This paper summarizes the results of these efforts by offering a photovoltaic system structure in 50kW middle scale applications installed in Cho-sun University dormitory roof. The combination of photovoltaic system components are interconnected and system monitoring system will be summarized for the purpose of the increasing safety in this article. This paper describes configuration of utility interactive photovoltaic system which generated electric power supplies to dormitory. In order to installing the middle or large scale photovoltaic system, It must investigated the optimal design of system, compute quantity of power generation, economic rate of return and so on. In this paper represent 50kW utility photovoltaic system examination and developed simulation results. The performance of photovoltaic system has been evaluated and analyzed with simulation. The results obtained in this research will be much useful to prior investigation for installing utility interactive photovoltaic system.
RF-Sputtering법에 의한 CoSi₂/Si 박막 형성에 관한 특성

In this paper, the CoSi₂ thin films with thicknesses of about 5 ㎛ were deposited on n-type silicon (111) substrates by RF magnetron sputtering method using a CoSi₂ target (99.99%). The flow rate of argon of 50 sccm, substrate temperature of 100 ℃, RF power of 60 watts, deposition time of 30 minutes, and the vacuum of 1×10?? Torr. The annealing treatments of the CoSi₂ thin film were performed from 500, 700 and 900 ℃ for 1h in air ambient by an electric furnace. In order to investigate the CoSi₂ thin film X-ray diffraction patterns were measured using the X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The structure of the thin films were investigated by using scanning the electron microscope (SEM) were used for review. The surface morphology of the thin films was measured with a atomic force microscopy (AFM). Temperature dependence of sheet resistivity and property of Hall effect was measured in the CoSi₂ thin film.

In a previous study, few years, a great deal of interest has developed in the use of sun-tracking mountings for normal flat-plate PV systems. Such system have de eloped more energy for the same nominal PV power, but the cost of tracking was higher than of normal fixed-rack mountings. Tracking systems have two axes that follow the sun closely during all times in the day. however, systems consists of a single rotating axis are very simples than two-axis tracking systems for PV modules. In addition the manufactured cost of single rotating axis was lower. The results showed that optimized single-axis tracking system and dual-axis tracking system performance and analysis. It can be seen that the sun tracking system improves the energy and energy efficiency of the PV panel.

This research used triac that is semi-conductor that act to static contact to overcome happened shortcoming been using mechanical centrifugal force switch usually. Detect starting current of single phase induction motor and decided moving time. Therefore, could improve life of switch semipermanently. Also, wish to reduced impact that electric motor suffers at the starting moment and do stable starting which there is no life improvement and noise of electric motor itself, arc.
플라이휠 시스템의 최적화를 위한 마그넷 베어링의 시뮬레이션

We have analyzed electromagnetic characteristics of a superconducting bearing using the Maxwell 3D program. The superconducting bearing, which was the important part of the superconducting flywheel energy storage system, composed of a stator and a rotor. Magnetic fluxes of the permanent magnets were applied to the superconducting units and resulted in the decrease of mutual flux linkage. The irons located at center induced the magnetic flux from the parallel axis which increased the flux linkage between permanent magnets and superconducting units. This might be due to the perfect diamagnetism of the superconducting units.
유전자알고리즘을 이용한 교류서보전동기의 PI 제어기에 관한 연구

Recently, G.A studies have studied and demonstrated that artificial intelligence like G.A networks, G.A PI controller. The design techniques of PI controller using G.A with the newly proposed teaming algorithm was presented, and the designed controller with AC servo motor system. The goal of this paper is to design the AC servo motor using genetic algorithm and to control drive robot. And in this paper, we propose a genetic algorithms approach to find an optimal or near optimal input variables for genetic algorithm PI controller. Our experimental results show that this approach increases overall classification accuracy rate significantly. Finally, we executed for the implementation of high performance speed control system. It is used a 16-bit DSP, IMS320LF2407, which is capable of the high speed and floating point calculation. 유전자 알고리즘은 지금까지의 방법으로써는 해결이 곤란한 문제에 대해서 실용상의 최적해를 랜덤하고 빠르게 찾는 방법으로서 사용되어 왔으며, 종래의 검색 알고리즘과 달리 검색 공간 중 하나의 점뿐만 아니라 많은 점을 동시에 고려하기 때문에 국부 최소점(local minima)점에 수렴되는 현상을 극복할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 목적 함수에 연속미분조건이 없으며 다수의 변수들을 하나의 문자열로 부호화(coding)함으로써 병렬연산 및 동시최적화가 가능한 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 PI제어기를 교류서보전동기에 적용하여 작업환경변화에 능동적으로 대응하는 제어방법을 제안하였으며 산업현장에서의 로보트 액추에이터 등의 응용과 정밀제어를 실현하기 위한 교류서보전동기의 드라이버에 적용할 수 있는 제어기를 구현하고자 한다.

The conversion of solar radiation into electrical energy by Photo-Voltaic (PV) effect is a very promising technology, being clean, silent and reliable, with very small maintenance costs and small ecological impact. The output power produced by the PV panels depends strongly on the incident light radiation. The continuous modification of the sun-earth relative position determines a continuously changing of incident radiation on a fixed PV panel. The point of maximum received energy is reached when the direction of solar radiation is perpendicular on the panel surface. Thus an increase of the output energy of a given PV panel can be obtained by mounting the panel on a solar tracking device that follows the sun trajectory. Tracking systems that have two axes and follow the sun closely at all times during the day are currently the most popular. This paper presents research conducted into the performance of Solar tracking system with photosensors. The results show that an optimized dual-axis tracking system with photosensor performance and analysis. From the obtained results, it is seen that the sun tracking system improves the energy and energy efficiency of the PV panel.ti-junction CPV module promises to accelerate growth in photovoltaic power generation.
