Thyroid hematoma secondary to a blunt trauma is a rare problem. Despite the rarity, it can be a life-threatening condition with tracheal compression. Both surgical exploration and conservative management have been suggested for thyroid hematoma. However, there is still controversy on the optimal treatment. A 67-year old man who progressed severe dyspnea and neck swelling was transferred to the emergency department with a blunt anterior neck trauma after traffic accident. Contrast enhanced neck computed tomography scan showed huge hematoma within the right thyroid gland and slight tracheal deviation without prominent airway obstruction. One day later, anterior neck swelling was aggravated and the patient was intubated to prevent airway obstruction. After 3 days, hematoma resolution was revealed and extubation was done. We report this case with a review of literature.

Die Bedeutung von Uber und Mensch im Ubermensch bei Nietzsche Von Prof. Dr. Young-do CHUNG U¨bermensch ist Nietzsche weder ein idealistischer Seinstypus des Menschen wie es in Korea im allgemein bekannt, noch ein in u¨bersinnlicher Welt erfahrbares transzendentes Sein und noch ein Superman, der durch die Gottesoffenbarung seine u¨bermacht in der wirklichen Welt ausu¨bt. U¨bermensch ist eine Verko¨rperung des Willen zur Macht und eine Ta¨tigkeit, die jede Individuelle im Inneren sich Selbst werden, drho¨hen und versta¨rken la¨βt. Erbedutet zugleich eine sich Selbat als Willen zur Macht erhebende immanente Selbstu¨berwindung. Deswegen ist es keine begriffliche Bestimmung und systematische logische Beschreibung vom U¨bermenschen erlaubt. U¨bermensch ist vielmehr auf dem Wege der entschiedenen Ta¨tigkeit won der Selbstu¨berwindung zu erleben und bewuβt u werden. Von der Seite nietzsches betrachtet, ist struktuelle Analyse trotzdem eine Schematisierung und Systematisierung und schlieβlich eine logische Formalisierung dessen Erfahrungen und Versta¨ndniβen. Die struktuelle Analyse kann eine Handlung sein, die Nietzsches eigene philosophische Stimmung vom U¨bermenschen als ein dynamisches Philosophieren u entwu¨rdigen. Dennoch ist es versuchswert, U¨ger und Mensch una¨chst zu trennen und analysieren, um diese enorme und tiesinnige existenzielle Ta¨tigkeit sinngema¨β zu verstehen. In dem Sinne u¨bernimmt diese Abhandlung die Analyse und Untersuchung der impliziten Bedeutungen von U¨ber und Mensch im U¨bermenschen als einen Streitpunkt.

야스퍼스의 철학적 신앙의 이해와 수용 : 주로 한국에 있어서 그 이해와 수용을 중심으로

In dieses Beitrag wird argumentiert, daβ Jaspers' Konzeption des philosophischen Glaubens und seine Chiffernlehre eine Korrektur von dogmatischen Manifestationen des Christentums in Korea (Su¨dkorea) sein ko¨nnen. Dort wird vor allem das protestantische Christentum in seiner calvinistischen Auspra¨gung mit Absolutheitsanspruch und aggressiver Intoleranz gegenu¨ber anderen Religionen vertreten. Dabei wird die subjektiv erlebte Unbedingtheit der religio¨sen Glaubenswahrheit nicht von der Allgemeingiu¨tigkeit der objektiven Wahrheit unterschieden.

강합성 하로 철도교의 동적거동에 대한 해석적 연구

The existing middle-long span railway bridge has been mainly applied to steel box girder bridges. However, the steel box girder bridgeshave disadvantages in securing the space under the bridge, and the main girder is made of a thin plate box shape, resulting in a ringing noise due tothe vibration. Many complaints about noise have been raised. For this reason, there is a need for the development of long railway bridges that can replacesteel box girder bridges. In this paper, the characteristics of the steel composite railway bridge currently developed were introduced and a time historyanalysis was conducted using MIDAS Civil reflecting the speed of KTX load for 40m and 50m bridges. In addition, from the analysis results, the dynamicbehavior of target bridges were verified and it was examined whether they meet the dynamic performance criteria proposed in the railway designstandards. As a result, all of the bridges under review satisfied the dynamic safety criteria, however, in case of 40m of span, the vertical accelerationvalue was very large. In order to solve this problem, authors proposed the improvement plan and corrected the cross section to confirm that the verticalacceleration decreased. 기존의 중-장경간 철도교량에는 주로 강박스 거더교가 적용되어 왔다. 하지만 강박스 거더교는 교량 아래의 공간확보가 불리하고,주거더가 얇은 박판의 박스형상으로 이루어져 진동에 의한 울림소음이 발생하여 소음에 대한 많은 민원이 제기 되고 있다. 이와 같은 이유로 강박스 거더교를 대체할 수 있는 장지간 철도교량의 개발에 대한 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 이유로 최근에 개발된 강합성 하로철도교에 대한 특징을 소개하고, 이 철도교의 주요 적용 지간인 40m와 50m 교량을 대상으로 실제 운행열차인 KTX 하중의 운행속도를 반영하여 상용유한요소프로그램인 MIDAS Civil을 이용하여 시간이력해석을 수행하였다. 또한 해석결과를 분석하여 대상교량의 동적거동 특성을 확인하고 철도설계기준에서 제시하고 있는 동적성능 기준을 만족하는지에 대해 검토하였다. 그 결과, 검토 대상 교량 모두 동적안전성 기준을 만족하였으나 지간 40m의 경우 연직가속도 값이 상당히 크게 나와 이에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하고, 단면을 수정하여 연직가속도의 감소를확인하였다.

헤라클레이토스의 철학에 있어서 Logos에 대한 이해

Heraklit erblickt den Logos, die Einheit der Gegensa¨tze, den Fluβ der Welt, die transzendente Gottheit und sieht den moglichKeit Aufschwung des Menschen zur Weisheit. Nach Heraklit geschieht Alles gema¨β dem Logos. Er ist verborgen, Solange der Denker ihn nicht zeigt. Die Frage aber, Warum er verborgen ist, wird nicht gestellt, auch nicht die Frage, Warum die Welt sei und nicht nur das reine, gegensatzlose, friedvolle Feuer, dieser Ursprung, diese ewige Vernunft. Das Heraklitische Denken ist keine systematische Konstruktion, sondem eine in Spru¨chen formulierte denkende Anschauung. Entwurfe werden innerhalb einer umfassenden Denkweise je in kurzen Sa¨tzen gezeigt. Bei Heraklit eine widerspruchlose Konstruktion des Seins im ganzen zu suchen wa¨re verfehlt. Das Ethos Heraklits na¨hrt sich denkend im Grund des Seins, im Logos, im Sophon. Wenn der Logos das Gemeinsame ist, das offenbar werden kann, so ist in Heraklit die Spannung, einerseits des Willens, im Verku¨nden den Logos dem Menschen bewuβt zu machen, dem Menschen dadurch zu bessem im gemeinschaftlichen Leben, und andererseits des Verzichts, in einsamer Ohnmacht, angesichts der Vielen, die unvera¨nderlich sind, dic denkende Anschuung des Logos nur in der eigenen stolzen Lebenswirkhchkeit zu vollziehen.

교각일체형 연속 PSC 거더교의 동적거동 특성 연구

Recently, the construction industry has been changed in such a way that the cost for bridge construction should be optimized or reduced. Therefore, bridges are required be cost-effective in terms of initial construction as well as in the maintenance during service stage. In order to reduce the cost for bridge construction, the Rahmen typed structure, in which the bridge components from superstructure to substructure are integral, has many advantages to reduce the size of structural members including girders, since the loadings from superstructure may be transferred to substructure through the connecting rebars such as stud, etc. This paper studied on the continuous Up and Down Prestressed Concrete (UD PSC) girder bridge in which the reinforced concrete pier cap is integral with the part of girders in superstructure. In previous studies, it is known that the structural behavior of continuous UD PSC girder bridge is quite different compared to the one of the bridges with conventional bearings or shoes to support the loading from girders. Nevertheless, it has hardly been studied about the structural behavior of bridge with UD PSC girder. Therefore, in this study, various dynamic behaviors of continuous UD PSC girder bridge with integral pier cap have been analyzed using numerical method. Furthermore, an equation to evaluate the impact factor is suggested for the UD PSC girder bridge which has two to three continuous spans. 건설환경의 지속적인 변화로 인하여 교량 건설비용의 최소화뿐만 아니라 공용기간중의 유지관리를 포함한 전체 비용의 최소화 및 최적화의 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 이유로 교량의 상부구조에서 하부구조로 힘을 전달하기 위해 사용되는 교량받침 대신에 스터드나 연결철근 등과 같은 연결재를 사용하여 교량의 상부구조와 하부구조를 라멘식으로 일체화 시킨 교량형식이 제시되고 있다. 이 논문은 교량의 상부구조 형식을 연속 UD PSC 거더로 하여 철근콘크리트 교각과 일체화 시킨 교각일체형 연속 UD PSC 거더교를 대상으로 한다. 교각일체형 연속 UD PSC 거더교는 라멘교 형식과 거더교 형식을 결합한 교량으로 일반 받침형식의 교량과 상이한 거동특성을 나타낸다. 하지만 거동 특성에 대해 명확히 규명되어 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 해석적 방법을 이용하여 교각일체형 연속 UD PSC 거더교의 동적거동 특성을 분석하고 2, 3경간 교각일체형 연속 UD PSC 거더교에 적용할 수 있는 충격계수 산정식을 제시하였다.

북한 사이버공격에 대한 대응방안에 관한 연구

북한이 우리 사회의 취약한 전산망에 대한 충분한 사이버 공격능력을 갖추고 있어 다양한 대규모의 사이버 공격을 시도할 것으로 예상된다. 북한의 사이버전 수준은 세계 최고수준으로 알려져 있다. 사이버 요원의 수도 지속적으로 증가 하고 있다. 최근 북한의 사이버공격은 수법과 대상을 가리지 않는 전방위적으로 행해지고 있다. 그러나 지금까지의 북한 사이버공격은 실질적인 공격이라기보다는 탐색의 성격이 강하다. 남한이 얼마나 빨리 문제를 발견하고 복구하는지를 알 아보기 위한 목적이었다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만 앞으로는 막대한 실질적 피해를 주는 사이버공격을 자행할 개연성이 높 다. 주요 교통·금융·에너지시설 등의 국가기반시설에 대한 공격이 발생할 경우 그 피해규모는 상상을 초월할 것이므로 이에 대한 대책이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 최근 북한 사이버공격의 특징을 살펴보고 대응 방안으로 사이버테러 방지법제정, 대응모의훈련실시, 민관협력체제 구축, 사이버보안 인프라 확대 등을 제시하고자 한다. As North Korea has a sufficient ability to attack our society’s vulnerable computer network, various large-scale cyber attacks are expected to be tried. North Korea’s cyber military strength is known a world-class level. The number of its cyber agents is increasing consistently. Recently North Korea’s cyber attack has been made regardless of trick and target. But up to now North Korea’s cyber attack is more of an exploration than a real attack. Its purpose was to check how fast Korea found a problem and recovered from it. In future, cyber attack that damages substantially is highly probable. In case of an attack against national infrastructure like traffic, financial and energy services, the extent of the damage will be great beyond imagination. In this paper, characteristics of recent North Korea’s cyber attack is addressed in depth and countermeasures such as the enactment of cyber terror prevention law, simulation training enforcement, private and public cooperation system construction, cyber security infrastructure expansion, etc. are proposed.
