      • 二面交雜에 의한 家蠶 F_1世代의 몇 가지 量的 形質에 關한 遺傳 分析

        A set of 21 crosses of Fl generation by diallel crosses from seven parent silkworm, Bombyx mori L. were used as materials to estimate genetic parameters such as gene action and combining ability. Experiments were conducted in 1985, and three characters, which are weight of cocoon, weight of cocoon layer and ratio of cocoon layer, were observed. The data were analyzed for each character by Jinks', Hayman's and Griffing's methods. The result obtained are summarized as folllows: 1. In Vr-Wr graphical analyses, weight of cocoon was found to be inherited in over dominance, and weight of cocoon layer and ratio of cocoon layer were observed as partial dominance. 2. Estimate of additive component of variance(D) was greater than those of dominance component of variance(H) for weight of cocoon layer and ratio of cocoon layer, and positive values of F were observed for all characters. 3. Mean squares of general combining ability were higher than those of specific combining ability. 4. Variety Jam 107 was expressed as the highest GCA effects for three characters, and high SCA effects for all characters were observed in combinations of Jam 113 X Jung 14 and Jam 107 X jung 14.

      • 보리의 주요 형질간의 상관관계와 경로계수 분석

        보리 육종의 선발에 대한 유전적 parameter를 추정하기 위하여 보리의 7개 품종을 이면교잡하여 주요 형질의 유전력과 유전상관을, 그리고 유전상관의 값을 이용하여 각 형질이 직접 또는 간접으로 1수립수에 미치는 영향을 구하기 위한 경로계수를 산출하였다. 친품종을 재료로 한 각 형질의 유전력은 잡종 F₁세대에서 간장, 절간직경, 망장, 지엽장, 지엽폭, 1주수수, 1000립중, 1수립수 등이 74.93% 이상이었고, 분얼수 만이 30.14%로 다소 낮았다. 형질 상호간의 상관관계를 보면 표현형상관과 유전상관의 값이 정 또는 부로서 같은 방향이었고, 유전상관의 값이 표현형상관의 값보다 일반적으로 높았다. 1수립수와 지엽폭, 1수립수와 1주수수간에는 유의한 정의 상관을 보였다. 경로계수에서 1수립수와 지엽폭, 1수립수와 1주수수간에는 유의한 정의 상관을 보였다. 경로계수 1수립수에 관여하는 직접효과와 간접효과는 지엽폭, 1주수수, 1000립중, 망장 등의 영향이 컸던 것으로 평가된다. This experiment was carried out to analyze genetic parameters for the selection of barley by reciprocal diallel crosses using four six-rowed barley and three two-rowed barley. Heritability, genetic correlation and path coefficient were calculated as the statistical parameters to evaluate direct or indirect effects of various genetic characters on number of grains per spike. The geritabilities of culm length, culm diameter, awn length, length of flag leaf, leaf width, number of spikes per plant, 1000 grains weight, and number of grains per spike were over 74.93%. In correlation coefficients among characters, relationships between culm length and tiller number, culm length and culm diameter, culm length and length flag leaf, culm length and leaf width, culm length and number of spikes per plant, culm length and 1000 grains weight, tiller number and leaf width, tiller number and number of spikes per plant, tiller number and number of grains per spike, culm diameter and awn length, culm diameter and length of flag leaf, culm diameter and leaf width, culm diameter and number of spikes per plant, culm diameter and 1000 grains weight, awn length and length of flag leaf, awn length and 1000 grains weight, length of flag leaf and leaf width, length of flag leaf and number of spikes per plant, length of flag leaf and 1000 grains weight, length of flag leaf and number of spikes per spike, leaf width and number of spikes per plant, leaf width and number of grains per spike, number of spikes per plant and 1000 grains weight, and number of spikes per plant and number of grains per spike showed positive correlation. Especially the relationships between culm length and tiller number, culm length and culm diameter, culm length and leaf width, culm length and number of spikes per plant, culm length and 1000 grains weight, tiller number and number of spikes and number of spikes per plant, leaf width and number of grains per spike, and number of estimated from the path coefficient analysis that direct effects and indirect effects related number of grains per spike were much affected by leaf width, number of spikes per plant, 1000 grains weight, and awn length.

      • 木化의 實用形質에 대한 遺傅力, 遺傅相關 그리고 經路係數 分析

        목화육종의 선발에 대한 유전적 parameter를 추정하기 위해 목화 7개 품종을 이면교배하여 주요 형질의 유전력과 유전상관을, 그리고 유전상관의 값을 이용하여 여러 형질이 직접 또는 간접적으로 섬유장에 미치는 영향을 구하기 위한 경로계수를 산출하였다. 친품종을 재료로 한 각 형질의 유전력은 잡종 F??세대에서 개서일수, 초장, 주당삭수, 삭중, 삭당실면중, 삭당조면중, 섬유장 등이 모두 72.71% 이상이었다. 형질상호간의 상관관계를 보면 표현형상과 유전상관의 값이 正·負間에 같은 방향이었고, 유전상관의 값이 표현형상관의 값보다 일반적으로 높았다. 섬유장과 삭당조면중의 형질상호간에는 正의 상관값을 보였다. 경로계수는 섬유장에 관여하는 직·간접효과가 삭당조면중의 영향이 컸던 것으로 평가된다. This experiment was carried out to analyze genetic parameters for the selection of upland cotton by diallel-crossing with seven strains of upland cotton. The results were as follows: 1. The heritability of seven characters were generally high. 2. The genotypic correlations between characters were generally higher than phenotypic ones. 3. The correlation between staple length and lint weight per boll were positive. 4. It was estimated from the path coefficient analysis that direct effects and indirect effects related staple length were much affected by lint weight per boll.

      • 大麥 F₁의 量的形質에 있어서 形質 相互間의 相關

        보리의 품종육성을 위한 형질 상호간의 유전관계를 추정하여 효율적인 선발에 대한 기초자료를 얻고자 6조맥 4품종과 2조맥 3품종으로 이면교잡하여 형질 상호간의 유전상관과 유전력을 추정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 상관관계에 있어서 간장과 분얼수, 간장과 1주수수, 간장과 절간직경, 간장과 지엽폭, 간장과 1000립중, 분얼수와 1주수수, 1주수수와 지엽폭, 1주수수와 1수립수, 절간직경과 지엽장, 망장과 지엽장, 지엽장과 1수립수, 지엽폭과 1수립수간에 각각 유의한 정의 상관을 보였다. 특히 간장과 1주수수, 간장과 절간직경, 1주수수와 지엽폭, 1주수수와 1수립수, 지엽폭과 1수립수간에는 상관이정으로 높아 이들 형질은 수량 구성요소에 직접 또는 간접적으로 관여하여 수량을 높힐 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 유전력은 간장, 1주수수, 절간직경, 망장, 지엽장, 지엽폭, 1수립수, 1000립중 등에서 74.93~97.90으로 비교적 높았다. This study was conducted to estimate the genetic parameters such as heritabilities, genotypic and phenotypic correlation for some agronomic characters by 7x7 diallel corsses of barley. In correlation coefficients among characters, relationships between culm length and tiller number, culm length and number of spikes per plant, culm length and culm diameter, culm length and leaf width, culm length and 1000 grain weight, tiller number and number of spikes per plant, number of spikes per plant and leaf width, number of spikes per plant and number of grains per spikes, culm diameter and length of flag leaf, awn length and length of flag leaf, length of flag leaf and number of grains per spikes, and leaf width and number of grains per spikes showed positive correlations. Especially in culm length and number of spikes per plant, culm length and culm diameter, number of spikes per plant and leaf width, number of spikes per plant and number of grains per spikes, and leaf width and number of grains per spikes highly positive correlations. Thus these characters will be able to increase yield with the direct and indirect relationships in yield components. Heritabilities were high as from 74.93 to 97.90 among culm length, number of spikes per plant, culm diameter, awn length, length of flag leaf, leaf width, number of grains per spikes, and 1000 grain weight.

        들깨 품종집단에 대한 몇 개 양적 형질의 유전분석

        잎 들깨 품종의 선발을 위하여 들깨 91품종의 집단에서 8개 형질에 대한 유전력 및 유전 상관을 추정하여 잎 들깨 양적 형질의 효율적 선발에 대한 유용한 정보를 얻기 위하여 본 연구를 수행하였던 바 그결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 유전력은 엽중, 엽면적, 엽장, 엽폭, 초장, 경직경, 마디수가 0.7311~09112로서 높았고, 1주엽수가 0.3241로서 다소 낮았다. 유전 상관은 엽중과 엽면적, 엽중과 엽장, 엽중과 엽폭, 엽중과 초장, 엽중과 경직성, 초장과 경직경, 초장과 마디수, 경직경과 마디수 사이에서 각각 +로 유의하였다. 모든 형질간의 상관관게어세 유전상관의 값이 표현형 상관의 값보다 높았다. These studies were carried out to obtain useful information about the effective selection of vegetable perilla by estimating the genetic relationships between the heritabilities and the genetic correlations of quantitative traits among eight agronomic characters from 91 perilla varieties. The positive correlations were showed among characters such as between leaf weight and leaf size, leaf weight and leaf length, leaf weight and leaf width, leaf weight and plant height, leaf weight and stem diameter, leaf size and leaf length, leaf size and leaf width, leaf size and plant height, leaf size and stem diameter , leaf length and leaf width, leaf length and plant height, leaf length and stem diameter, leaf width and plant height, leaf width and stem diameter, plant height and stem diameter, plant height and the number of internodes per plant, and the number of internodes per plant and the number of leaves per plant. Heritabilities were high as from 0.7311 to 0.9112 among leaf weight, leaf size, leaf length, leaf width, plant height, stem diameter, and the number of internodes per plant.

        대맥 F2집단의 조합능력과 상관관계

        This study was conducted to estimate the genetic parameters such as combining ability, heritabilities and correlation coefficients forsome agronomic characters by 6$\times$6 dialled crosses of barley. The results obtained were summarized as follows. Mean squares of general combining ability(GCA) and specific combining ability(SCA) were significant for all characters observed. Mean squares of general combining ability for all characters were expressed as higher values than those of specific combining ability. Jecheon #5 showed the high general combining ability effects for culm length, and Waegwanpimack #1 showed the highest general combining ability effects for tiller number. Cygne also showed the high general combining ability effects for spike length and 1,000 grains weight. Furthermore, Plumage was expressed with the highest general combining ability effects for spike length and 1,000 grains weight. Furthermore, Plumage was expressed with the highest general combining ability effects for number of grains per spike. In specific combining ability effects, Samdugjeonbug # 45$\times$Plumage showed the high value for culm length, and Suwon #6 $\times$Waegwanpimack #1$\times$ was expressed with the highest specific combining ability effects for tiller number. Jecheon #5$\times$Plumage also showed the high specific combining ability effects for spike length and number of grains per spike. Suwon #6$\times$Cygne showed the high specific combining ability effects for 1,000 grains weight. The heritabilities of spike length an number of grains per spike were over 90%. In correlation coefficients among characters, relationships between culm length and tiller number, culm length and spike length, culm length and 1,000 grains weight, and spike length and 1,000 grains weight showed highly positively correlation.

      • 二面交雜에 의한 大麥 F₂ 世代의 遺傳分析

        보리의 양적 형질에 대한 유전정보를 얻고자 6조맥 4품종과 2조맥 2품종으로 이면 교배하여 F₂세대에 대한 유전자의 분포상태·분산성분·유전력·유전 상관 등을 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 각 형질에 대한 분산분석 결과는 상가적 효과, 우성효과, 모본효과, 정역간의 효과가 간장·분얼수·수장·1수립수·1000립중 등에서 유의하였다. 공시된 품종집단에 대한 F₂세대의 우성 정도를 Vr-Wr graph상에서 볼때 간장·분얼수·수장·1수립수·1000립중 등은 불완전 우성으로 유전되었다. 유전 분산 성분에서 간장·분얼수·1000립중은 상가효가보다 우성효과가 크게 평가되나, 수장과 1수립수는 상가적 효과가 더 컸다. 협의의 유전력은 1수립수와 수장이 각각 0.6906, 0.6862로서 높았다. 각 형질간의 상관관계에 있어서 간장과 분얼수, 간장과 수장, 간장과 1000립중, 수장과 1000립중간에서 각각 유의한 정의 상관을 보였다. 또 간장과 1수립수, 수장과 1수립수, 1수립수와 1000립중간에는 각각 부의 유의한 상관을 보였다. The study was conducted to get genetic information about quantative characters of F2's in barley through diallel crosses using four six-rowed barley and two-rowed barley. The results obtained were summarized as follows. Additive-dominant, dominant, maternal, and reciprocal effect were observed in culm length, tiller number, spike length, number of grains per spike, and 1000 grain weight. Based on the Vr-Wr graphical analysis, culm length, tiller number, spike length, number of grains per spike, and 1000 grain weight were found to inherit incomplete dominance. Dominant effects were higher than additive effects in culm length, tiller number, and 1000 grain weight, while additive effects were significant in spike length and number of grains per spike. The narrow- sense heritability showed high value as 0.6906 for number of grains per spike and as 0.0682 for spike length. The positive correlations were showed among characters such as between culm length and tiller number, culm length and spike length, culm length and 1000 grain weight, and spike length and 1000 grain weight. Moreover, the negative correlations were showed among characters such as between culm length and number of grains per spike, spike length and number of grains per spike, and number of grains per spike and 1000 grain weight.

      • 家蠶卵의 催靑條件이 누에形質과 休眠에 미치는 影響

        家蠶의 2化性 越年卵 3品種을 催靑條件에서 低溫(15±3℃)의 明·暗과 高溫(25℃)의 明·暗으로 各各 催靑하여 桑葉育한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 催靑中 段階別의 蠶卵무게의 變化는 高溫과 明條件에서 무게의 感少가 많았다. 2. 幼蟲期의 眼蠶 體重은 全體的으로 보아 暗處理가 무거운 傾向이었다. 3. 全?重은 低溫과 高溫 모두 暗處理가 무겁고 또 低溫보다 高溫이 무거웠다. 4. ?層比率은 蠶118과 多寶蠶이 明處理에서 높았다. 5. 休眼卵蛾 比率에 있어서는 低溫 催靑에서 非休眼 卵蛾가 나타났으며, 蠶118과 多寶蠶은 蠶117보다 休眼率이 높았다. The bivoltine races of the silkworm, Jam 117, Jam 118 and Dabo-Jam were hatched under the condition of the long day(16 light hr and 8 dark hr) and continuous dark at low temperature(15℃)and high temperature(25℃). The larva of the bivoltine races wer reared on julberry leaves as usual. 1. The weight of eggs was decreased in long day condition and at high temperature(25℃)in batching stage. 2. The weight of molting larva tended to become heavier in continuous dark condition. 3. The single cocoon gained its weight in continuous dark condition either at high temperature(25℃)or at low temperature(15℃). 4. Coccon-layer ratio of Jam 118 and Dabo-Jam was increased in long day condition. 5. The non-dispause eggs appeared under the condition of low temperature of low temperature and diapause ratio of Jam 118 and Dabo-Jam was increased highly in contrast to Jam 117.

        맥주맥 F<sub>1</sub>세대의 양적형질에 대한 유전분석

        맥주보리의 양적형질에 대한 유전정보를 얻고자 7개 품종으로 이면교배하여 $F_1$ 세대에 대한 유전자의 분포상태 분산성분.유전력 등을 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 공시된 품종집단에 대한 $F_1$ 세대의 우성정도를 Vr-Wr graph상에서 볼 때 간장.수장.망장.곡립장.1수립수 등은 초우성으로 유전되었고 경직경.곡립폭 1000립중은 불완전우성으로 유전되었다. 각 형질에 대한 분산분석 결과에서 상가적효과, 우성효과, 모본효과, 정역간의 효과는 간장.수장.망장.경직경.곡립장.곡립폭.1수립수.1000립중 등에서 모두 유의하였다. 유전 분산성분에서 간장.수장.망장.경직경.곡립장.곡립폭.1수립수.1000립중은 우성효과가 상가효과보다 컸다. 협의의 유전력은 수장이 40.06%로서 높았다. The study was conducted to get genetic information on quantitative characters of $F_1$ in barley through diallel crosses using seven malting barley. The results obtained were summarized as follows.
