The objective of the study obtains the geographic information by using the digital photogrametry method and is to construct the system that carry out the 3-dimensional topographic analysis such as the gradient analysis, altitude analysis, section analysis, etc. by constructing the digital map and Digital Elevation Model(DEM) which are geographic data based on the Geographic Information System(GIS). In this study, for applied to the geographic modeling method, the method of Grid and TIN are carried out the study. Also when topography is analyzed, these methods have the merit each other, by the analysis component. Through topographic and altitude, region of structure which is existing landscape is collected. Also, gradient and section analysis are very important elementary data that is effected to the plan for the road network end drainage ditch. When it is established to the plan about the new building, this study hope, through 3-dimensional analysis is proposed this study, not only effect the existing buildings, new buildings and landscape is caused to this plan is analyzed in detail but time and budget could be saved.
