유년기 학대에 의한 정신적 외상과 향후 청소년기 행실문제의 연관성에 대한 연구

본 연구는 Child Trauma Questionnaire라는 미국에서 검증된 자가보고형 설문지를 일반 고등학생과 보호관찰소에 등록되어 있는 비행 청소년군에게 적용한 것으로 비행 청소년 군이 신체적 학대를 더 높은 비율로 보고하였고, 일반 청소년 군이 신체적 방임을 더 높은 비율로 보고하였다. 비교적 많은 수의 대상군을 상대로 유년기 학대 경험을 일반 청소년과 비행 청소년으로 나누어 비교함으로써 현재 우리나라 청소년군의 유년기 학대의 실태에 관한 기본 자료를 제시한 조사로서의 의미가 있고, 또한 이러한 분야의 연구에 대하여 제시하는 바가 있다. 향후 연구로는 일반 청소년군과 뚜렷이 구분되는 행실 장애군을 대조하기 위하여 보호관찰군 대신 소년원에 수용중인 청소년 들을 조사하는 연구가 필요하며, 응답의 성실성을 보장하고 왜곡을 방지하기 위하여 Childhood Trauma Questionnaire의 보호자 판을 사용하여 보호자의 설문이 동반 될 필요가 있겠다. 또한 우울, 불안과 같은 정서적 문제나 망상이나 환청과 같은 정신병적 증상이 있는지의 여부도 함께 조사되는 것이 좋을 것으로 생각된다. Objectives:Issues about psychiatric consequences of childhood maltreatment have been studied for many years, and there are abundant evidences that childhood abuse leaves diverse psychiatric problems later in life. The present study investigated the association between the history of childhood maltreatment and the conduct problems as teenagers. Methods:208 teenagers under probation for minor criminal acts(Disruptive behavior Group) and 251 age matched high school students(Control Group) for control were participated this study. Data from Childhood Trauma Questionnaire were obtained from the participants and analyzed to see differences between two groups via SPSS 12.0. Results:The disruptive behavior group has shown higher score in CTQ than that of the control group in items associated with physical abuse. The control group reported higher score in physical neglect. Emotional neglect and abuse were reported higher in control group, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion:This study provided some evidence for the association between childhood maltreatment experience and the development of conduct problem in later adolescent period by self-report questionnaire from relatively large samples.

공공데이터를 활용한 3차원 공간정보 객체의 수직위치 정확도 분석

최근 정부는 정부3.0이라는 새로운 정부운영의 패러다임으로 공공데이터를 적극적으로 개방하고 공유하는 정책을 펼치고 있다. 이와 함께 국토교통부에서는 국가공간정보 및 3차원건물, 영상지도를 포함한 다양한 콘텐츠를 일반인에게 제공하는 공간정보 오픈플랫폼 통합지도서비스(이하 브이월드)를 운영하고 있다. W3C재단의 오픈데이터 현황 보고서(2013)의 평가결과 우리나라는 정부의 정책적 지원 및 계획 부분에서는 긍정적인 결과를 나타낸 반면 데이터 관리 분야에서 취약하여 이에 대한 품질개선이 필요한 실정이다. 또한, 3차원 공간정보 객체 데이터(이하 3차원 모델)의 경우 데이터 구축에 활용한 디지털항공사진영상의 최신성이 부족하여 데이터의 현행화가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 3차원 모델의 품질요소인 수직위치 정확도에 대해 공공데이터이며, 실측 데이터인 건축물 대장의 높이 데이터를 기준으로 국내표준 품질평가 기법을 적용하여 데이터 품질을 측정하고, 측정오차에 대한 원인을 분석하여 공공데이터를 활용한 3차원 모델의 수직위치 정확도 향상 및 최신성의 유지 가능성을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 수행 결과 건축물대장의 높이 값을 품질평가 기준으로 적용하였을 경우 수직위치 정확도가 향상되는 것을 확인하였으며, 건축물 대장의 재건축, 증축 정보를 활용할 경우 3차원 모델의 최신성의 유지를 할 수 있음을 확인하였다. Recently, as new paradigm for government operation called government 3.0, government is actively operating policy opening and sharing public data. In addition, the Ministry of Land are operating an open platform integrated map service (the VWorld) which provides a variety of video contents such as the country"s national spatial information, traffic information and three-dimensional building for the public. According to W3C Foundation"s Open Data Status Report(2013), our country has the evaluated results that the part of the government’s policy support and planning is good while the part of the data management is vulnerable. So our country needs the quality improvement for the data management. In addition, a digital aerial photograph image data is required to be up-to-date for the three-dimensional spatial object data. In this paper, we present the method for enhancement of the accuracy of vertical position and for maintainment of up-to-date vertical position. Our methods evaluate the data quality and analyze the cause of error of measurement utilizing the national standard quality assessment method. The result of research shows that the accuracy of vertical position is improved if the height of the building captain is adjusted by the quality assessment values and a three-dimensional model has up-to-date data if reconstruction and extension information of construction register is utilized.
