Currently, the management of Triangulation-station and Bench-Mark is conducted by National Geography Institute(NGI). In this study, we are measured the official products of First Order Bench Mark(FOBM) and calculated the residual errors which are differences between the official product and results by Static-GPS, TS and PL-1 for same points. Then, we are compared each leveling techniques and analyzed the leveling accuracy. For the result achieved by each measurements, first, we are defined that the PL-1 could obtain higher accuracy than the others but the efficiency is low for taking many time second, TS could obtain low accuracy. We defined that Static-GPS is more economical than TS, PL-1. The efficiency and the accuracy by static-GPS are very high. Particularly, the residual errors for all survey line of NO.3 point are out of allowable error. So, GPS is contributed to the leveling survey for the efficiency, time and cost.
