        Ni-Cr 강과 지르코니아와의 접합에 관한 연구

        Studies have been conducted to clarify the joining phenomena of ZrO₂ to Ni-Cr steel produced by solid-state diffusion bonding with Al interlayer. The reaction layer at the steel/Al interface was observed clearly. By the EDX analysis, it was confirmed that this layer was a diffusion layer of Al and Fe. Reaction layer of the Al/ZrO₂ interface could not be detected in spite of good contact suggesting that the Al/ZrO₂ interface was bonded by a surface reaction in which a layer of less than 1㎛ in thickness was formed. It is concluded that the optimum conditions for bonding of ZrO₂ to Ni-Cr steel are of the Al interlayer of 0.6㎜, applied pressure of 100 MPa, temperature of 635℃, and time of 120 minutes. The interface shear strength of 50 MPa is obtained under these conditions.

        양극 산화법으로 제조된 Tantalum Oxide 박막의 전압-시간 특성과 미세구조와의 연관성

        Microstructures of tantalum oxide, anodic-oxidized in oxalic acid, are shown to be related to voltage-time characteristics during formation reaction. It is observed that a crystalline phase transformed from an amorphous phase is recrystallized in the presence of the high electric field within the film, and this recrystallized film has a very porous microstructure. From the results of the XRD, the nonlinearity observed after the first spark voltage is recognized to be due to the local crystallization.

        창유리 위에 졸겔 담금 방법으로 코팅된 인듐 주석 산화막의 에너지 절약 특성

        Indium tin oxide (ITO) layers are of considerable interest on account of the combination of properties they provide high electrical conductivity, high infrared reflection with high solar energy transmission, high transmission in the visible range. We are concerned about the variation of the spectral transmittances and sheet resistances as the thickness of SiO2-ZrO2 barrier layer and ITO layers and heat treating conditions are changed. Transmittances and reflectivities were studied by measuring UV-VIS-NIR-, FT-IR spectroscopy. ITO films are crack free, homogeneous and of polycrystalline cubic structure. The microstructure of good ITO films shows a narrow grain size distribution and mean value of 100 nm. The selectivity of absorbing properties is improved by increasing the thickness of ITO films. The increase of sheet resistance of ITO films are due to the increase in the reaction between films and glass substrate.

        환경 스트레스에 의한 벼의 Peroxidase, Superoxide dismutase 및 Diterpene cyclase 활성비교

        UV-B와 도열병병원균 접종들의 환경 스트레스에 의한 벼의 POD, SOD및 Diterpene cyclase등의 활성 변화를 조사하여 해 본 결과, 일품벼에서 POD 와 SOD활성이 가장 놓았고, 도열병진전에 따른 PDO활성은 감수성 품종인 일품과 화성은 증가하였으나 저항성 품종인 다산은 감소하였다. 키토산 처리에의한 SOD의 활성 변화는 처리 농도가 높을수록 증가하였다. 키토산 처리후 14일에서의 감수성품종인 화성의 SOD활성은 무처리 식물체에 비하여 높았다. UV-B조사 시간이 길수록 감수성품종인 일폼의 POD활성은 감소하였고, 저항성 품종인 다산은 증가하였다. 특히UV-B의 조사시간에 따른 다산의 POD활성은 차가 없었으나, 화성의 활성은 40분 조사처리시 2배 놓았다 UV-B처리에 비해 p.oryzae를 접종시는 diterpene cyclase의 활성이 놓아졌으며, 병원균 접종후 5일까지 효소활성이 검진적으로 증가하였다. This study carried out to investigate activities of the superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) and diterpene cyclase of rice plant treated by environmental stress conditions. The rice leaves of Ilpum was shown to have the most highest specific activity of POD. POD activity in the susceptible cv. Ilpum and Hwasung during the disease progress show a increase, while for a decreasing activity in the resistant cv. Dasan. SOD activity of rice plants treated by chitosan were increased as the treatment concentration increased. At the chitosan application, the SOD activity in the susceptible cv. Hwansung at the rice leaves 14days after treatment was higher in treatment than chitosan-untreated control. The activity of POD in the susceptible cv. Ilpum decreased as long as UV-B irradiation, while that in the resistant cv. Dasan increased. Futhermore, activity of that in Dasan were similar to as time on UV irradiation, Hwasung showed two times higher than untreated control at 40 minutes after UV-B exposure. The activity of diterpene cyclase in rice plants inoculated with Pyricularia oryzae has much higher tendency than UV-B irradiation. The activity of diterpene cyclase in the rice leaves gradually increased until 5 days after inoculation with Pyricularia oryzae.

        한국 및 중국산 柴胡의 형태와 saikosaponin 함량비교

        To determine the differences among cultivated , non-cultivated and imported bupleurum falcatum, contents and compositions of fatty acids and saikosaponins which are known as a major biologically acitive compounds in Bupleurum falcatum were meausred with GC and HPLC. Color of grinded powder of Bupleuri radix determined by colorimeter showed that the imported one has the highest white and yellow coloer Among the Bupleuri radix cultivated in China, Hong-siho(red-Bupleurum) produced in Yungil Province contained the highest red color. Cultivated Korean Bupleurum radix contained higher saikosaponi a, c, and than the imported ones which were cultivated in Yungil, Ankuk , and Gillium Province in China. Levels of saikosaponin c are 3 times higher in cultivated Korean Bupleuria radix compared the with imported ones. Furthermore, Bupleurum falcatum cultivated in Korea contained higher amount of palmitic and linoleic acids than those of improted and non-cultivated ones. Particularly they contain two to six times higher linoleic acid.

        We report here on a case of Achilles tendon rupture associated with ipsilateral bimalleolar fracture that was caused by ski injury. The association of an ankle fracture with rupture of the Achilles tendon is even more infrequent, although both injuries alone are extremely common. We treated as a operation of Achilles tendon repair with Krackow method and open reduction with Tension-band wiring technique for bimalleolar fracture.

        족근 중족 관절 잠재의 손상에 대한 진단 및 치료

        Purpose: To evaluate the effectiveness of intraoperative stress test for diagnosis of occult Lisfranc injury. Materials and Methods: Between April 2009 and October 2012, 21 patients with occult Lisfranc injuries underwent intraoperative stress test and internal fixation. There were 11 males and 10 females with an average age of 45.3 years (range, 23~79 years). Injuries were caused by traffic accident in 10 cases, indirect force (twisting injury) in 8 cases, and crush in 2 cases, falling from a height in 1 case. Unstable injuries on stress radiograph in occult injury of Lisfranc joint were treated by open reduction or closed reduction and fixation with cannulated screw or K-wire. Radiological evaluation was assessed according to preoperative and postoperative diastasis between $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ metatarsal base. Results: Assoicated injuries were 9 cases of metatarsal fractures, 6 cases of cuneiform fractures and 6 cases of both metatarsal and cuneiform fractures. Medial and middle column fixation was in 13 cases, and three columns fixation was in 8 cases. Initial diastasis between $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ metatarsal base was 2.8 mm (1.3~4.7 mm) on AP radiograph and postoperative diastasis between $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ metatarsal base was 1.2 mm (0.5~2.4 mm) on AP radiograph. Conclusion: Even there is no sign of clear Lisfranc injury, it is necessary to pay attention and give evaluation on circumstances of occult Lisfranc injuries with metatarsal or cuneiform fractures. Intraoperative stress test is helpful to diagnose an occult Lisfranc injury. For unstable injuries on stress radiographs of occult Lisfranc joint injury, operative treatment with open or closed reduction and internal fixation is useful method.

        재배토양의 수분 및 토성이 시호의 생육상황 및 항산화효소 활성에 미치는 영향

        토성 및 토양수분에 따른 시호근의 생육특성과 saikosaponin함량 및 항산화효소 활성 변화를 조사해 본 결과, 수분과다 토양에서 는 삼도시 호는 장수시호보다 생육 억제정도가 매우 높았고, 건물중은 과습, 적습, 과건 재배 순으로 높았고, 수분조건에 따른 토성별로는 과건은 식양토, 사양토, 사토 순으로, 적습과 과습시는 사토, 사양토, 식양토 순으로 높았다. 토양수분조건별 saikosapon a, d, c함량은 과건, 적습, 과습 순으로 높았고, 토성간에는 사토, 사양토, 식양토 순으로 높았다. POD 활성은 지상부는 장수시호가 삼도에 비하여 매우 높았고, 토양 수분함량간에는 장수는 과건, 과습, 적습 조건 순으로 높았으나, 삼도시 호는 과건, 적습, 과습 순으로 높았다. SOD활성은 지상부와 지하부 공히 장수시호가 높은 경향이나, 수분조건별로는 과건, 과습, 적습순으로 높았으며, 건조상태의 경우 두 품종 모두 사토에서 높았다. 시호에서 뿌리의 Saikosaponin함량과 POD 및 SOD 함량과는 정의상관을 나타내는 경향이었고 줄기 및 뿌리길이와 POD함량과는 부의 상관을 나타내었다. To study the effects of soil moisture and texture on characteristics of growth, content of saikosaponins and activity of antioxidative enzymes in Bupleurum falcatum L., content of saikosaponins(a, c and d) and activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) were investigated with two Bupleurum genotypes(Jangsoo and Samdo). Two Bupleurum genotypes were grown under different soil moisture(deficit, normal, surplus) and soil texture(sandy, sandy loam, loam) conditions. Among the tested soil conditions, dry weight accumulation rate of both cultivars could be ranked in the order surplus > normal > deficit soil for soil moisture and sandy > sandy loam > loam for soil texture. Under the surplus soil condition, growth retardation of Samdo cultivar was more severer than that of Jangsoo. Furthermore, content of saikosaponin a, d, and c also could be ranked in the order deficit > normal > surplus and sandy > sandy loam > loam for soil moisture and texture, respectively. Although both Jangsoo and Samdo cultivars grown under water deficit condition showed the highest POD and SOD activity, in general POD and SOD activity in both shoot and root was remarkably high in Jangsoo cultivar compared with Samdo. Saikosaponin content of root was positively correlated with POD and SOD. However, shoot and root length were negatively correlated with POD.
