        외상성 전방출혈 후 발생한 지연성 절편-기질사이 액체 증후군

        A 50-year-old female was referred to our clinic with visual disturbance, hyphema and increased intraocular pressure (IOP) in her right eye 7 days after experiencing blunt trauma in that eye. She had undergone uncomplicated laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) on both eyes 10 years earlier. At initial examination, the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) in her right eye was counting fingers at 2 feet with no correction. Central Goldmann applanation tonometry (GAT) showed an IOP of 7 mm Hg. Peripheral digital tonometry showed the IOPs in her right eye superiorly, nasally, temporally, and inferiorly were 36 mm Hg, 35 mm Hg, 34.5 mm Hg and 36.5 mm Hg, respectively. Slit-lamp examination showed diffuse epithelial and stromal edema and a blood clot 1 mm in height in the anterior chamber. Spectral domain scanning laser ophthalmoscope/ optical coherence tomography (SD-SLO/OCT) images showed a pocket of fluid between the LASIK flap and the underlying stroma. The patient was started on anti-inflammatory agent and IOP lowering agents. After 15 days of treatment, IOP measured with GAT was 10 mm Hg, slit-lamp examination showed that epithelial and stromal edema had disappeared, and OCT showed no fluid between the corneal flap and stroma.       • 중소도시의 관광인프라 구축전략에 관한 연구

        Dangjin, which has been growing fast since the Seohaean Expressway opening, is now on the verge of internal and external changes like transportation infrastructure expansion expected from the construction of Daejeon-Dangjin highway and Cheonan-Dangjin highway, the multi-functional administrative city construction, transfer of Chungcheongnam-Do Office, the Techno City construction in Songak, and the visualization of Pan-Yellow Sea economic zone. This paper will give us a chance to assess Dangjin as a potential iron and steal industrial area, successful fishing and agrarian village, and marine tourist attraction. Especially, this paper is focused on its prospect as a pleasant tourist spot and analyzes required tourism infrastructure. Also, we will further study some drawbacks which prohibit current Dangjin from being a successful tourist spot in West Coast area such as lack of human resources and facilities required for tourism industry.

        Structural and Functional Stability of Biomolecules Based on Geumgang Ratio

        All natures and things of this world make a fixed ratio. Geumgang ratio, the iIndignous formative ratio of Korea is simple, stable, and practical as well as having aesthetic factors of golden ratio, so has been applied to design of building, work of art, and househld item, etc. This study carried out to examine the distinctiveness based on an analysis on various cases of Geumgang ratio and to compare and analyze the link between molecular structure and function through a case study on Geumgang ratio discovered in biomolecular structure such as nucleic acid, protein, and ribonucleoprotein forming biosystem. Geumgang ratio was found in ancient remains, traditional buildings, traditional furnitures and household Items in this country and in nature such as pruning of syconus and petal number of plants getting out of Fibonacci number. The ratio could be found in the biomolecular structure such as nucleic acid, zymoprotein and ribonucleoprotein. Based on the results obtained in this study, it has been considered Geumgang ratio could be served for not only industrial design of commercial item but also the molecular design of new drug such as anticancer and biologically active agents. In Advance, the more detailed researches on having visual data on the level of nanoscale using electron microscope(EM) or scanning tunneling microscope(STM) would be needed for the practical application to biomedical field.         과학과 예술·디자인 융복합 현상에 대한 전문가집단(FGI)의 태도 연구

        과학과 예술 디자인 분야간의 융복합은 인간의 지식을 집약적으로 활용하여 높은 부가 가치를 창출하는 분야인 과학지식 예술디자인 서비스 산업은 일반적으로 무형의 서비스 산업으로 대부분 사람이 가지고 있는 전문적 지식을 바탕으로 최종 소비자에게 직접적으로 전문 서비스를 제공하는 분야들로서 과학지식에 기반한 나노정보 디자인서비스업, 교육정보 디자인서비스업 등들이 대표적 사업들로 분류되어 있다. 따라서 과학과 예술·디자인 융복합 현상에 따른 정책의 개발과 시스템의 구축은 사회, 경제, 문화라는 측면과 과학융합분야에서 매우 중요한 분야이다. 이에 본 연구는 과학과 예술·디자인 융복합 과정에서 발생될 수 있는 갈등과 가치 충돌 등을 해소하고 합리적인 정책의 개발과 시스템 구축을 위한 예비연구의 일환으로 과학과 예술·디자인 융복합 현상에 대한 전문가 집단의 태도연구(FGI)를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 총 설문 대상자 41명의 전문가집단 태도에 관한 SAS 9.3 Chi-square & Fisher"s Exact test 설문응답의 기술통계로서, 전문가집단 태도에 관한 문항들의 내적 신뢰도를 측정하는 크론바흐 알파계수는 0.78로서 내적 신뢰도가 매우 높다고 사료된다. 설문 결과 새로운 융합학문이 형성되는 과정에 가장 중요한 요인으로는 예술디자인 분야와 과학분야 모두 지식기반이 가장 중요하다고 답했으며 두 번째로 구성원들의 네트워크이 중요하다고 답했다. 따라서 과학과 예술·디자인 융복합 현상에 따른 정책의 개발과 시스템의 구축은 사회, 경제, 문화라는 측면과 과학융합분야에서 매우 중요한 분야이며 특히, 예술디자인 분야와 과학분야의 전문가 지식기반 및 그 구성원의 네트워크 구축이 중요한 당면과제로 대두되고 있다. The attitude study of expert group(FGI) about convergence phenomenon of science and art design The convergence of science and art design, which is, the industry of science knowledge and art design which is the field that creates higher added value is generally formlessness service industry based on professional knowledge. The above industries furnish professional service to final consumer directly. Nano information, design service work, and education information design service work based on science knowledge are classified as representative business. Therefore, the policy development and system establishment for convergence phenomenon of science and art design are very important field in convergence science in aspect of society, economy, and culture. At this point, This study establishes the attitude study of expert group(FGI) about convergence phenomenon of science and art design as a part of preliminary study for the settlement of trouble and value conflict, and the policy development and system establishment. This question response study are analyzed as Chi-square and Fisher"s Exact test using sas 9.3. This study is the descriptive statistics about question response bearing high internal validity for the attitude study of expert group(FGI). The result of question response study shows that the most important factor in process of forming new convergence science is the knowledge foundation for both science and art, secondly the network of members. Accordingly, the policy development and system establishment for convergence phenomenon of science and art design in aspect of society, economy, and culture, in the field of science convergence are essence. Especially the construction of professional knowledge and the network of members are rising the significant facing subject.

        지역 민속축제 활성화 방안 연구 -당진 기지시줄다리기를 중심으로-

        In modern society, efforts to recognize, preserve, and pass down cultural heritage are often coupled with efforts to optimize its use for tourism. Dangjin Si, Chungcheongnam-Do holds Gijisi Tug-of-War festival annually to celebrate a unique form of tug-of-war. Tug-of-war, a sport that directly puts two teams on opposite ends of a rope in a battle of strength, emerged under agricultural influence in rice-farming regions, and Gijisi Tug-of-War has been around for 500 years in the Dangjin region. Dangjin si is developing Gijisi Tug-of-War into an international festival. This study investigates supplementary measures for Dangjin si to improve and develop this cultural heritage into a successful international festival. The conclusion of the study as following: The first thing is development of characteristic contents and events. Tug-of-war between South Korea and North Korea should be held near by DMZ in Korean. peninsular. The purpose of Tug-of-war for reunification is nation`s wish for unifying one country. The second thing is publicity strategy for folk festival have to be diversified to the nation as well as to the world. The third thing is tourism products related with the Tug-of-war should be created and developed. Regional resources of tourism must be reflected on paving the road for the successful global festival.

        A study on 3D printing materials in product design and art area

        Building materials layers upon layers to produce a desired product, 3D printing, so called the ‘Third Industrial Revolution’, is expected to bring significant changes throughout the industry besides being an innovation in the manufacturing technology. A 3D printer produces a product by using additive manufacturing, a process to stack lay by lay according to spraying of powder or liquid materials to its 2D cross-section by a digitalized 3D product design. Even though 3D printing technology is broadly used in product design area in addition to industry, the 3D printing materials are not known very much. In this study, the classification of 3D printing materials that are recently used in the arts are discussed with the respective properties except for the bio-materials. Metals, plastics such as PLA, ABS and nylon, and nanomarterials such as carbon nano tube, graphene are discussed as 3D printing materials. By the discussion of the unique properties of those 3D printing materials, artists and product designers will be understand the materials and possibly combine the discussed materials to find new 3D printing materials.

        The purpose of this study is providing the strategic development of medical tourism in Korea. The medical tourism market is tremendously developing in the world, Especially Korean Medical Tourism is on the way of paving the road of top country among Asian country. Medical Tourism will provide the wealthy and high yield at any circumstance. Also Nobody doubt that Medical Tourism is added value industry. We need to invest and develop the market of Medical Tourism. The solution of this study is as followings. The first, For the purpose of development of Medical Tourism, We have to drag the patients from Russia, Uzbekistan, China and Mongolia. That country people are coming for the medical and tour because of high quality of doctor and medical skill. Therefore our Government and general hospital should established the branch office for medical advertising. the second, Government have to support the hospital(western and oriental) and in bound travel agents with adequate funds and various policy in law. The third, General hospital and government ought to produce human resource of medical tourism field. The forth, Government should established the special organization in order to handle and control the medical tourism industry. Further more, Government have to make the Coordinating organization of medical struggling and arguments. As we mentioned the above, Medical Tourism is next high value industry in Korea. Medical Tourism is sure to contribute to the development of country in the near future.

        건설산업의 차별적 이익조정과 기업특성에 의한 이익조정 연구

        본 연구는 1)타 산업과 구분된 건설산업의 이익조정과 2)개별 건설기업의 규모, 부채수준, 국제회계기준 도입시점 등의 기업특성에 따라 이익조정 정도가 달리 나타나는지를 분석하였다. 이익조정 대용변수는 수정 Jones 모형으로 추정하였으며, 이익조정에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 기업규모, 부채비율, 최대주주지분율, 외국인지분율, 감사인 규모를 통제변수에 포함하였다. 연구대상 표본은 2004년부터 2012년까지 9년 동안 거래소에 상장된 기업-연 횡단표본 3,283개(건설기업은 100개)로 구성되었다. 분석결과, 건설업의 이익 상향조정이 타 산업에 비하여 상대적으로 강하게 나타났다. 또한 건설기업의 기업규모가 크고 부채비율이 높은 기업일수록, 그리고 K-IFRS 의무적용 이후 이익의 상향조정이 강한 결과를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 건설기업이 수주능력평가에서 양호한 점수를 부여받아 경쟁력 우위를 점하기 위하여 이익의 상향조정을 구사한다는 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to examine whether 1)construction firms increase their earnings in comparison with the other industrial firms, and 2)construction firms increase their earnings according to their characteristics such as firm sizes, debt ratios and the mandatory adaption of IFRS. The models include the discretionary accruals(DA) estimated by modified Jones model(Dechow et al., 1995) as the main dependent variables. Also, the test models contain other control variables such as firm size, debt ratio, block-holders, the ownership of foreign investors and big auditors. The test sample consists of 3,283 firm-year data(the samples of construction firms are 100), selected from the KRX listed companies of the fiscal year during 2004-2012(9 years). Results of empirical tests show that earnings management for construction firms is stronger than that of the others, and the firm sizes, debt ratios and the mandatory adaption of IFRS for construction firms have a positive effect on earnings management with statistical significance. These results imply that construction firms boost their earnings to get a good evaluation for capacities for construction orders to survive at the condition of competitive bid.
