Gates법을 이용한 동적 신장 검사에서 신장 깊이 도출 방법에 따른 GFR값 비교와 신기능 평가

Tonnesen 방정식을 토대로 한 GFR 값과 복부 CT를 이용하여 GFR값을 도출한 값이 6에서 32까지의 차이가 났으며 복부 CT를 이용한 GFR값이 전체적으로 증가했음을 알 수 있었다. 신기증대상자에서 Tonnesen방정식을 사용하여 측정한 GFR 값으로 신기증이 불가능 하였지만 복부 CT 이용 신장 깊이를 측정한 GFR 값은 신기증 가능 GFR 범위 (80∼120)를 만족하였다. 정확한 Depth 설정에 따른 신기증의 가능/불가능 분류에 사용할 수 있고 GFR 값을 토대로 만성 신질환자에 사용되는 약물 또한 정확한 용량을 적절히 조절하는데도 사용될 수 있다. 향후 CT 측정을 통한 신장 깊이의 동양인에 대한 평균과 그에 맞는 방정식을 도출하여 적용시킬 수 있다면 보다 환자에게 최적화된 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있으리라 기대된다. The method of the experiment is based on Tonnesen equations to derive the depth of the kidney and the value of using computed tomography of the abdomen CT and was obtained by directly derive the depth of the kidney that using Gates method, measuring the GFR (glomerular filtration rate) were each compare with the difference in GFR values .It can be applied to enable / disable the classification of donation of the kidney with the setting of the exact Depth. Further, It is also believed that it may be appropriately controlled capacity based on an accurate GFR values used drugs for chronic kidney disease, in the near future, if we can extract the right equation and implement which adapt to the average depth of asian's kidney depth. we are expecting to provide far more advanced medical treatment to our patient.
