운동생리학 : CORE training 의 심박수 변화와 산소섭취량에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to evaluate HR variation, VO<sub>2</sub>, and exercise intensity on Reebok CORE training. 20 healthy young females volunteered to participate in this study(22.8±1.5yrs), and they don`t have any medical problems, and they have been carriers for 2 years as a aerobics instructor.We measured maximal oxygen consumption during walking by Bruce protocol. And then, we evaluated heart rate and VO<sub>2</sub> during CORE training by portable gas analyzer. The test used moderate intensity of CORE board as well as used 128 bpm.The result of stress test was as followed; VO<sub>2</sub>max was 45.9±11.0ml/kg/min and HRmax was 191.5±6.4bpm. During CORE training, Heart rate maintained 176±11.3bpm and VO<sub>2</sub> maintained 35.6±4.4mkl/kg/min. It meant 91.9±2.9% of HRpeak, and 79.2±10.7% of VO<sub>2</sub>max respectively. Calories expenditures per minute during CORE training was 8∼10Kcal, and O<sub>2</sub> consumption per minute was approximately 1.5L∼2.1L.In conclusion, The results of the study suggest that CORE training with 128 bprn was vigorous exercise. In the future, It will be continuously researched that exercise on unstable board like CORE training contribute to the proprioception of body.
