Objective: Recently biophysical research has shown very weak radiation of photons in plant, animal and human cells. Biophoton emission of the aliving system has received specific phenomena because of its scientific potential for monitoring metabolism to human body. This paper proposes a new challenge possibility of the biophoton emission in biophysiological human condition index. Method: Biophoton emission were measured with twenty one healthy volunteers. The study analyses existence for the effect of specific acupoint stimulus, exposure to the sun and low temperature in healthy volunteers. Two photomultiplier tubes which spectral range was from 300 ㎚ to 650 ㎚ was used for the detection of biophoton emission observation of possible acupuncture stimulation effect at left hand palm. Result : There was a reversion of relative emission rates from the palms affected the environment condition. Otherwise, when the acupuncture stimulation, the emission rate was not enough significantly change(p<0.05). Conclusion: In this study, biophoton emissions depend on the environment condition for all subjects. Measurments with the biophoton emission rate analysis might be much considered in future studies.
동적인 정보 이용 컨텍스트에 기반한 모바일 대중교통 정보 서비스 디자인 제안

본 연구는 버스 정보 서비스를 대상으로 탐색적 연구를 진행하여 모바일 정보 서비스 디자인 지침을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 대중 교통 정보 시스템 사용자를 대상으로 인터뷰 및 정황 조사를 실시한 결과를 정보 검색 상호작용의 계층적 모델에 근거하여 분석, 목적 분류 별 정보 니즈를 도출하였다. 그 결과, 탐색적 목적의 정보 사용시 사용자 측의 인지적 수준이 가장 중요한 영향을 주었으며, 확증적 목적의 정보 사용 시 감성적, 상황적 수준이 중요한 영향을 주고 있기에 이에 기반한 디자인 구성이 필요함을 밝혔다. This study aims to provide design guidelines of mobile information service for public transportation system. Interview and contextual inquiry was conducted. The transcripts are analyzed to identify users' general goals for using mobile information service, and to induce more specific informational needs upon each goal based on stratified model of information retrieval interaction. Findings are that a design emphasizing on cognitive level of information is necessary for users with exploratory goals, and for users with confirmatory goals, design emphasis should be put on affective and situational level of information.

One of the major trends in power electronics is increasing the switching frequencies. The advances in the frequency elevation have made it possible to reduce the total size and weight of the passive components such as capacitors, inductors and transformers in the DC/DC converter and hence to increase the power density. The dynamic performance is also improved. This document describes several aspects relating to the design of resonant DC/DC converter operating at high frequency(10㎑) and the converter topologies and the control method, which result in soft switching, are discussed.
