        The electronic criminal litigation shall be conducive to enhancing the transparency and promptness of the criminal procedure in a way to digitalize the case files, and substantially guaranteeing the right to inspect the records of those who are involved in litigation, as well as strengthening the efficient concentrative examination in trial. It contributes to safeguarding the defendant’s right as well as improving the people’s trust in the judicial system. However, in addressing the challenges arising from the concentration and integration of the criminal justice information and the risks of abuse of them as a result of the introduction of the electronic criminal litigation, the appropriate measures aimed at ensuring proper management of criminal justice information and the adequate protection for the individual right of information self-determination shall be established and implemented accordingly. Furthermore due attention shall be paid in order not to infringe the judicial independence or the fairness of trial, not to mention to make such an appearance in the course of the implementation of the electronic criminal litigation. In this respect, Germany’s electronic criminal litigation system suggests a lot to us, in that it is aimed at dealing with both the concentration/abuse of the criminal justice information and the protection of the individual right to information self-determination possibly ensuing from the introduction of electronic criminal litigation, by prohibiting an investigation agency from retrieving information across all electronic records and instead allowing it to search only individual records selected in advance. In the preparation for the electronic criminal litigation system to be introduced in Korea in the future, such a system should be scrupulously designed with the encompassing objectives and perspectives towards securely preventing the harmful consequences resulting from the concentration of criminal justice information, systematically guaranteeing judicial independence, and substantially protecting the defendant’s right. In addition to these measures, it is also necessary to provide a full and adequate support to the relevant staff in charge of the transition work.

        꿀벌 월동성공률, 병해충 관리 및 말벌류 피해 해석을 위한 설문 연구

        A questionnaire study for the current beekeeping status including overwintering success, pest and diseases management, and distribution and damage assessment of Vespa hornets was conducted nationwide mostly from the professional beekeepers in 2014. Total 225 answers were analysed. The average beekeeper has 19.5 years of career with 219 colonies of Apis mellifera. Average overwintering success was 82% with the primary reason for overwintering failure as weak colony and food shortage. No significant increase of winter mortality was noticed. Most beekeepers are concerned on two species of parasitic mites, Varroa and Trapilaelaps followed by predatory Vespa hornet and foulbrood. Preventive control of pest and disease are practiced about 6 times a year. Beekeepers noticed the northern wide expansion of invaded hornet, Vespa velutina even to Gangwon and Gyounggi province. However the Vespa pressure on beekeeping and the damage seemed highly skewed in the southern part especially Gyoungnam province.

        RecurDyn을 활용한 가속도추종 유로개방장치 해석

        A special part such as a flow passage opening device is required to prevent the disconnection of fuel transfer in a pressurized fuel tank. To meet this requirement, the device utilizing an acceleration follow-up technique was invented. RecurDyn, a dynamic analysis tool, is introduced in this article to predict the device’s performance and to determine parameters affecting it. In the analysis, it is shown that balancing weights can open the passage in accordance with fuel position.

        고속 비행체의 비행궤적별 유로개방장치 동역학 해석

        A flow passage opening device utilizing an acceleration follow-up technique allows fuel to flow continuously through a pressurized fuel tank system. It is very difficult to test the device in a real flight situation because of severe test condition and a cost problem. In this paper, therefore, the results of a basic negative g test conducted by low-speed airplane are compared with RecurDyn simulation. Dynamic behavior of the device in total flight profile of a high-speed vehicle is also analyzed by using RecurDyn to predict its performance.

        At negative-g condition, a float-type valve can open the passage of fuel in order to it flows continuously through a pressurized fuel tank system. Since specialized test conditions and high-cost supports are required, it is truly difficult to test the valve in a real high-speed test. Therefore, this paper contains performance analysis of a float-type fuel supply valve through flight tests conducting roll and negative-g maneuvers.

        가속도추종 유로개방장치는 고속 비행체의 가압식 연료탱크에서 연료가 쏠림현상으로 인해 단절되는 것을 막아 연속적으로 흐르게 한다. 기개발된 이 유로개방장치를 실제 고속으로 시험하는 것은 까다로운 시험조건과 비용문제로 많은 어려움이 따른다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 저속 항공기에 탑재해 기본적인 역중력 시험(Negative-g test)을 수행하고 RecurDyn으로 해석한 결과와 비교하였다. 그리고 고속비행체의 비행궤적에 따른 유로개방장치의 동역학적 거동을 RecurDyn으로 알아보았다.         항공기 또는 유도무기와 같은 고속 비행체의 가압식 연료탱크에는 연료가 한 방향으로 몰려 이송이 단절되는 것을 방지하기 위해 특별한 유로개방장치가 필요하다. 이러한 필요에 의해 가속도추종 방식의 유로개방장치가 발명되었으며 본 논문에서는 이 장치의 구동성능을 예측하고 성능에 영향을 미치는 주요 파라미터의 선정을 위해 동역학 해석 프로그램인 RecurDyn을 이용해 해석을 수행하였다.         부력을 이용한 연료공급밸브는 고속 비행체의 가압식 연료탱크 내 연료가 역 중력 상태에서 한 방향으로 이동하는 것을 쫓아 유로를 열어주어 지속적으로 흐르게 한다. 가혹한 시험조건과 고비용 등의 문제로 이 연료공급밸브를 실제 고속으로 시험하는 것은 쉽지 않은 일이다. 따라서 본 연구는 고속 시험 전에 저속항공기에 탑재해 기본적인 회전기동 및 역중력 시험(Negative-g test)을 수행하여 밸브의 작동 성능을 분석한 내용을 담고 있다.         비행체 내 연료의 온도는 공력가열로 인한 열유입과 연료가 유압유 대신 사용되어 펌프와 엔진 주변부 등을 지나면서 받는 열로 인해 비행 종말시점에 큰 폭으로 상승한다. 연료의 온도상승은 펌프 입구의 캐비테이션 현상을 유발하거나, 엔진의 연소효율에 영향을 주어 심할 경우 비행 실패로 이어질 수 있다. 따라서 연료의 온도를 사전에 예측하는 것이 중요하며, 이 예측결과는 설계변경 또는 냉각대책등을 수립하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문은 시간별로 변하는 공력가열 및 펌프와 연소열을 통한 온도 상승 조건을 가정하여 시스템 내의 연료 온도를 예측한 내용을 담고 있다. Fuel temperature in a fuel supply system increases as heat inflow created by aerodynamic heating becomes significant. It also rises due to heat addition obtained by flowing through a pump and combustion heat in the engine. Fuel of high temperature causes a caviation in front of the pump and affects an efficiency of combustion. Thus it is so important to predict the fuel temperature before a real flight. This paper deals with a methodology of prediction of fuel temperature using some postulated conditions.
