        사이버 방어체계를 우회하는 익명통신의 지능형 탐지모델개발을 위한 개념연구

        As the Internet continues to evolve, cyber attacks are becoming more precise and covert. Anonymous communication, which is used to protect personal privacy, is also being used for cyber attacks. Not only it hides the attacker's IP address but also encrypts traffic, which allows users to bypass the information protection system that most organizations and institutions are using to defend cyber attacks. For this reason, anonymous communication can be used as a means of attacking malicious code or for downloading additional malware. Therefore, this study aims to suggest a method to detect and block encrypted anonymous communication as quickly as possible through artificial intelligence. Furthermore, it will be applied to the defense to detect malicious communication and contribute to preventing the leakage of important data and cyber attacks. 인터넷은 지속적으로 발전하고 이에 따라 사이버 공격도 더욱 정밀하고 은밀하게 이루어지고 있다. 개인의 사생활 보장의 목적으로 사용되는 익명통신도 사이버 공격에 활용되고 있다. 익명통신은 공격자의 IP주소를 숨길 뿐만 아니라 암호화된 트래픽으로 통신이 이루어져 대부분의 기관이나 조직에서 사이버 공격의 방어목적으로 사용하고 있는 정보보호시스템을 우회할 수 있다. 이런 이유로 익명통신은 악성코드의 공격명령을 내리거나, 추가적인 악성코드 다운로드의 통신수단 등으로 활용된다. 그러므로 본 연구는 암호화된 익명통신을 인공지능을 통해 빠른 시간 내에 최대한 정확히 탐지하고 차단하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 나아가 이를 국방에 적용하여 악의적인 통신을 탐지하여 중요자료의 외부유출 및 사이버공격 방지에 기여하고자 한다.

        성인의 동측에 발생한 대퇴골 및 경골 골절의 수술적 치료

        Ipsilateral fractures of the femur and tibia is also called $quot;Floating knee$quot;. It is the term applied to the flail knee joint segment resulting from a fracture of the shaft or adjacent metaphysis of the ipsilateral femur and tibia. The principles of the treatment is focussed to the rigid fixation and early restoration of the knee function. Authors reviewed 24 patient in which were treated surgical management from January 1.991 to June 1998. The results were as following: l. The patient who had both diaphyseal fractures had better clinical result than metaphyseal fractures. And the metaphyseal fractures associated with intraarticular fractures were worse than other metaphyseal fractures. 2. At the last follow up, the excellent and good results were achieved in 7I% of the patients treated with internal fixation of both fractures and 60% of the patient with external fixation of the tibia, but all of the patient with external fixation of the femur were poor result by Karlstrom and Olerud criteria.

        외고정기구를 이용한 요골 원위부 불안정 골절의 치료

        In the treatment of an unstable distal radius fracture, the anatomical reduction of articular surface and the sustenance of radial length are essential. And, because of re-displacement of fracture fragments and destruction of articular surface, more active treatment methods are required. Applying longitudinal tensile distraction by longitudinal principles to the distal radius provides the optimum environment for fracture healing which decreases displacement & keeps the radial length. We experienced 12 cases of unstable fracture of distal radius treated by external fixation. 1. The more serious the displacement of intra-articular fracture fragment, the more flexion R extension motion limitation were seen, especially limitation of flexion. 2. The more radial shortening aggrevated the limitation of motion of ulnar deviation & supination. 3. In the decrease of radial & volar angle, there is no significant decrease in each motion plane. 4. According to Frykman classification, the anatomical & functional result was correlated the severity of injury. 5. In the distal radioulnar joint injury, intraarticular K-wire fixation decreased radial shortening after the removal of external fixator. 6. The correlation of anatomical result & functional result showed statistically significant. (P$lt; 0.05) 7. When compared to static external fixator, functional and anatomical result of dynamic external fixator was better, but there was no statistically significance. (.05)

        데이터 유출 및 접근방지를 위한 이중 인증방식의 군(軍) 적용방안

        우리나라 인터넷 사용자의 대부분은 공인인증서를 발급받아 이를 이용해 다양한 업무에 사용하고 있다. 이런 이유로 공인 인증기관 및 보안관련 업체에서는 공인인증서를 사용자의 데스크톱(PC)에 저장하지 말고 USB메모리 및 휴대용 저장장치에 저장하고 사용하는 것을 권장하고 있다. 이런 노력에도 불구하고 공인인증서의 해킹은 지속적으로 발생하고 금전적 피해도 잇 따르고 있다. 또한, 우리 군에서는 보안상의 이유로 일반 사용자에게는 USB를 사용할 수 없게 하고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 사용자가 소유한 USB메모리와 PC의 고유정보를 이용한 이중 암호화(Two-factor)방식을 제안하여 일반 사용자에게 안전한 개인키 파일 관리방안을 제시하고자 한다. 나아가 이를 국방에 적용하여 중요자료의 생산 및 보관중인 비밀에 대한 외부유출 및 비인가자의 접근방지에 기여하고자 한다. Most of the Internet users in Korea are issued certificates and use them for various tasks. For this reason, it is recommended that accredited certification authorities and security related companies and use public certificates on USB memory and portable storage devices rather than on the user's desktop. Despite these efforts, the hacking of the certificate has been continuously occurring and the financial damage has been continuing. Also, for security reasons, our military has disabled USB to general military users. Therefore, this study proposes a two-factor method using the unique information of the USB memory and the PC which is owned by the user, and suggests a method of managing the private key file secure to the general user. Furthermore, it will be applied to national defense to contribute to the prevention of important data and prevention of access by unauthorized persons.

        종골 관절내 골절의 전산화 단층촬영에 따른 분류 및 수술적 치료

        Computed tomography was used in the evaluation of intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus. a develop and reasonable treatment program and predict prognosis. Seventeen fractures of the calcaneus in the sixteen patients were shown to involve the opstenr facet and classified by the images of coronal CT scan; Type 1(non-displaced), Type II(displaced) an. Type III(comminuted). There were one Type I, ten Type II, and six type III fractures. All of thin were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. with or without bone graft. The length c follow-up period ranged from thirteen to fourty-five months(mean: 24 months). The results were graded by a predetermined point system. The one type I had an excellent rear Of the ten type 2 fractures; three had excellent result, four good result, two fair result, and one por result. Of the six type 3 fracture; one had good result, three fair result, two poor result. On the basis a our study, we believed that open reduction and internal fixation was a good method of treatment for the displaced or mildly comminuted intraarticular fracture of the calcaneus.

        골수강내 금속정술과 금속판 내고정술을 이용한 상완골 간부 골절의 치료 결과 비교

        The ideal treatment of acute fractures of the humeral shaft remains controversial. Recently, tendency of surgical treatment has been increased. Authors reviewed and analyzed plate fixation in 40 patients and intramedullary nailing in 26 patients having humeral shaft fractures. These patients were treated at the department of orthopaedic surgery, Chonju Presbyterian Medical Center from June 1994 to November 1997. There is no significant difference in union time, operation time, functional result. But, non-union rate of intramedullary nailing is superior to that of plate fixation. So, We concluded that plate fixation in humerus shaft fracture is more acceptable than intramedullary nailing, except severe osteoporosis, severe communited fracture, segmental fracture, pathologic fracture.

        상완골 경부 골절 및 골절 탈구의 치료

        The management of the two part surgical neck fracture, three part fracture and fracture-dislocation of proximal humerus is still under debate. Various method of internal fixation have been reported but none of these methods have been consistently successful. The purpose of this study is to analyze the result of open reduction and internal fixation surgical neck fracture, three-part fracture and fracture- dislocation in proximal humerus. From January. 1991 to July l996, fifteen patiens were reviewed and the result were summerized as follows. 1. There were 8 two-part surgical neck fracture, 3 three-part fracture, 4 three-part fracture-dislocation. 2. The results were analyzed accroding to scoring system of Neer; the excellent or satis-factory results were seen in 11 cases, but unsatisfactory results were seen in 4 cases. 3. Complication occured as follows; joint disability in 4 cases, high positioning of plate in 1 case of joint disability. 4. We concluded that T-plate offers satisfactory reduction and good stability at high risk of joint disability. Early mobilization is required in the prevenion of joint disability of shoulder.
