청년층의 기회 공정성 인식 결정요인: 중장년층 및 노년층과의 비교를 중심으로

This study aims to analyze factors affecting the perceived fairness of opportunity among young people in their 20s and 30s by comparing them with the elderly. Using data from the ‘2020 Social Integration Survey,’ I employed the binomial logistic model to examine the determinants of perception of fairness in employment opportunities. The results showed that living in metropolitan area, subjective socioeconomic status, satisfaction with national economic conditions, trust in social institutions, and self-interest orientation have proven to affect the perceived fairness of employment opportunity. Meanwhile, subjective socioeconomic status, satisfaction with national economic conditions, and trust in social institutions among other factors have differential influence among the young and the elderly. Subjective socioeconomic status and satisfaction with national economic conditions have the greater effect on the young than the elderly while trust in social institutions have relatively small effect on the young than the elderly. The results imply that we need to enhance the publicness of employment policies to bridge the gap among social classes while guaranteeing the equal opportunity in employment and increase transparency in operating those policies.
폴리감마글루탐산 및 구연산을 혼합한 인산칼슘 시멘트의 역학 및 생물학적 분석

The purpose of this study was to make and evaluate the injectable alpha tricalcium phosphate(α-TCP) cement mixed with poly-gamma-glutamic acid(PGGA) and citric acid. α-TCP and PGGA component powders and citric acid solution were prepared. After mixing each 5, 10 and 15 wt% PGGA with α-TCP powder, the best match was decided by mechanical study. And then studies of initial setting time, pH, released calcium ion, mechanical strength, dynamic viscosity were done after mixing each 5, 10 and 15 wt% citric acid solution with α-TCP cement incorporated with 10 wt% PGGA. Also, cell proliferation assay using osteoblast and confocal microscope were performed. The results showed 10 wt% PGGA mixed with α-TCP cement was the best mechanical strength(compression strength; 50 MPa & diametral tensile strength; 18 MPa), but the initial setting time was about 90 minutes. After mixing various weight percents of citric acid, mixing with 10 wt% citric acid showed 80 MPa of compression strength, 22 MPa of diametral stensile strength and 5 minutes of initial setting time. As compared to control(MIIG™ 115), this match showed higher absorbance in cell proliferation assay, more individualization of actin and more activation of integrin in confocal microscope. Conclusively, α-TCP cement mixed with 10 wt% PGGA and 10 wt% citric acid showed good mechanical and biologic results. This study can be applied clinically to making injectable calcium phosphate cement bone substitute.

To improve the efficiency of the high voltage cable for BLU(backlight unit) of TFT-LCD(Thin Film Transistor?Liquid Crystal Display), the analysis for the trial products(UL3239, UL3633) is conducted by using SEM(scanning electron microscope) and EDX(Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy). The result that it is possible to accumulate the know-how to about stranding pitch through effective improvement of stranding process. The troubles which are the badness of withstanding voltage and tensile strength etc. are solved by development of excellent material. Furthermore, phenomenon of conductor unfasten in the harness work is solved by improvement of the stranding wire process.
원유유출 모의시험 챔버를 이용한 휘발성유기화합물(VOCs)의 농도변화에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 2007년 12월 태안반도의 원유유출 사고 당시 대기중 방출된 휘발성유기화합물의 농도를 추정하고자 원유유출 모의시험 챔버를 제작하였다. 이 챔버를 이용하여 온도와 기류를 변수로 두고, 시간에 따른 총 VOCs 농도와 개별 VOCs 농도의 변화를 측정 분석 하였다. 기류가 강할수록 VOCs의 농도가 낮고 온도가 높을수록 VOCs의 농도가 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 총 휘발성유기화합물(TVOCs)은 원유가 유출된 직후 6일이 지나면서 초기농도 대비 90% 이상이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. This study prepared and utilized an imitation trial test chamber for a petroleum spill to predict the concentration of discharged Volatile Organic Compounds in the air at the time of Tae-An peninsula`s petroleum spill, which happened in December, 2007. The petroleum spill imitation trial test chamber measured and analyzed the concentration variation of total VOCs. As the ambient air velocity increased, so the concentration of VOCs decreased; and as the water temperature rose, the concentration of VOCs increased. Furthermore, it appears that total concentration of VOCs decrease by more than 90% 6 days after the initial petroleum spill compared to the initial concentration of VOCs.
