SAW Device 라는 Passive 소자는 ID Tag 나 소형센서들을 대체할 수 있는 MEMS 기술의 초소형 Device 다. 이 SAW Device 를 이용하면 독립된 공간이나 전원이 필요한 센서 제어 등을 대신할 수 있을 것이다. 이렇게 활용범위가 확대됨에 따라 다양한 SAW Device 를 사용하기 위한 플랫폼이 요구된다. 하지만 현재 SAW Sensor는 많은 발전을 해왔지만 SAW Sensor 를 활용할 수 있는 플랫폼의 발전은 미흡하기 때문에 본 논문에서는 이러한 SAW Device 의 측정이 가능한 SAW Reader를 FPGA를 이용하여 좀 더 간단하고 효율적인 Reader platform 을 구현해 보고자 한다. The Passive Device called SAW Device of the ID Tag or a small sensor that can replace all of MEMS technology Micro Device. When using SAW Device will be able to replace that sensor control the power needed or separate space. Enlarge the scope of this advantage to use as a platform for various SAW Device is required. However, the current SAW Sensor development has many, but SAW Sensor that can leverage the platform's development is sketchy. Therefore, this paper implements SAW Reader can be measured in SAW Device Using an FPGA more simple and efficient Reader platform.
Swan-Ganz Catheter를 이용한 심폐기능 이상자의 정확한 Cardiac Output 측정 플랫폼 개발

In this paper, on cardiopulmonary function in the intensive care unit over the direction of the state to define the diagnostic or therapeutic cardiac output Study on Implementation of measures as a platform, Swan-Ganz Catheter with sensor inserted into the body by inserting a saline solution Using temperature change caused by using thermodilution be used to obtain cardiac output. Swan-Ganz Catheter with temperature sensors and pressure sensors and sensor value which is entered through the acquisition more closely if the cardiac output CO, systemic and pulmonary vascular resistance, oxygen consumption and may be able to more accurately calculate the patient's condition than accurate diagnosis and treatment is possible. 본 논문에서는 심폐기능에 이상이 있는 중환자의 상태를 진단하거나 치료 방향을 정하기 위하여 심박 출량을 측정하는 플랫폼 구현에 관한 연구로써, 센서가 내장된 Swan-Ganz Catheter를 체내에 삽입 후, 생리식염수를 투입하여 생기는 온도변화량을 열희석법을 이용하여 심박출량을 구하는 방법을 사용한다. Swan-Ganz Catheter는 온도센서와 압력센서를 포함하고 있으며 이를 통해 입력되는 센서 값을 보다 세밀하게 수집한다면 심박출량, 전선 및 폐혈관저항, 산소소모량 등을 보다 정확하게 계산해 낼 수가 있으므로 환자의 상태를 보다 정확하게 진단 및 치료가 가능하게 한다.

Mushroom-based vegan meat has thus far been used as a food for humans instead of pets. However, based on its texture and nutritional content, it is considered suitable for processing into pet treats. In the present study, we developed a prototype dog chew with a sweetening coating added to a fungal mycelium mat obtained by culturing the Basidiomycetous fungus Trametes orientalis. The palatable coating applied to the mycelium mat by plasticizing the mat with glycerol improved the taste and aroma of the existing mat, and the dog consumed it without difficulty. Future improvements may include a softening process to reduce the chewiness level and a procedure to reduce the crude fiber content. Mycelium-mat-based dog chews, manufactured using eco-friendly materials and processes that are not harmful to the environment are expected to enter the market as eco-friendly alternatives to conventional pet treats. Controlling their physical properties require further study.
중량당 섬유수가 다른 국내산 석면이 폐 기능과 폐 조직에 미치는 영향 평가

Objectives: To evaluate the pulmonary toxicity of 2 Korea asbestos(chrysotile, anthophyllite), Sprague-Dawely rats were exposed to 2 mg domestic asbestos by intratracheal instillation(IT). Methods: Lung function of rats was analyzed by pressure transducer(MAX1320, Buxco Electronics, USA). The effects of 2 mg asbestos(chrysotile; 8,814,244 × 106 fibers/mg, average diameter 0.08 μm, average length 4.39 μm, anthophyllite; 5,182 × 106 fibers/mg, average diameter 0.95 μm, average length 7.29 μm) on pulmonary function and pathological changes were evaluated at after a single IT. Lung function and histopathological evaluation were assessed in 5 animals from each group at each time point. Results: Due to differences in fiber numbers, chrysotile induce marked lung pathology and lung function change than anthophyllite at the same mass dose. Chrysotile showed notable thickening of interstitial areas surrounding the alveolar ducts and terminal bronchioles. Conclusions: On a mass dose basis, chrysotile that have 1,700 times numbers of fibers per unit weight than anthophyllite produced a greater persistent lung injury than anthophllite for at least 4 weeks after exposure.

The purpose of this study is to propose a building skin design process using biomimetic approach based on generative design framework. With the unprecedented advancement of digital technology, biomimicry has recently came into the limelight in the field of architecture. The use of digital technologies facilitates not only analysis on formation principles of living organisms but application of their natural patterns. Furthermore, representing the nature’s aesthetic characteristics faces a new phase with indescribably powerful digital design method such as machine learning, generative design, parametric design. In this regard, this study proposes utilization of generative design as a digital design method to integrate algorithmic characteristics of living organisms with digital design process, conducting building skin design experiment.
국내산 백석면과 안소필라이트의 물리화학적 특성과 호흡기계 내 변화 연구

Objectives: To assess the hazard of Korea chrysotile and anthophylite, fibers were analyzed for their physicochemical properties by transmission electron microscope equipped with energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (TEM-EDS). Methods: To evaluate the biopersistence of 2 domestic asbestos, Sprague-Dawely rats were exposed to 2 mg asbestos by intratracheal instillation. Each asbestos (chrysotile; 8,814,244 × 106 fibers/mg, average size 0.08 um × 4.39 um, anthophyllite ; 5,182 × 106 fibers/mg, average size 0.95 um × 7.29 um) were evaluated after a single intratracheal instillation. At times from 1 week to 4 weeks after exposure, the numbers of asbestos fivers in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and in the lung were calculated. Results: Anthophyllite fivers continuously have retained for 4 weeks but chrysotile fivers were rarely found at 4 weeks after exposure in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. Chrysotile fivers at 4 weeks after treatment were not observed but anthophyllite was easily observed in the lung with phase contrast microscopy. According to electron microscopic observation of asbestos in the lung, within 1 week after the administration of chrysotile fivers were decreased rapidly but anthophyllite fivers were very little change for 4 weeks. When chrysotile fivers have been lost Fe in 1 week, there were no significant changes in anthophyllite fivers in the lung. Conclusions: These findings indicate that after a long time exposure to chrysotile, asbestos bodies cannot be found in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.

The purpose of this study is to propose a design method for airport architecture by using cinematic techniques. The method, dissimilar to most airport plans emphasizing functional aspects due to various social conditions, focuses on spatial experience of passengers, following Bernard Tshcumi’s ideas on architecture and cinematic sequence. Through many of his works, Bernard Tschumi has presented the way of applying cinematic techniques to architectural space composition in order to reflect his architectural intentions as film directors and authors organize stories. In this regard, this study utilizes characteristics of airport for a muti-perspective architecture and cinematic sequence as a means of drawing new design method for planing user-oriented airport architecture, proposing new methodology of architectural space composition in terms of user experience.

The purpose of this study is to develop an aged-housing envelope remodeling software for supporting decision-making in the early stages of the design process. With the growing demands for aesthetic value and high-performance building envelop in the aged-housing remodeling, the requirements in the early stages of the design process are more diversified and sophisticated. Under this circumstance, the expenses caused by the inefficient design process hinder the business value of the remodeling so that studies on the technical development for the envelop remodeling are more important than ever. In this regard, this study introduces an integrated architectural design assistant program using generative design as a guideline to an efficient design process for the aged-housing envelope remodeling.
