      • 학교폭력예방 및 대책에 관한 법률에서의 학교폭력예방교육의 문제점과 개선방안

        The purpose of this study is to find out the problems of preventive education which is out of the legislative intent and to prepare the improvement plans, as clarified in the Act on prevention and countermeasures for school violence. Specifically, it is to prepare the improvement plans through discussions and review process about subjects such as problem in content of preventive education, ambiguity of the content in process on enforcement, problem that may be controversial in interpretation, and things are doubtful about validity. Despite various efforts for prevention on school violence between government, civic organizations, local communities, and schools in the meantime, they are not well evaluated even in the enactment of the Act on prevention and countermeasures for school violence and prevention and countermeasures that take account of educational perspectives, measures toward victims and offenders, and specificity of school violence in process of enforcement. As a result of examining the reality of preventive education for school violence, first, it is necessary to strengthen the problems and accountability of preventive education based on the school violence prevention and the legislative intent of the Act. Second, the supplementation and reform of juvenile laws have been required to prevent juvenile delinquency. Third, there is a need to reinforce ethics of adolescents. Fourth, the self-governing committees established in the schools need to strengthen the effectiveness according to professionalism, fairness, and judicial authority for school violence prevention and its countermeasure plans. In reality, it is desirable that the self-governing committees deal only with prevention and measures for prevention, and the actual incidents of school violence should be handled by the committees established at local and regional level.

      • 청소년의 가정폭력 노출경험이 의사소통능력을 매개로 학교폭력 가해행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of experience exposed to domestic violence and communication skills on school violence behavior and to verify mediating effects of communication skills between experience of domestic violence and communication skills. To achieve the purpose of this study, the followings are the research problems.(1) What influence does experience of domestic violence have on school violence behavior? (2) What influence does experience of domestic violence have on communication skills? (3) What influence does communication skills have on school violence behavior? (4) Does communication skill mediate relationship between experience of domestic violence and school violence behavior? The collected data was verified through validity of research tools,reliability analysis, t-test, AVOVA, regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0 and examined significance of mediating effects by taking Sobel test. The results and the conclusions are as follows.First of all, the communication skills of those who witnessed the violence between their parents have the mediating effects in relationship of verbal,emotional violence, and school violence. The communication enhancement program is needed to resolve conflict between couples through a functional communication. Second, the children’s experience of violence is concerned as verbal and emotional violence between adolescents is being desensitized and generalized. Through these results, the practical programs such as language life, lifestyle of adolescents and personality education are necessary.
