This research presented a method of computing various environmental loads generated from domestic construction industry integrally with the environmental costs, and analyzed the integrated environmental cost in the 2008 domestic construction industry by using this. This paper presented an integrated computation method to estimated the other environmental load cost with the CO2 environmental cost(23,780won/ton) in order to compute the environmental costs. As a result of analysis, the inputted costs in the 2008 domestic construction industry were 111 trillion won in architectural construction and 181 trillion won in civil and other construction, and the integrated environmental costs pursuant to this were about 2.07 trillion won in architectural construction and about 1.60 trillion won in civil and other construction, so the integrated environmental cost in the 2008 domestic construction industry was 3.67 trillion won.

This research investigates the life cycle energy consumption of the building's external wall system, and its environmentally potential aspect by utilizing the full scale Life Cycle Assessment. Analyzed per type of the external wall system, the research's scope has taken account of the entire life-cycle from the extraction of raw materials to its disposal, of which its given sample building type is an office building. Results gained from the LCA of the building's external wall system as one of the steps in analysis reflect the current global interest and analysis trend toward the world's environmental issue on all fields of industry including the architectural industry.

Since the global environment interests have been increasing at home and abroad, many studies in the field of architecture have conducted for the purpose of converting the construction industry into the environment-friendly industry. The previous studies on the subject have separated the results of environmental and economic performance as the independent evaluation elements and it doesn't correspond with the expectations of environmental evaluation requiring in these days. For the reasons that we have mentioned above, this study developed a model in order to evaluate environmental performance of window system by integrating the analysis results of environmental and economic performance into cost. Thus, it does a quantitative evaluation of investment value of environment which is the major aim of considering economic elements in the environmental performance evaluation.

본 연구는 건축물 중 공동주택 단지를 대상으로, 건축물에 투입되는 자재생산부터 건축물이 해체되는 전과정동안 환경에 미치는 영향을 6개의 환경영향 범주로 구분하여 정량적으로 산출하였으며, 국내의 모든 산업이 환경에 미치는 영향을 대략적으로 분석하여 비교 평가하였다. 총 27 단지에 대한 환경영향을 분석한 결과 단지를 구성하는 건물 및 시설별로는 공동주택 건물이 단지 전체 대비 약 88.2%를 차지하는 것으로 분석되었으며, 이후 지하주차장, 공통부분, 복지시설, 판매시설, 기타시설 순으로 환경에 미치는 영향이 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 이중 가장 영향이 큰 공동주택 건물만을 대상으로 분석한 경우에는 전과정 중 사용단계에서 환경에 미치는 영향이 가장 크게 나타났으며 이후 자재생산단계, 시공단계, 해체 및 폐기단계 순으로 환경에 미치는 영향이 크게 분석되었다. 또한 공동주택 건물의 전과정에 대한 환경영향 분석 결과 국내 총 산업 대비 약 11. 96%를 차지하는 것으로 분석되었다. This study on condominium complex will adopt the quantitative assessment of the influence on the environment throughout the entire life cycle of buildings. This paper applies input-out analysis in order to analyse embodied energy regarding input of materials at material production phase. Also, it calculates environment load at use and demolition and destruction Phases of buildings as analysing energy consumption. The study categorises environment load as six impact categories and undertakes environmental impact evaluation. The consequence shows that the environment load of multi-unit dwelling takes up 88.2% out of the entire environment load of condominium complex. Also, as a result of analyzing the environmental impact of the life cycle of condominium buildings, it was found that such environmental impact comprised of about 11.96% of all industries in Korea that had an environmental impact.
일조와 조망, 자연환기성능을 고려한 공동주택 배치계획에 관한 연구

The study has conducted a research on the main shape of domestic multi-family residential buildings. The four arrangements were selected after the research and each of them was analyzed for daylight, view and natural ventilation according to the different pitch of buildings. Based on the results from the analysis, the optimum pitch of buildings for each of the arrangements are as follows. With looking at the outcomes from the analysis on changes in residential environment by the pitch of building buildings in the four arrangements, it was figured out that it would be the best if the distance is more than 1.0H for Case_1. For Case_2, it should be more than 0.9H and for Case_3, it has to be 1.0H or more. Last but not least, it seems to be superb if the distance is more than 0.9H for Case_4.
