In this study, a mild steel (SS41) of the carbon steel, a spring steel (SUP-9) and stainless steel (SUS 304) of the special steel, etc, are adopted as the experimental materials and are weded by CO₂, (SS41, SUP-9), TIG (SUS 304), respectively. And the residual stress distribution and fracture behavior at the welded zone are examined according to annealing temperatures of four section involving as welded. As a consequence, the best annealing temperatures that the residual stress is removed enough and mechanical properties are very suitable are at 900℃ (SS41), 750℃ (SUP-9), 1100℃ (SUS 304), respectively.

구조용 고온재료로서 표 2에 나타내듯이 지금까지 니켈과 티타늄 알루미나이드($Ni_3Al$, NiAl, $Ti_3Al$, TiAl에 관하여 집중적인 연구가 진행되어 왔으며 다른 금속간 화합물에 대해서도 광범위한 연구가 진행중이다. 그 예로서 $Co_3Ti$는 800.deg. C에서 최대강도를 보이며 저온에서는 온도가 감소하면서 강도가 다시 증가하면 연성이라는 장점을 지닌 관계로 $MoSi_2$는 높은 융점과 우수한 산화저항력 때문에 $Nb_2Al$은 높은 융점과 경량성 때 문에 복합재료의 matrix로서 최근 주목을 받고 있다. 끝으로 비록 금속간화합물이 취성이라는 단점 때문에 실용화에 많은 문제점이 있으며 본 재료에 관한 연구가 준비 제조공정과정에서 수 소취성화, 고용점온도 취성 등으로 인하여 사용해온 기존의 재료를 보다 좀더 극한 상황에서 가볍고 저렴하게 사용할 수 있는 우주항공 및 지상대체재료로서 개발할 수 있음을 고려할 때 본 재료에 대한 본격적인 연구가 국재 경쟁력강화를 위해 신소재 개발에 부심하는 우리나라에서도 이루어질 필요가 있다.

Most recently, the enterprise has been strengthening their management in human resources in order to adapt to the sudden and insecurity enterprise environment. Organization must be required to achieve the aim of the management, especially when it comes to a hotel where job training is essentially needed for a better quality of service to the customers. In addition,the enterprise should motivate the employees so that the individual could develop their capacities and capabilities at the same time. This study was to analyze the effect of organization such as satisfaction of the job due to job training throughout the characteristics of the hotel. This research has been carried out from a basis theory research and created a research model to investigate the hypothesis of this study. As the result of this study, the job training fosters employees' values,provides chance to get new knowledge and skill, and helps employees to deal with change and needs efficiently by affecting the formation of positive attitude. Therefore, through hotel employees' analysis and understanding about job training, the study about the influence of individual understanding about job training to the satisfaction of the job is needed.
Graphite/Epoxy 프리프레그의 경화 특성에 관한 연구

Characterization process on non-isothermal curing of graphite/epoxy was conducted. Hercules AS4/3502 prepreg was used as the sample for the experiment since it is one of the most popular carbon reinforced polymeric composite material. For the accurate curve fitting on non-isothermal curing process of the sample, a modified autocatalytic model was applied to the curve fitting. The model has advantage in describing the curing behavior of the sample accurately due to its least number of model constants. Result from the research provides ways of analysis and optimization of the reinforced polymeric composite manufacturing using the given prepreg.

One of the fundamental reasons for the development of precision measurement was the need for determining accurately The size of gauges used for productions. Many of the instruments are used for determining the dimensional size. On other hand, many instruments of simple geometrical form may be measured. using what may be conveniently. classed as general measuring. equipment. The latter includes such item as Micrometer, Vernier Calipers, Dial gauge, Block gauge, Height gauge, Cylinder gauge etc. It is scarcely necessary to state that they are the commomest and most popular form of measuring equipments. The actual measurement of dimensional size and geometrical condition with their instruments is a practical art. It cannot be overemhasised that its successful accomplishment can result only from experience handling and correct measuring without several kind of individual possible errors of instruments.
