        This study explores characteristic and cause in sensationalism, which were revealed in the online sports press that got settled as independent media beyond complementary relationship of print newspaper amid the recently rapid change in media environment, and seeks a developmental plan for this. What the online sports press came to have identity implies that the task of securing validity and diversity in media through understanding and analysis in the more essential dimension comes to emerge as the prior one available for guaranteeing firm influence as one medium. Accordingly, this study aims to explore directivity in online sports press through socio-philosophical introspection and criticism for sensationalism, which is revealed in the online sports press due to being concentrated on a problem of sensationalism in the press, which has been proposed from the 1980s. It addresses a cause for which sensationalism cannot help being revealed in the online sports press, a structural problem of online sports press, and a problem of reproduction in sensational ideology. As this is the attempt of expanding horizon in the whole sports media theory, which has been developed through sports & social discussion in the meantime, it has the significance in relation to the natural task of its sports philosophy.

        압축잔류응력이 스프링강의 고온환경 피로균열 진전거동에 미치는 영향

        In this paper, the effect of the compressive residual stresses was obtained at the test conditions of the higher temperature than the ambient temperature. The examination was performed with the CT specimen result of the material(JISG SUP9) which is being commonly used for the marine engine parts and the ocean structures. As a result, the test conditions at the higher temperature were acquired considering the peak values of the compressive residual stresses of the specimens and the effect on the fatigue crack propagation speed da/dN in stage Ⅱ and the threshold stress intensity factor range ΔKth in stage Ⅰ. Also the material constant C and the fatigue crack propagation index m in the formula of Paris Law da/dN=(ΔK)<SUP>m</SUP> were suggested to estimate the dependence on the test temperature.

        인수합병으로 인한 계열편입 사건을 통한 대기업집단의 기능에 관한 연구

        This study analyzes the functions of Korean conglomerates based on their affiliations through mergers and acquisitions. Affiliations in a business group are events where the affiliated firms are connected to the interactive functions among firms in a business group, and therefore provide an opportunity to investigate the functions of business groups. We find that the average cumulative abnormal return (CAR) of existing affiliated firms around the affiliation event is significantly positive and that the positivity of the average CAR of newly affiliated firms is also significant. This suggests that there had been “synergy” after the affiliation events. We also find that the average CAR of existing firms tends to be higher as the complementarity of mismatch of growth opportunities and resources between existing firms is higher. This results support the financial synergy hypothesis. We also find that the average CAR of existing affiliated firms tends to be lower with the higher controlling shareholder`s ownership. This result supports the propping hypothesis from existing affiliated firms to newly affiliated firms. In conclusion, these results suggest that Korean business groups perform the positive function of synergy, and the function of propping.

        학생중심의 문제해결 모형 개발 및 효과 분석

        학교수학에 있어 문제해결은 오래전부터 강조되어 오고 있으며, 학생들의 문제해결력 신장을 위해 다양하고 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 연구와 노력에도 불구하고 수학에 대한 학생들의 수준차는 초등학교 입학 후 얼마 지나지 않아 나타나기 시작한다. 학생들은 소극적이며 무언가에 의존하려 하며, 실패한 일에 대해서는 발전의 메커니즘을 적용하지 못하고, 문제해결의 주체는 문제를 해결하는 학생 본인이어야 함에도 불구하고 교사는 문제해결을 돕는다는 명목 하에 자꾸만 개입하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 다른 사람이나 어떤 것의 도움 없이 학생 스스로 해결하여야 한다는 것을 기본 전제로 학생중심의 문제해결 모형을 개발하고 이에 대한 효과성을 검토하고 논의함으로써 문제해결을 원하는 학생과 교사 모두에게 문제해결에 대한 새로운 접근의 필요성을 인식시키는 계기를 마련하고자 하였다. Problem Solving has been emphasized for recent decades, and many research case studies have been used to improve students` Problem Solving abilities. However, the gap of students` abilities can be easily shown after enrollment into school in spite of scholar`s attempt to reduce students` level of differentiation. Besides, it is clear that teachers have been too readily assisting students` and not allowing them to acquire the process of Problem Solving, and this may be due to impatience. Therefore, students seem to show signs of the dependent tendency towards teachers and other materials. This tendency easily allows students` to depend on teaching resources without attempting any developmental mechanism of Problem Solving. The presupposition of this study is that every student must solve a problem without any assistance, and also this study is to provide new cognitive strategies for both teachers and students who want to solve their problems by themselves through the process of visible Problem Solving. After applying the student-based problem-solving model by this study, it was found to be effective. Therefore this will lead to the improvement of the Problem Solving and knowledge acquisition of students.

        선박의 선형디자인 과정에 관한 연구

        한국의 조선 산업은 수주량과 기술력을 바탕으로 세계 조선산업에서 1위의 자리를 지켜 왔다. 그리고 외화획득과 고용창출 등에 있어서 한국의 대표적인 효자산업이다. 2008년 한국의 조선 수출액은 431억달러로 자동차, 반도체를 제치고 처음으로 수출 1위를 차지했다. 그러나 모든 지표에서 세계선두이며 세계10대 조선소 중 7개가 한국의 조선소일 만큼 조선 강국이지만 한국 조선산업은 타 산업 분야에 비하여 디자인 기여도가 현저히 낮은 실정이다. 특히 선박 개발을 위한 디자인기술은 전무하다고 볼 수 있다. 유럽 선진국의 경우 일반 상선에서 고부가가치 선박으로의 전환을 성공하였고, 크루즈선 분야와 해양레저선박 분야에서 디자인 참여분야가 매우 크다. 디자인산업은 기술개발에 비해 적은 투자비용으로 단기간에 차별화, 고급화, 고부가가치화를 달성하여 상품의 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 수단이라는 것은 주지의 사실이다. 따라서 우리나라 조선산업의 경쟁력 강화와 부가가치 창출을 위해서는 디자인 산업과의 협력이 분명히 이루어져야 한다고 본다. 그러기 위해서는 디자인분야에서 많은 연구가 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구는 소형 선박의 외관에 한정하여 선박 설계의 특성을 감안한 선형 설계 디자인프로세스에 관한 것이다. 디자인분야에서 문제를 해결해가는 프로세스 구조에 견주어서 조선 설계 분야에서 다루어지는 선형설계 흐름도를 분석하여, 소형 선박 선형 디자인을 위한 프로세스를 제안하였다. The Korea`s shipbuilding industry has been ranked the world best based on the amount of orders and technology. And it is the representative industry in our country in part of the earning foreign exchange and the employment. In 2008, the total export amount of it($431hundred million ) took the first place for the first time, in advance of automobile, semiconductor. The Korea`s shipbuilding industry is the first place according to all parts of the industrial indicators. Moreover, Korea has the 7 shipyards of the world top 10s. In spite of those positions as a shipbuilding powerhouse, our design contribution to it is significantly small compared to that of other industries. Especially, the basic design technology for a ship development merely exists. In Europe, the shipbuilding industry already succeeded in transfer from the commercial vessels to the high-valued marine ships. Also the participation of design is magnificent in the part of cruise and ships for leisure. It is well-known that, compared to developing technology, design industry could reinforce competitive advantage of products in short period with less expense. Therefore I think there must be cooperation with design industry in shipbuilding industry for high-value-added. This research is limited to small ships` exterior and it is about the design process for dull form considering the characteristics of ship-forming. I analyzed the flow of dull forms in shipbuilding industry part comparing the process of problem-solution in design part. And then I suggested the design process for a dull form of small vessels.
