Purpose: The study aim was to compare nursing service satisfaction, hospital commitment and revisit intention between patients on general care units and comprehensive nursing care units. Methods: Participants were 201 hospitalized patients in a WHO tertiary hospital and a general hospital. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Results: There was a significant difference in the satisfaction with nursing service between patients on general care units and comprehensive nursing care units (t=14.73, p<.001). There was a significant difference in the hospital commitment between general care units and comprehensive nursing care units (t=7.52, p<.001). There was a significant difference in the revisit intention between patients on general care units and patients on comprehensive nursing care units (t=6.01, p<.001). There were significant relationships among nursing service satisfaction, hospital commitment and revisit intention. Conclusion: The findings reveal that patients on comprehensive nursing care units were more satisfied with the nursing service, hospital commitment, and revisit intention compared to general care unit patients. Nursing service satisfaction and hospital commitment were factors affecting hospital revisit intention. Therefore, these results are important data for complementing and expanding the comprehensive nursing service system to improve satisfied with nursing service and hospital commitment to increase hospital revisit intention.
인간 퓨린수용체 $P2X_4$를 발현시킬 때 나타나는 대장균 독성의 원인분석

일반적으로 대장균을 숙주로 이용하여 고등생물 유래 막단백질을 발현시킬 경우 발현된 막단백질은 숙주 세포에 치명적인 독성을 보인다. 우리가 발현을 시도한 15개의 인간 막단백질 중에서 특히 퓨린수용체 $P2X_4$ 발현은 대장균에 강한 독성을 보였다. 이러한 독성의 원인을 알아보기 위해 hydroxylamine을 사용하여 하여 인간 $P2X_4$ 유전자를 돌연변이 시키고 독성이 약해진 돌연변이체를 선별하였다. 돌연변이체 단백질을 면역블랏으로 분석한 결과 야생형에 비해 모두 단백질의 크기가 작았다. 크기가 제법 큰 돌연변이 두 개를 골라 DNA 서열분석을 해보니 130번째, 또는 194번째 Trp 코돈이 종결코돈으로 바뀜으로써 두 번째 막통과 도메인이 사라진 truncated protein이라는 사실을 알았다. 이들 돌연변이체의 세포내 위치를 추적해보니 둘 다 세포막에 삽입되어 있지는 않았다. 이런 결과를 종합해 볼 때 $P2X_4$의 발현이 대장균에 독성을 보이기 위해서는 전체 단백질의 올바른 세포막 삽입이 중요함을 시사한다. In general, expression of membrane protein in Escherichia coli is very toxic to the host organism, but the mechanism for the toxicity is not clear yet. Expression of human purinergic receptor $P2X_4$ was found to be extremely toxic to the host E. coli. We examined this toxicity by isolation and analysis of less toxic mutant proteins. We could isolate 30 less toxic mutants of $P2X_4$ after hydroxylamine mutagenesis. Western blot showed that all of them produced proteins smaller than the wild type $P2X_4$. DNA sequencing of two largest mutant proteins showed that they were lost its second transmembrane domain. Localization analysis of these mutant proteins showed that they are not in cytoplasmic membrane, but in inclusion bodies. These data showed that inactive truncated $P2X_4$ is not toxic to E. coli and membrane integration and functionality of $P2X_4$ may be needed to show host toxicity.

The investigation on the species diversity for the Korean fungal flora was carried out by authors. Five species of the Agaricales recorded in the present paper are distributed Hygrocybe laeta (Pers.)P. Kummer var. laeta, Lyophyllum tylicolor (Fr.) M. Lange & Sivertsen, Clitopilus scyphoides (Fr.) Singer, var. scyphoides, Entoloma rusticoides (Gillet) Noordel. and Lactarius uyedae Singer were recorded for the first time and are described and illustrated in detail. Specimens cited here are deposited in the Herbarium Conservation Center of National Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
