이 논문에서는 배전계통의 정전복구 알고리즘에 대해 연구하였다. 배전계통에서 정전이 발생하였을 경우, 그 피해를 최소화하기 위해 가능한 빠른 시간 내에 정전복구가 완료되어야 한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 광범위한 영역에 걸친 정전구간을 신속하게 복구하기 위한 2가지 방법을 연구하였다. 하나의 방안은 개별정전복구방안이며, 다른 하나는 종합정전복구방안이다. 이 방안은 복구지수를 이용하여 정전구간을 복구하는 것을 도와준다. 또한 연계점 교환법을 이용하여 과부하구간을 해소함으로써 정전복구에 일조하게 된다. This paper presents the service restoration in electric power distribution systems. The aim of the service restoration is to control an emergency taken place in distribution systems and to restore out-of service areas as soon as possible when a fault occurs in distribution systems. For this reason, new service restoration strategies in multi-outage area are suggested in this paper. The suggested algorithm consist of two schemes. One is an individual restoration scheme, the other is an integrated restoration scheme. The former determines a restoration order of outage areas based on a restoration index. Unless the former scheme can generate a feasible restoration plan, the latter one will try to find out a new configuration without an overloaded section through tie exchange method.

Camouflage measures in military purpose utilize the apparent temperature difference between target and background, so it is essential to develop a thermal analysis program for apparent temperature predictions and to apply some camouflage measures to real military targets for camouflage purpose. In this study, a thermal analysis program including conduction, convection and radiation is developed and the validity of radiation heat transfer terms is examined. The results show that longwave radiation along with solar radiation should be included in order to predict the apparent temperature as well as the physical temperature precisely. Longwave emissivity variation as an effective camouflage measures is applied to a real M2 tank. From the simulation results, it is found that an effective surface treatment, such as painting of a less emissive material or camouflage clothing, may provide a temperature similarity or a spatial similarity, resulting in an effective camouflage.

Target detection by the infrared imager depends on the apparent temperature difference between the target and the background, so it is essential to predict apparent temperature variations for this purpose. In this study, thermal analysis program Including conduction, convection and radiation is developed and applied to a representative geometry adequate for examining the apparent temperature characteristics. The results show that the longwave emissivity in association with the background temperature affects the apparent temperature strongly but does not affect the physical temperature. It is revealed that the background temperature plays a role of tuning the apparent temperature. As the longwave emissivity decreases, the apparent temperature decreases when the target is hotter than the background, whereas it increases in the reversed situation. These findings imply that an effective surface treatment, such as painting of a less emissive material, may provide a less detection probability and contribute to preventing the target from being detected at night.

In this paper, I-butt welding with 6mm thickness using Plasma-GMA welding was carried out. And weld characteristics of the Al-5083 aluminium alloy for Plasma-GMA hybrid welding was evaluated. The orthogonal experimental design was used to investigate the influence of plasma-MIG welding parameters such as plasma current, wire feeding rate, MIG-welding voltage and welding speed on the weld bead geometry and tensile strength using the ANOVA(Analysis of Variation). Then we conducted evaluation of contribution for process parameters. ANOVA results show that bead dimensions are affected by wire feeding speed, welding voltage and welding speed and tensile strength is mainly affected by welding speed and plasma arc current. Tensile strength was decreased by rise in plasma welding current because GMA welding current was decreased by plasma arc.

This paper presents a motor drive IC for automotive applications. The drive IC is dedicated to control and drive external MOSFETs which directly drive 3-phase motor with a high current. In case of driving high-side power switches, the bootstrap topology is widely used. however, it requires three bootstrap diode and three capacitor respectively. And it needs a minimum charging time to maintain high-side voltage. The motor drive IC uses a charge-pump circuit for all three high-side voltage with various protection schemes for automotive applications.
IEC 60364 전기설비의 점검검사 계측장비 개발에 관한 연구

본 논문은 IEC 60364에 따라 시설된 전기설비의 점검검사를 위한 계측장비의 개발에 관한 논문이다. 본 논문은 현재 개발 완료된 2개의 장비와 현재 개발 중인 계측장비의 사양을 비교분석하였다. 본 논문에서 언급한 장비의 경우 휴대가 가능하도록 소형화 및 경량화에 중점을 두었다. 또한, 측정오차가 5 % 이내로 장비의 성능이 매우 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문을 통해 개발되고 있는 장비는 향후 국내에 도입되고 있는 IEC 60364에 활용될 것으로 판단된다.
