The Studies on hydraulic tools such as lifting, cutting and crimping of materials using hydraulic pumps in heavy industry or construction sites are highly scalable until a recent day and their use is also steadily increasing in many fields. In order to improve portability, the product is equipped with a high capacity battery, which is lighter than the existing product through the optimum design that can be cableless without a power cable. It is expected that work efficiency will increase through weight reduction, contributing to price competitiveness due to a drop unit price of products. In this study, the internal high-pressure plunger pump flow field was created using finite element method and secured reliability through optimal structural design of plunger pumps and relief valves especially springs in a high-pressure environment of 700bar to verify durability and structural defects.
