Maker Seed Phantom을 이용한 표적위치의 정확성 평가

선형가속기에 설치된 OBI (On-Board Imager™, Varian Medical Systems, USA) 의 정도관리는 일간 및 주간으로 하고 있으며 이때 기하학적인 정확성은 매우 중요하게 된다. 본 실험에서는 4개월간 선형가속기의 OBI 장치 정도관리용 팬톰을 사용하여 일간과 주간으로 선형가속기의 기계적인 중심점(isocenter)과 가시화된 레이저의 중심점의 일치정도 및 OBI 장치 및 레이저의 중심점을 비교하여 데이터화함으로써 OBI 장치의 기계적 정확성과 정도관리용 팬톰을 사용하여 일간, 주간으로 선형가속기 환자위치 및 레이저의 등 중심점을 체크하여 데이터화함으로써 사후관리 및 환자치료 성적을 높일 수 있다고 사료된다. Accuracy control of Linear accelerator installed in OBI is done daily and weekly and importance of accuracy multiplies exponentially at that moment. Purpose of this experiment is everyday and twice a week over a four month period (march~june) 2009 year to confirm maintenance of accuracy through Quality control of OBI. In short, measurement of exponentially multiplying accuracy of OBI and regular accuracy control was able to maintain accuracy from the center of treatment within 0.1 cm. Therefore, evaluation of exponentially multiplying accuracy using OBI accuracy control linear accelerator phantom on daily, weekly basis was confirmed.

양반 앉은 자세에서의 SPINE-GUARD 착용이 허리부위의 코브각 및 통증 그리고 몸통 굽힘각도의 변화에 미치는 영향

앉은 자세를 장시간 유지하면 허리의 만곡에 변화가 오면서 통증이 발생하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 양반 앉은자세에서 SPINE-GUARD(허리 안정화 벨트) 착용이 허리뼈의 코브각과 허리통증 그리고 몸통 굽힘각도의 변화에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 대상자 15명(남자)은 2주 동안 주 5회 매회 90분씩 벨트를 착용한 채로 영화를 감상하거나 강의를 들었다. 허리뼈의 코브각은 착용전 48.36±14.57에서 착용후 28.09±11.63로 유의한 감소를 보였다(p<0.05). 통증은 착용전 4.53±2.36이고, 착용후 2.733±2.153로 유의하게 감소하였다(p<0.05). 몸통의 굽힘각도 또한 착용전 82.33±20.30에서 착용 후 70.2±19.43로 유의한 감소를 보였다(p<0.05). 이것으로 보아 SPINE-GUARD의 착용은 허리뼈의 코브각 및 몸통굽힘각도의 변화 그리고 통증의 감소에 영향을 주는 것으로 사료된다. When we keep sitting for a long time, we end up with pain due to changes in the curvature in the waist. This study examined impacts from the wearing of a SPINE-GUARD(belt for the waist stabilization) on a cross-legged sit on variations of the Cobb’s angle, lower back pain and trunk flexion angle. 15 men for the examination have watched movies or attended lectures while wearing a belt for 90 minutes per round for every five rounds for two weeks. The Cobb’s angle showed a significant decrease from 48.36±14.57 before wearing to 28.09±11.63 after wearing (p<0.05). Pain decreased from 4.53±2.36 before wearing to 2.733±2.153 after wearing (p<0.05). The trunk flexion angle also showed a significant decrease from 82.33±20.30 before wearing to 70.2±19.43 after wearing (p<0.05). Given these findings, the wearing of a SPINE-GUARD seems to affect variations of the Cobb’s angle and trunk flexion angle, and decrease of lower back pain.

방사선사의 업무소진과 업무자율성이 이직의사에 미치는 연구

본 연구의 목적은 병원에서 근무하고 있는 방사선사의 업무소진과 업무자율성이 이직의사에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 방사선사의 업무소진과 업무자율성 및 이직의사의 평균값과 표준편차는 전체적인 업무소진은 3.15점을 보여 방사선사의 업무소진은 보통수준 이상인 것으로 나타났으며, 업무자율성에서는 2.88점으로 업무에 대한 자율성이 보통수준에 미치지 못하는 것으로, 이직의사에서는 3.30점으로 이직하려는 경향이 높은 쪽으로 나타났으며, 이직의사에 영향을 미치는 요인 중에서 정서적 소진, 일에 대한 흥미상실, 일에 대한 열의상실이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 방사선사가 방사선검사와 관련하여 자신의 전문지식과 판단을 근거로 방사선 업무를 수행하고, 업무상 의사결정을 충분히 가질 수 있으면서, 적극적으로 참여할 수 있는 환경이 조성되어진다면, 방사선사의 업무소진은 최소화 할 수 있으며, 업무의 자율성을 강화하기 위한 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하게 될 때, 이직의사를 줄이면서 방사선 인력관리 및 방사선사의 질적인 면을 향상시켜, 병원 조직 내에서 방사선사의 위상을 높일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the professional burnout and job autonomy of radiologic technologists on their turnover intention in hospitals. The major findings of the study were as follows: As for the average and standard deviation of the radiologic technologists in professional burnout and job autonomy, they got a mean of 3.15 in overall professional burnout, which was above the average. They got 2.88 in job autonomy, which was below the average. And they got 3.30 in turnover intention, which indicated that they had a strong tendency to change jobs. Regarding the influential factors for turnover intention, emotional burnout, loss of interest and loss of enthusiasm were identified as the factors that exerted a significant influence on turnover intention. If the kind of environments that stimulate their professional enthusiasm and allow them to make a decision on radiographic examinations based on their own professional knowledge is created, their burnout will be minimized. And the development of programs geared toward bolstering their job autonomy is expected to weaken their turnover intention, to enhance the efficiency of the personnel administration of radiologic technologists and their qualifications, and ultimately to boost their status in hospital organizations.
