Hyperemesis gravidarum is a complication defined as nausea and vomiting during early pregnancy. Atypical hyperemesis syndrome is caused any other problems. Specially, brain tumors is confused hyperemetic symptom in pregnancy. In this case vomiting and mild headache were the only signs. Atypical hyperemesis syndrome is recommand MRI image study for detection of neurologic problem. Following the diagnosis of a brain tumor during pregnancy and management should be tailored to the individual patient. It must be considered to maternal state and fetal maturation. To minimize cerebral herniation in neurologically unstable patient, a consideration should be made for cesarean section delivery with patient under general anesthesia.

The synchronous existence of endometrial cancer and cervical cancer is very rare. The reported frequency of concurrent gynecologic neoplasms has ranged from 0.7% to 4.3%, synchronous primary tumors of the female genital tract are relatively rare, comprising only 0.49% to 1.7% of all genital neoplasms. The majority of synchronous multiple primary neoplasm of female reproductive tract are of endometrial and ovarian origin. Multiple primary neoplams involving uterine cervix and endometrium were regarded as rare entity. We experienced a rare case of multiple primary neoplasm involving uterine cervix and endometrium and report with brief review of literatures.

임상경력에 따른 음악치료사 발달수준과 소진 및 적응유연성의 관계*

이 연구는 임상 경력이 음악치료사가 지각하는 발달수준과 소진 및 적응유연성에 미치는 영향 을 고찰하고, 더 나아가 발달수준과 소진의 관계에서 적응유연성의 조절효과를 음악치료사의 경 력 수준에 따라 분석하는데 초점을 맞추었다. 이를 위하여 (사)한국음악치료학회에 등록된 음악 치료사 151명을 대상으로 예술치료사 발달수준척도, 소진척도, 적응유연성 척도를 사용하여 변 인을 측정하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력 수준별 음악치료사의 발달수준과 소진, 적응 유연성을 살펴본 결과, 경력 1-3년 미만 집단이 소진을 가장 높게 지각하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 음악치료사의 경력이 높은 집단일수록 적응유연성이 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 대인관 계효율성, 낙관적 태도, 분노조절의 하위변인 분석에서 5년 이상의 경력 집단의 적응유연성 점 수가 타 집단에 비해 통계적으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 음악치료사가 지각하는 발달수준이 음악치료사의 소진 경험에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 경력 수준을 고려하지 않은 음악치료사 전체집단에서는 발달수준이 높을수록 소진을 덜 경험하며, 특히 치료관계가 잘 형성될수록 소진 이 완화되는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 음악치료사가 지각하는 발달수준이 소진에 미치는 영향에 대한 적응유연성의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 음악치료사 전체집단에서 음악치료사가 지각하는 발달수준이 소진에 미치는 영향을 적응유연성이 조절하는 것으로 나타났다 The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of music therapists’ perceived professional development level and resilience on burnout according to their level of work experiences. Furthermore, this study aimed to determine the moderating effects of resilience in this relationship. 151 music therapists who registered in the Korean Music Therapy Association participated in this study and completed measures of Maslach’s Burnout Inventory, Professional Development Scales for Creative Arts Therapists, and Resilience Scales. As a result, first, music therapists of 1 〈 3 years of work experiences scored statistically highest for burnout. Secondly, results showed that the level of work experiences significantly influenced music therapists’ perceived resilience. Also, music therapists having more than 5 years of work experiences showed the highest scores in interpersonal insight and warmth, confident optimism, and skilled expressiveness compared to other groups. Thirdly, the level of music therapists’ development level significantly influenced burnout and therapeutic relationship was shown to be a significant factor to reduce their level of burnout. Finally, resilience moderated the effects of music therapists’ development level on burnout

심리운동이 비장애 형제의 자아개념과 장애 형제에 대한 행동에 미치는 효과

연구목적: 본 연구에서는 심리운동이 비장애 형제의 자아개념과 장애 형제에 대한 행동에 미치는 효과를 살펴보았다. 연구방법: Y시에 위치한 발달 센터에 다니는 장애 형제의, 비장애 형제 7명을 대상으로 심리운동을 진행하였다. 연구 기간은 약 3개월이었으며, 심리운동을 주 1회로 총 12회기를 진행하였다. 연구결과: 비장애 형제의 자아개념과 장애 형제에 대한 행동에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 하지만 아동 7명의 총점수로 살펴보았을 때 자아수용, 자아존중, 자아신뢰 모든 영역에서 사후점수가 증가하였다. 장애 형제에 대한 행동 평정검사에서도 아동 7명의 총점수가 수용에서는 감소하였지만, 지지에서는 상승하였고, 적대와 당황에서 감소하였다. 또한, 심리운동 시간에 연구자의 관찰일지와 부모님과의 면담을 통해 검사 결과로는 파악하기 어려운, 각 아동의 변화된 모습을 관찰할 수 있었다. 결론: 본 연구는 조기에 비장애 형제의 긍정적 자아개념 형성과 장애 형제와의 관계를 위한 예방적 차원으로 움직임 활동을 기반으로 한 심리운동 프로그램을 진행하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. Purpose: This study examined the effects of psychomotorik on the self-concept and the attitude toward the disability of non-disabled siblings Method: A psychomotorik program was conducted on seven children aged 6 to 10 years of age who were non - disabled siblings of disabled children attending a child development center located in Y City. The psychomotorik class was conducted for 50 minutes each, for a total of 12 sessions per week for about 3 months. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in the self-concepts and the attitude toward the disability of non-disabled siblings. However, in terms of total scores of seven children, post scores were higher than before in all areas of self-acceptance, self-esteem, and self-reliance. Also, the total scores of the seven children of the attitude toward the disability of non-disabled siblings showed a decrease in acceptance but increased in support and decreased in hostility and embarrassment. In addition, during the psychmotorik program, the researcher’s diary and interview with the parents were able to observe the changed appearance of each child, which is difficult to identify by the test result. Conclusion: This study has significance in that early psychomotorik program based on movement activity was used as a preventive level for the formation of positive self-concept and relationship with disabled brothers.

Purpose: The study aim was to compare nursing service satisfaction, hospital commitment and revisit intention between patients on general care units and comprehensive nursing care units. Methods: Participants were 201 hospitalized patients in a WHO tertiary hospital and a general hospital. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Results: There was a significant difference in the satisfaction with nursing service between patients on general care units and comprehensive nursing care units (t=14.73, p<.001). There was a significant difference in the hospital commitment between general care units and comprehensive nursing care units (t=7.52, p<.001). There was a significant difference in the revisit intention between patients on general care units and patients on comprehensive nursing care units (t=6.01, p<.001). There were significant relationships among nursing service satisfaction, hospital commitment and revisit intention. Conclusion: The findings reveal that patients on comprehensive nursing care units were more satisfied with the nursing service, hospital commitment, and revisit intention compared to general care unit patients. Nursing service satisfaction and hospital commitment were factors affecting hospital revisit intention. Therefore, these results are important data for complementing and expanding the comprehensive nursing service system to improve satisfied with nursing service and hospital commitment to increase hospital revisit intention.

This paper addresses the development process of New York art market in order to investigate the background and primary factors of how capital and market overtook the power of criticism and discourse. The paper begins with World War Ⅱ, a watershed in the development of American culture including art and the market as well. During this decade, critics and museum curators were main forces in the art world, while the number of galleries in the city stagnated at a mere 30. Although the number of galleries drastically increased to over 300 in the next two decades, the art world turned on the same pivot of power dominated by critics. It was the 1980s when the topographical map of the art world dramatically changed and the art dealers’ influence surpassed criticism. The inflow of large-scaled capital and/or speculative capital into the art market due to Reagan’s new economic policy was the direct reason lor this radical change. In the 1990s, Sotheby’s and Christie’s established contemporary art auctions, and accordingly the art market expanded its scale. It continued to expand and art became one of the primary investment porttolios in the 21st Century. The lact that the most frequently quoted buzzwords now are art fund and art index illustrates these social phenomena very well. Under this condition, what would be the role of the discourse and which way should the criticism go? This paper will probe for answers to those questions.
