Purpose: Hemodynamically unstable pelvic fractures represent therapeutic challenges for the trauma team. The authors of this article have studied the clinical profiles of the angiographic intervention population at the emergency department during four years (2005~2009) to develop clinical guidelines for preventing deaths due to multiple trauma and for predicting the prognosis during initial evaluation. Methods: We performed a retrospective review of 34 patients who had undergone angiographic interventions at the emergency department and compared the differences in clinical variables between survivors and non-survivors. Results: Representative values were compared between survivors and non-survivors: RTS (revised trauma score) 7.006 (6.376~7.841) vs. 6.128 (4.298~6.494), PRC (packed red cell) units 5.5 (2.0~11.0) vs. 15 (8.0~18.5), and lactate (mmol/L) 3.0 (1.0~7.0) vs. 8.5 (3.5~10.5). RTS (p<0.01) and PRC units before angiographic interventions (p=0.01) and lactate (p=0.02) had correlations to the final outcomes. Conclusion: The availability of an angiographic suite and persistent hypotension after adequate fluid resuscitation for pelvic trauma are good indications of angiographic intervention for pelvic hemorrhage. This paper investigates flexural behavior of P.S.T (Prestress Segment Tunnel) method rahman structure according to joint welding through an experimental study. For the experimental study, three specimens, non joint welding specimen and two joint welding specimens, were fabricated. As a result, the joint welding specimen, especially the bottom steel joint welding specimen is the most superior in flexural strength.

이 연구에서는 초고성능 콘크리트의 인장거동에 대한 실험적 연구를 수행하였다. 크기를 변수로 하는 3개의 UHPC 실험체들을 제작하고 3점 가력 휨 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과를 토대로 역분석 방법(Inverse analysis)과 유전 알고리즘(Genetic algorithm)을 활용하여 각 실험체들의 응력-변형률 곡선을 도출하였으며, 이를 상세히 비교·분석하였다. In this study, experiments were carried out to evaluate the tensile behavior of ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC). A total of three specimens were fabricated with the specimen size as a variable. Through the 3-point bending tests, the stress-strain relationships of specimens were derived using inverse analysis and genetic algorithm, and they were compared and analyzed in details.

누설전류는 의도된 회로 이외의 경로로 흐르는 전류를 말하며, 일반적으로 도시철도의 급전 시스템은 레일을 부극선으로 사용하기 때문에 레일이 대지와 완벽하게 절연되어 있지 않다면 레일을 통해 흐르는 전류의 일부는 누설전류로 땅속을 흐르게 된다. 이때 토양을 통해 누설전류가 유출되는 레일과 지하매설 금속구조물에서 전식이 발생하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 국내 도시철도 운행지역 인근 지하매설 금속구조물의 전식방지 현황을 설문조사를 통하여 조사하였다. With respect to a given structure, a stray current is to be defined as a current flowing on a structure that is not part of the intended electrical circuit. Most often DC-powered traction systems like railroads and tramlines are responsible for large dynamic stray currents. This type of stray current is generally results from the leakage of return currents from large DC traction systems that are grounded or have a bad earth-insulated return path. At the place where the current leaves the rail and metallic structures, electrolytic corrosion may take place. This paper investigates the domestic conditions on the electrolytic corrosion protection of buried metallic structures adjacent to DC traction systems by survey.
