소리쟁이(Rumex crispus L.)로부터 신규 살초활성물질 Angelicin의 분리

본 연구의 목적은 국내 자생식물인 소리쟁이 (Rumex crispus)로부터 살초활성물질을 분리하고, 그화학구조를 구명하는데 있다. 소리쟁이 메탄을 추출물의 유체에 대한 GR50값은 935 ㎍ g-1이었다. 메탄을 추출물을 에틸아세터이트로 분획한 분획층을 대상으로 activity-directed bioassay를 수행하여 가장 살초활성이 높았던 ECDA 분획물을 얻었다(GR50값, 53㎍ g-1). ECDA 분획물을 GC-MS, ¹H-NMR, 13C-NMR로 분석한 결과 분자량 186.2, 화학구조식 C11H6O₃, furanocoumarin 골격구조를 하고 있는 2H-furo[2,3-H]-[1]-benzopyran-2-one(angelicin)으로 밝혀졌다. Angelicin의 물피(Echinochoa crus-galli), 바랭이(Digitaria ciliaris), 자귀풀(Aeschynomene indica)에 대한 seed bioassay 결과 각 식물에 대한 GR50값은 426, 66, 216㎍ g-1이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 소리쟁이 유래 신규 살초활성물질 angelicin은 향후 새로운 제초제 개발을 위한 선도물질로 이용될 수 있을 것이라 판단된다. The objective of this study was to isolate a herbicidally active compound from curly dock (Rumex crispus), a native weed in Korea and to identify its" chemistry. The GR50 value of methanol extracts which is determined by a seed bioassay using rapeseed (Brassica napus) seedlings was 935 ug g-1. Activity-directed isolation of ethylacetate extract led to the isolation of ECDA fraction with GR50 value 53 ug g-1. Based on data of GC-MS, ¹H-NMR and 13C-NMR, the chemical structure of ECDA was determined as 2H-furo[2,3-H]-[1]-benzopyran-2-one which is known as angelicin. The GR50 values of angelicin to barnyardgrass (Echinochloa crus-galli), southern crabgrass (Diguaria ciliaris), and indian jointvetch (Aeschynomene indica) were 426, 66 and 216 ug g-1, respectively. Our results suggest that angelicin could be used as a lead compound for the development of new herbicides.
내부 브레이스 보강 yLRC 합성기둥의 압축강도 및 거동에 관한 실험적 연구

yLRC composite column is developed for reducing the term of works, improving capacity of construction with omission of the form working and reinforcement and having an excellent section-performance with composite behavior of concrete and steel. In this study, compressive strength tests on yLRC (Reinforced Concrete with y-shape steel sheets and L-shape steel angles) composite column reinforced with in-braces are performed. Axial compressive strength tests of Non-reinforced yLRC column had been performed, however, the columns showed a sudden reduction of load even though small displacement. So, these tests are performed to raise time and displacement until the failure point and examine the suggested equation to calculate the compressive strength of yLRC composite column. The main variables are 1) comparison of column with and without in-braces, 2) a variety of in-braces, 3) the number of in-braces, and axial load test on these 9 specimens is performed. With test results, the mechanical properties on the compressive strength and structural behavior of reinforced yLRC composite column are analysed and the suitability of the suggested equation is examined.
호텔인재의 인재가치제안(EVP)과 인재개발요소가 경력성공에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to give insights and practical suggestions for hotel operations to establish a Talent Development System for supporting talent acquisition and talent retention, identifying the values of the Employee Value Proposition(EVP) and the Talent Development Elements influencing organizational career success. The result of the analysis showed that the EVP factors `interesting job` and `reliable company` affect `career success.` The Talent Development Elements such as `mentoring` and `education and training` also affected `career success.` The moderation effect by job grade of the EVP has not been found in this research, however, the moderation effect by job grade of the Talent Development Elements showed that the `assistant manager group` recognizes `education and training` and `mentoring` as the influencing drivers for `career satisfaction,` while the `manager above group` identifies `job rotation` as the main requirement for `career satisfaction.` The implications of the research are as follows; Firstly, systematic career development programs need to be secured for the career development of managers based on the thorough analysis of their job profiles. Secondly, a mentoring program needs to be reinforced in the organization to assign tasks through a pair, mentor and mentee, which will involve selecting common tasks and solving them with the collaboration of the pairs. Third, managers and above need to be provided with multi-job tasks or job rotations for their career development or promotion, while assistant managers are focused on education and training by completing required leadership modules.

The present paper relates to a study on automotive non-contacted torque sensor for MDPS or EPS, which includes Hall IC, circular permanent magnet and apparatus of magnetic shield using soft ferromagnetic material and is mounted to torsion bar connected steering column ? shaft assembly. Torque sensor can be promptly and precisely measured by change of magnetic field to loaded twist torque when a driver operates steering wheel and can be obtained better durability then contacted type such as using strain gauge or potentiometer.

We have studied the automotive non-contacted torque sensor of magnetic shielding type for MDPS or EPS, which includes Hall IC, circular permanent magnets and apparatus of magnetic shield using soft ferromagnetic material. This sensor is mounted to torsion bar connected steering column ? shaft assembly. Some samples were made by the magnetic shield concept design and performance tests were carried out.
무용 안무자 양성 교육 프로그램 사례연구 - SNDO(School for New Dance Development)를 중심으로

이 연구는 세계에서 전문 무용 안무 교육과정을 가진 몇 안 되는 고등교육 기관 중 하나인 SNDO(School for New Dance Development)를 대상으로 안무자 양성 교육 프로그램을 조사 분석하였다. 설립 후 40여 년이 지난 SNDO는 예술적 역량이 우수한 강사진들뿐만 아니라 다양한 국적의 학생들과 함께 국제적인 명성을 가진 졸업생들을 배출하며 공연예술 분야에서 진보적인 발전을 보이고 있다. SNDO 교육 프로그램을 통해 살펴본 안무가 양성을 위한 교육 과정은 안무의 개념 개발, 움직임 연구, 무용 테크닉, 예술이론으로 크게 네 가지 영역으로 나눌 수 있다. 이 프로그램은 음악, 연극, 시각 예술, 문학, 뉴미디어를 포함한 다른 예술 분야와 연계해 광범위한 연구를 통해 안무를 교육한다. 이에 이 연구는 안무가를 양성하는 예술대학 안무 과정에 적합한 교육과정과 효율적인 운영에 기여할 것으로 생각되며, 순수예술의 전문 안무가를 육성함에 있어 보다 체계적인 교육 프로그램을 제공하기 위한 정보를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. This study investigated and analyzed choreographer training programs for School for New Dance Development (SNDO), one of the few higher education institutions in the world with professional dance choreography curriculum. After 40 years, SNDO is showing progressive development in the performing arts field, producing not only teachers with excellent artistic competence, but also graduates with international reputations with students of various nationalities. The curriculum for choreographer training, which we looked at through SNDO training programs, can be largely divided into four areas: concept development of choreography, movement research, dance technique, and art theory. The program conducts extensive research in connection with other art fields, including music, theater, visual arts, literature, and new media. Therefore, this study is thought to contribute to the efficient operation and curriculum suitable for the choreography course of art colleges that cultivate choreographers, and the purpose of this study is to present information to provide better educational programs for cultivating choreographers.
