There are a lot of factors which influence on the satisfacttion of social welfare services. For example, there is the satisfaction of the application system and delivery systems in this field. This thesis shows the implications of a study of the correlation analysis with the general social welfare services and the quality of life. For this study, an experience survey was conducted based on reelect of basic living security in Daegu metropolitan city. Next, an analysis of reliability and multiple correlation analysis was made using the experience survey results. The analysis showed that all factors (social welfare delivery system, life environment, supporting system, basic guarantee security system and selecting and management factors of these systems), influenced the satisfaction of the social welfare system and quality of life. In addition, it showed that social welfare also affects quality of life. Therefore, there is a need to improvement overall welfare services, standard of living and recipient management of basic living security system to improve satisfaction of quality of life.

This paper shows the implications our current basic living security system by measuring the standards of living of recipients of basic living. For this study, an experience survey was conducted and, on the basis of these results, the standards of living are explained by difference analysis and recurrence analysis. The analysis shows that the standards of living are affected by chronic disease, age, family size, living environment, education, income and expenses, and the utilization of social welfare resources. The analysis concludes that we need different kinds of programs to improve the basic living security system and the standard of living of recipients of the basic living security system. 본 논문은 기초생활수급자의 주관적인 빈곤정도를 측정하고, 그 차이 및 영향요인을 규명하여 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대구시 기초생활수급자를 대상으로 조사를 실시하였고, 이를 바탕으로 빈곤인식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 설명하였다. 분석결과, 빈곤인식에는 만성질환, 연령, 가구원수, 주거형태, 학력, 수급경력, 경제참여 상태 등에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 영향요인으로는 소득, 자산 정도, 생활환경, 지원체계, 사회복지 자원이용 등으로 나타났다. 따라서 기초생활수급자의 빈곤의식을 개선하고 기초생활보장제도를 발전시키기 위한 다양한 프로그램이 필요할 것으로 보인다.
