliness within and Kingliness without`` of Confusian School. The business spirit of modern Zhejiang merchants ``Watch the timing``, ````Be competent`` and ``Go deep in the heart`` among ``Seven Goodness`` of Tao De Ching, and ``Benevolence``, ``Knowledge`` and ``Courage`` of ``Sagliness within and Kingliness without`` of Confucian School were derived as universal factors. Both ``Practically with Utility``, and ``Innovation and Pioneering`` among Eastern Zhejiang Thought, especially, can explain the entreneurship of modern contemporary Zherjiang merchants.

This study used a non-parametric linear program, Data Envelopment Analysis to compare the efficiency of South Korean and Chinese banks from 2000 to 2008, which is said to be the reformation period of their financial structure. The sample banks were 10 commercial banks and 6 regional banks in Korea, and 4 state-owned commercial banks and 11 stock commercial banks in China. The main objective of our research is to compare their efficiency, as well as the changes in efficiency periodically according to the types of the banks. According to the periodical analysis, both of the countries showed steady increase in efficiency. This shows that finance restructure and merging were positive factors for bank`s efficiency during the revolution of finance structure. The study showed that between Korea and China, the bank of Korea has higher efficiency than that of China. Although the reconstruction period happened around the same time, due to the earlier acceleration period to opening Korea`s financial market, made the difference in efficiency.
