Global automobile market is getting hotter everyday with new technology development, competition for fuel efficiency and an exhaust gas reduction. In this case of gasoline car, adoption of turbocharger through downsizing of the engine became a new trend, providing excellent reduction of exhaust gas and improvement in fuel efficiency. Present turbocharges use nickel base material, Inconel713C, for its turbine wheel which performs in a very high temperature. But due to the material`s high density property, “Time Lag” was brought up. An adoption of TiAl turbine wheel, a light-weight material which works in a high temperature environment (950℃), is essential as an alternative. However, due to lack of fluidity of TiAl alloy, compared with other Nickel of Titanium alloys, casting a precise design is a difficult task. In order to have a perfect casting with thin turbine wheel “Blades” and its surrounding “Leading edge”, a maximum centrifugal force has to be applied.
