병사들이 지각하는 부모의 양육태도가 군 생활 적응에 미치는 영향: 조망수용의 매개효과

In this study, the relations between parents child-rearing, perspective-taking and military life of adaptation of soldiers was investigated. Also, the mediating effect of perspective-taking on the relations of parents child-rearing and military life of adaptation of soldiers was examined. The survey for this study was conducted on 324 soldiers of a ○○ unit located in W-si, Gangwon-do. Perspective-taking has an effect as a partial mediation on the relations between parents child-rearing and military life of adaptation of soldiers. Baron and Kenny's (1986) Steps for Mediation, and sobel test were used to investigate the mediated effect of perspective-taking on the relation between parents child-rearing and military life of adaptation of soldiers. This result shows that enhancing perspective-taking can reduce maladjustment in case of soldiers who feel maladjustment during the military service. Finally, the significance, implication and limitations of this study were discussed. 본 연구는 군 병사가 지각한 부모의 양육태도가 군 생활 적응에 미치는 영향에서 조망수용의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 강원도 W시에 소재한 군부대의 병사 324명을 대상으로 부모양육태도 척도, 조망수용 척도 그리고 군 생활 적응 척도를 실시하였다. 군 병사가 지각한 부모의 양육태도와 군 생활 적응의 관계에서 조망수용의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 매개효과 검증과 Sobel 검증을 하였다. 그 결과, 군 병사가 지각한 부모의 양육태도와 군 생활 적응의 관계에서 조망수용은 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 부모의 부정적 양육태도로 인해 군 생활 부적응을 보이는 병사들을 상담할 때, 조망수용 수준을 높여줄 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초하여 본 연구의 제한점 및 추후연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

A low energy ion irradiation system based on the deuterium arc ion source with a high perveance of 1 μP for a single extraction aperture has been successfully developed for the investigation of ion irradiation on plasmafacing components including the first mirror of plasma optical diagnostics system. Under the optimum operating condition for mirror testing, the ion source has a beam energy of 200 eV and a current density of 3.7 mA/ cm2. The ion source comprises a magnetic cusp-type plasma source, an extraction system, a target system with a Faraday cup, and a power supply control system to ensure stable long time operation. Operation parameters of plasma source such as pressure, filament current, and arc power with D2 discharge gas were optimized for beam extraction by measuring plasma parameters with a Langmuir probe. The diode electrode extraction system was designed by IGUN simulation to optimize for 1 μP perveance. It was successfully demonstrated that the ion beam current of ~4 mA can be extracted through the 10 mm aperture from the developed ion source. The target system with the Faraday cup is also developed to measure the beam current. With the assistance of the power control system, ion beams are extracted while maintaining a consistent arc power for more than 10 min of continuous operation.
