        Hidradenitis Suppurativa 1 예

        Hidradenitis suppurativa is a rare disease which represents a chronic suppurative and scarring process, affecting the apocrine glands due to persistent bacterial infection and apocrine dysfunction. We have experienced a case of hidradenitis suppurativa, 22-year-old female which involved both axillary region. Diagnosis was established by clinical characteristicsymptoms, histopathological findings and bacteriological examinations.

        N/A Separations by hollow fiber modules are fast compared with conventional extraction equipment because of the large surface area per volume. In these modules, the reactants can be contacted at high speed and two flows are completely independent, so there are no problems with loading and channeling. General the mass transfer coefficients in hollow fibers will be maximized when the resistance of the membrane is minimized. This membrane resistance will be minimized if the hollow fiber is wet by the solvent that flow the outside of the fiber. In this paper, for the extraction of Co (II) from wastewater, the extractants were LA-2, EHPNA and TOPO. To determine the rate controlling step in hollow fibers, we examined the effect of inside and outside flow rates of the fibers. From these experiments, we identified for the extraction of system with partition coefficient in hydrophobic hollow fibers, mass transfer in the inside aqueous feed dominated the overall mass transfer.

        Tracking Error Constrained Super-twisting Sliding Mode Control for Robotic Systems

        In this paper, we address a robust super-twisting sliding mode control that ensures finite-time convergence and the prescribed tracking error constrained performance of a robotic system. A tracking error-transformed variable based on a super-twisting sliding mode surface is constructed for achieving the transient and steady-state time performances of the position of the robotic manipulator, and satisfying the properties of an ordinary sliding mode control. The proposed controller performs the constrained positioning of the robot manipulator without using a complex modeling process or intelligent nonlinear approximations for unknown robot dynamics and uncertainty. The problem of difficult separation of an unknown nonlinear function into known and unknown parts in the conventional variable super-twisting algorithm (STA) is overcome by designing a convenient adaptive law for the unknown function. Thus, the proposed control approach provides both finite-time convergence and constrained tracking error boundedness within a prescribed position range of the robotic manipulator. The effectiveness of the proposed robust control scheme is demonstrated through its experimental application to an industrial articulated robot manipulator and a XY robotic manipulator.

        Synthesis of phthalocyanines functionalized by 4-fluorophenoxy moieties and their linear optical properties

        Four kinds of phthalocyanines with 4-fluorophenoxy group (H2Pc, CuPc, Li2Pc, and FePc) are synthesizedby the microwave-assisted method under 15 min. The synthesized phthalocyanines have good solubilityin aprotic polar solvents and do not form any new aggregation state with a concentration increase. Thephthalocyanine coordinated with Li+ ion has a more stable and stronger absorption property in aproticpolar solvents than the phthalocyanine with Cu2+ or Fe2+ ion. The phthalocyanine coordinated with Fe2+ion is more subject to H-aggregation than other phthalocyanines, especially in polar solvents.

        한국무용 팔 들어 감아올리기 동작 시 호흡이 부드러움에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 피험자는 한국무용을 전공하는 무용 경력 10년 이상의 숙련자 5명과 무용을 전공하지 않는 여자 대학생 5명을 선정하였다. 운동학적(kinematic) 자료를 얻기 위해 세 대의 디지털 비디오 카메라(SONY VX-2100)를 사용하였고 샘플링 빈도는 60㎐, 셔터스피드는 1/250초로 설정하였다. 각 피험자는 한국무용의 팔 들어 감아올리기 동작을 두 가지 조건(복식호흡, 흉식호흡)에서 각각 3회씩 총 6회를 수행하였다. 한국무용의 팔 들어 감아올리기 동작의 전 구간에서 부드러움의 판단 기준인 손목, 팔꿈치, 어깨 관절에서의 저크 코스트를 산출하였다. Kwon 3D V.3.1와 MS Office Excel 2003 프로그램을 사용하여 계산하였다. 숙련도와 호흡에 따른 부드러움을 검증하기 위해 반복이 있는 이원변량분석(two-way ANOVA for repeated measure)을 시행하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 기술수준이 숙련될수록 그리고 호흡을 병행할수록 한국무용의 팔 들어 감아올리기 동작을 부드럽게 수행한다고 할 수 있다. 2. 손목의 좌우 방향의 움직임은 통계적으로 유의한 차를 보이지 않았다. 3. 기술수준이 숙련될수록 한국무용의 팔 들어 감아올리기 동작에서 상완의 움직임을 부드럽게 수행한다고 할 수 있다. 4. 팔꿈치의 좌우 방향의 움직임은 통계적으로 유의한 차를 보이지 않았다. 5. 호흡이 어깨 움직임에 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. The study of the five skilled (more than 10 years experience) and unskilled female korean traditional dancers participated in this study. Each participant performed the techique called"Pal duleo gamaoligy"(a technique where the participant raises their arm to the side above their head and move it in a circular motion and return to the starting position beside their hip) three times with abdominal respiration and with thoracic respiration. The kinematic data was recorded at 60 Hz with three digital cameras (Sony VX-2100). During this motion, the Jerk Cost (JC) factor was calculated for the shoulder, elbow and wrist to quantify the smoothness. Kwon 3D V.3.1 and MS Office Excel 2003 were used to calculate these variables. To investigate the relationship between the skill level and the breathing with the smoothness, two-way ANOVA for repeated measures was applied. There was no significant difference between the skill level and breathing for the wrist's and elbow's vertical and anterior posterior JC factor. There was a significant difference (JC was higher) recorded for the shoulder's JC factor while the subject participated in abdominal respiration. It was therefore concluded that there were not enough subjects used in this study so a significant difference could not be shown. To remedy this a future study must be carried out with more trials and subjects.

        리튬이온 전지의 초기 흡착 거동 해석

        리튬이온 제조공정에서 전해질 주입 후 반드시 거쳐야 하는 숙성공정은 일반적으로 별로 중요하게 다루어 지지 않고 있다. 왜냐하면 전지 숙성공정이 전지성능에 영향을 주는 인자에 대하여 그다지 깊이 있게 연구가 되어있지 않기 때문이다. 하지만 숙성공정 중에 나타나는 OCV 변화는 전해질 내에 포함되어 있는 성분이 전극으로 전기화학적 흡착되어 나타나는 현상으로 SEI 피막 형성에 매우 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 숙성기간 중에 변하게 되는 OCV와 SEI피막의 관계, 그리고 전지성능과의 연계에 대하여 깊이 있게 논의하고자 한다. In the Li ion battery fabrication process, an aging step has treated as a miner step because there is not so much data to define the relationship between the phenomena generated in aging process and the battery performances. However, the OCV(open circuit voltage) change in the aging process is shown by the electrochemical absorption of the electrolyte component to the both electrodes(anode or cathode) and the absorbed layer to the electrode affects to form the solid electrolyte interface(SEI) layer during the first charge process. In this report, the adsorbed materials are designed deliberately and are cleared to affect to the SEI layer formation.
