사용자의 선호도 변화를 반영한 추천 시스템의 지속 학습

추천 시스템의 지속 학습 연구는 컴퓨터 비전이나 자연어 처리 분야의 연구와 같이 치명적 망각 현상 완화를 목표로 하는 안정성 향상에 초점을 맞춘다. 하지만 안정성에만 초점을 맞춘 지속 학습은 추천 시스템상의 사용자 선호도가 일정하게 유지된다는 가정하에 효과적이고, 시간의 흐름에 따라 사용자 선호도가 자연스럽게 변화하는 추천 시스템의 실제 환경을 고려한 방법이 아니다. 따라서, 추천 시스템의 지속 학습에서는 사용자의 선호도 변화를 파악해야 하고, 사용자마다 기존 선호도와 신규 선호도의 중요도를 다르게 측정해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 선호도 변화를 고려하여 재사용 샘플의 크기와 정규화 강도를 조절하는 Recup (Reflecting Changes in User Preference) 프레임워크를 제안한다. Recup은 각 사용자의 선호도 변화를 반영한 지속 학습을 가능하게 하여 기존 추천 시스템의 지속 학습 방법들에 비해 우수한 결과를 보인다. Continual learning in recommender systems focuses on improving stability in order to mitigate catastrophic forgetting, similar to research in computer vision and natural language processing. However, this approach is effective under the assumption that user preferences in recommender systems remain constant, and does not take into account the dynamic nature of the real-world environment, where user preferences instinctively change over time. As a result, continual learning-based recommender systems need to capture changes in user preferences and measure their importance differently for each user. In this paper, we propose a framework called Recup (Reflecting Changes in User Preference) that adjusts the replay sample size and regularization intensity to accommodate these changes. By reflecting the changes in each user’s preference, Recup enables continual learning that outperforms existing methods in recommender systems.
뇌성마비 아동의 대동작운동기능 수준에 따른 흉곽발달 양상

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide quantitative data regarding development of the chest wall in children with cerebral palsy (CP) according to Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) levels and age using the radiological image diameter measurement method. Methods: Subjects included 112 children with CP and 110 healthy children, All of the children underwent simple chest x-ray. The diameters of the upper chest ($D_{apex}$) and lower chest ($D_{base}$) were measured on the anteroposterior (AP) view of a chest x-ray, and the $D_{apex}$ to $D_{base}$ ratio was calculated. Chest wall ratios were compared among children with CP at GMFCS levels I ~ III, GMFCS levels IV and V, and healthy children. Results: The results showed significant differences between the upper and lower chest wall diameters of children with CP at GMFCS levels IV and V, and healthy children (F=4.54, p=0.01; F=3.20, p=0.04). Results of comparison between the chest wall ratios of children with CP and healthy children, showed that the upper chest walls of healthy children were significantly larger in children younger than 48 months (p<0.05), and both the upper and lower chest walls of healthy children were significantly larger compared to children with CP in children older than 48 months (p<0.05). Conclusion: Radiographic measurement for examination of chest wall development is relatively simple, and the results yield quantitative data on development of the chest wall for children with CP. In addition, therapeutic interventions may be considered based on the results.

Vers la fin du XXe et le début du XXIe siècle, l’étude flaubertienne découvre un nouveau terrain à explorer : le rapport complexe entre la littérature flaubertienne et divers discours scientifiques du XIXe siècle. En s’appuyant sur les fruits des nouvelles études sur ce sujet, la nôtre vise à scruter le rapport entre la pensée de Flaubert et les sciences de son époque. L’intérêt de Flaubert pour les sciences traverse toute sa vie, de sa jeunesse romantique à ses dernières années. La posture anti-scientifique du jeune Flaubert est en réalité un appel au renouvellement de la science analytique, incapable de comprendre la Nature en tant qu’une totalité organique. Alors, Flaubert, ayant acquis une certaine maturité, se distancie du romantisme de sa jeunesse et adopte le positivisme, mais son intérêt pour l’histoire naturelle et la biologie montre par ailleurs une continuité avec l’organicisme romantique. À la fin de sa vie et après sa rencontre avec l’évolutionnisme, la pensée scientifique de Flaubert évolue. En découvrant les cosmologies évolutionnistes de Haeckel et de Spencer, Flaubert y voit une nouvelle forme de pensée à la fois scientifique, philosophique et poétique, qui lui permet de réconcilier ses deux moi contradictoires, l’un romantique et l’autre positiviste.

The importance of urban regeneration is emphasized and the introduction of living SOC facilities is expanding, and among them, the Oulim Center is a building with complex functions such as revitalizing the resident community and community, resident physical education and culture, welfare, leisure, start-up support or social welfare-related facilities, and urban regeneration support centers. However, even after the life SOC project is completed, the question of whether the Oulim Center can provide the necessary services within the community is raised, and in this study, the space utilization after analyzing the complex space composition of the Oulim Center is also examined. The scope of the study was selected for the Oulim Center in Gyeonggi-do, and in this paper, the space type of the Oulim Center was analyzed, and the future development potential was explored through space utilization from a sustainable perspective. As a result of the study, it was found that the foil Oulim Center was suitable for youth job start-ups and start-ups, the Dongtan Central Oulim Center was complexed around a healthy life, and the Mokgam Oulim Center was found to be for intergenerational integration. It was found that the Oulim Center requires collaboration and support from various stakeholders for continuous operation, and continuous improvement and maintenance are needed in terms of space utilization.
